Convenient, but don’t trust the autozone compatibility system. Unlike most other stores their system will routinely show non compatible parts if your familiar with your vehicle especially on vehicles that have multiple motor sizes it seems to lump them all together as “compatible” sometimes including hybrids. Make sure you research before before relying on their database or employees to pull the part.

Returned wrong headlight to get correct one. Clerk made me feel like I was stupid because I had purchased the wrong bulb. Almost didn’t take the wrong one back because I had opened it, even though I had the receipt. He left me at the counter, went and got the correct item and threw it at me across the counter. Will purchase further items from another auto supply store.

This AutoZone has the best customer service. My husband and I went there because his battery kept dying after we had just replaced the transmission. We werent sure if it was the battery, alternator, or larger electrical issue. Sonny and John helped us through the whole process. They were both very knowledgeable and willing to help with everything. I appreciate their help through the whole process and the tests they ran to diagnose this issue.

This is a great location if they dont got it in stock they can have most items delivered to the store next day. The only parts store Ill shop from. OReallys service isnt as knowledgeable in my opinion. They act like the car you own is one theyve never heard of before hence my nickname for them OReallys because its like everytime I have been there theyre like what kind of car is it? OReally Ive never heard of that model before... But to be fair the location I go to has a couple of older guys that know a good amount of info about vehicles, the other has mostly kids who are still in school or just out of high school and still drive their first vehicles

Just went there to check a battery. We have a 2016 Ford Edge and Ford did NOT make it easy on the consumer to change out the battery. I, myself, would have been apprehensive to change that sucker out since you had to take off several parts just to get to it. Hastin, without hesitation, gladly offered assistance. Hastin is very knowledgeable and friendly. It definitely made my day easier and I cant recommend this auto zone enough.

You can bet I’ll be returning and recommending people to the Mustang location. Their customer service is amazing and Hastin was such a huge help! Attitude and service is everything in this type of business and these guys have got the best of both!

Wouldnt you know it - the mower battery was dead! I took the old one into AutoZone and they got me good right up. They did a great job with health and safety precautions to limit contact during this COVID-19 period. Now I can do social-distancing while mowing!

Was pretty helpful had to buy a new battery from here they tested the old one for me and I decided to go ahead and just have it replaced the staff was able to help me decipher the pros and cons of the warranties that differ from Brand to brand in the end was very satisfied felt like I got a fair price on a good battery havent had a single problem since fingers crossed

I was pretty unimpressed by the service I received from a guy who worked there. I told him the vehicle I had and he assured me my wipers I purchased were correct....I was aware one should be longer than the other and he insisted they were the same size. I dont know everything about cars but, I do know my car. I love Autozone but, not the way this guy acted.

The staff is very willing to help. The loan-a-tool program is the best thing out for the DIYer that cant spend a bundle on specialty tools. I have saved tons using their tools to fix my ride!

I really like the AutoZone here in Mustang all the paper very friendly and helpful theyll take their time to help you no matter how busy they are Im real good friends with the manager I went to school with him its just a good all-around place to buy parts and get your cars checked.

The elderly male salesclerk refused sell me the part I asked for. He was not busy. He told me I didn’t need the part. O’Reily’s sold me the part! At a second visit I asked him to check engine code reader on my car. He refused to assist me after I waited for 1 hour.

The guys there are awesome! I had to get my break light changed and after I bought it, the guy who checked me out went out there and taught me how to install it.

Would choose this place over orioles any day! Several members of their staff know automobiles and dont need to know what year/make/model your vehicle is when all you need to buy is valve stem caps!

I live a small ways from this location and had to walk to get everything needed to fix my front wheel Barings. Well I walk back home and lay everything out. I realized I was missing the castle nut/washer.. and they werent on the receipt either!! Oooops! I called and long story short, the important thing I needed to now have to walk was DELIVERED to me at no charge!! Look, Ive been an exclusive customer for a BUNCH of years, and its for this reason. These are good people.

I picked up an oil filter with some oil. I got the cheaper stp filter. The guy at the register grabbed the xl stp filter since there was a $21 discount. The discount saved us $16. Taking off 1 star for not advertising the discount but glad he was looking out for us. Needless to say but he was looking out for us

This is usually a pretty good store, I have had the occasion to be helped by many of there staff. The issue with this store is the store manager james. Normally he argues with me about which part is correct, and then gives me the wrong part. Not a big deal, just a quick exchange. Not today, prices on the shelves are often incorrect. The STORE MANAGER doesnt even know what he has. If you go here try to get rusty to help you, he is the most qualified to answer your questions and very respectful.

AutoZone in mustang ok has very good staff. The ppl there are very helpful and knowledgeable. Prices are lower than OReillys. But OReillys is quicker in getting non stock and specialty parts. I prefer AutoZone for their service.

Ive lived here my whole life and this is the best auto shop here. Napa auto parts comes close, the rest.. not even close.Prices are always the best too, after calling to every auto shop in the city about a dozen different times for different cars and parts (over the course of years) ive conceded that AutoZone is the cheapest on all parts. I think Walmart beat them on a battery once by $10, but thats about it lol.

The guy who helped me cannot seem to take no for an answer. Ive been to this store on numerous occasions and each time the same issue. He keeps trying to sell me things Im not interested in.Everytime I tell him no thanks he keeps trying to sell me something else. Its VERY annoying and he shouldnt treat customers this way. No means no! Let it go already! I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on.

Had everything i needed. They do need to update their windshield wiper book for STP Brands. The book only go to 2008 year of vehicles.
