Staff was incredibly helpful and polite. Even if they didnt have the answer to my question (pretty sure she was training) they got the answer right away. They were able to look up previous work done and help me decide my plan of maintenance. They even explained all of the different options. Very thankful for the polite and witty banter. Keep up the good work!
Polite staff. They have a auto shop but my only complaint is that they do not do Alignments anymore!!
I had an emergency, the side wall of my front tire was split. Without roadside insurance and being out of town with my two young children I panicked and left my bank card at one of the gas stations I had stopped to air up at. When I got to the auto dept I was immediately assisted and told the tire was in stock and they would call me over the pa. I was at the registers when I realized my bank card had been left. I located it and just let me say the gentlemen in the automotive department went above and beyond to remedy the situation. Thank you to Gary and the other guys!
Website says they open at 8. I showed up at 9 and everything was shut and no one around. I parked and went inside to find one man stocking in the area. I asked if they were open for work and he told me “I’m not really sure, my boss is out there.” So I went out and talked to the manager. He told me to pull my car around. I did and then stood around for about 10 minutes before they spoke with me. Both men were out here while I was standing and waiting. Frustrating. I’ll update when it’s all done.
Pulled in at 4pm. They close at 6pm. Waited in my car, in line for 10 minutes, no one came out. When I got out and went inside, a mechanic came up to me and said they are not doing any more oil changes. He said, they needed to finish up these 2 cars, so they could close early. And based on the rest of these reviews, it seems all to common here. Dont waste your time. There are plenty of other oil change places in Mustang that are just as cheap, and actually take pride in their work.
Nice guys. Very busy. Good price.
Took forever for 2 brand new tires yesterday. It also took very long time for someone to come to counter when my vehicle was ready though the guys kept staring through the window. Female who was counting whatever behind battery area complained to another customer that she had to get someone to help as there was a decent line. Auto care men werent very friendly. Acted almost as if I was dumb about vehicles when I know quite a bit and use to work for walmart myself for years! Will not use for tires again. I utilized the black friday deal expected better from them.
Tires done within the hour,nice...
Appalling service. Phone just rings and rings because nobody answers it. Their web page even says they are open until 11:00 pm. Purely disgusted.
Dont ever go here. Ever. For anything. I wouldnt trust these idiots to vacuum my car. I used to go here for oil changes on my old beater van. Everytime theyd try to charge extra for a cartridge filter. Id explain to them that nowhere on their advertised service does it say there may be an additional charge for a different type of oil filter. If it were stated on the advert, I would gladly pay it, but if it isnt there, I am not paying it. Last time I went for an oil change and I also had them rotate and balance my tires. They overfilled the oil and badly imbalanced both the front and rear tires which is why I am sitting 600 miles from home outside a tire shop right now having two new tires installed and balanced. These two tires had less than 10k miles on them and they are completely shot because of this group of morons. Im talking metal braiding showing and one was leaking air. I am extremely fortunate I didnt have a blowout. Here is hoping they didnt damage my engine by stuffing it to the brim with oil.
I get oil changes there and just bought some new tires, the people there are very good at this walmart. It seems to be very good in there automotive side. Im very pleased with there service.
It was really slow, but it was a Saturday morning so I kind of expected a line. Ive found that its usually faster when I go on weekday mornings. Staff was friendly and upfront about the wait. They seem to have done a decent job, but I always double check for leaks after a ln oil change. Years ago this same store stripped my plug and I didnt notice until I got home and saw my driveway flooding with oil. I didnt come back until the shop management changed and I decided to give them another chance. Since then the quality has been consistently good for me. We have 3 vehicles so I come in kind of frequently.
I have never been treated so poorly by an employee at Walmart until today. My husband bought 2 tires from another Walmart because they were on sale. So I was going to have this Walmart put them on since my husband did not have my car at the time of purchase. I dropped my car off just a little before 1230. When I dropped it off the cashier kid said it would be about an hour to an hour and a half and that I needed to move my car to the tire bay which there were 2 car already on front of mine in that bay. So i moved and went shopping. Nearly 3 hours later I had not heard my name called and I was already shopped out. I purchased my items and I walked to the tire center only to see my car parked outside in bay 3. Another kid, Sydney, just looked at me and mumbled and said you here to get a car. I pointed to my car and said ya that one. He looked over at it and said oh. I went and sat for another 30 minutes and noticed new customers coming to get their car and no other cars in the oil bay. So I got up and walked over and spoke with Sydney, the employee and just asked the status of my car. I said its been nearly 3 hours. He just looked at me and said they havent even started. I told him there were 2 other cars in front of my car. He started arguing. I was furious. I told him I need to speak to a manager. He just looked at me and started helping out another customer. I stood there and he continued to ignore me. My husband showed up because he couldnt believe I was still there. He told Sidney to give him our keys and we were taking our car. Sydney rolled his eyes and was put out that he had to find our keys. He yelled out the window and other older guy said there is no Nissan here. I was like yes there is its right there. They finally found my keys. I stood there waiting for Sydney to get a manager but he never did so i walked to the front of the store while my husband loaded my groceries and spoke to 2 managers and explained to them the situation. One of the managers walked back there with me. I hope he handled the situation. I left upset. I wanted all that time. I will never be back to the tire center. No one knows how to communicate and find out whats going on
This place is bad as it can be. Some of their employees don’t know how to talk with customers. There are more better people who deserve this job and can do much better. They really have a trash attitude towards customers.
Left the oil cap off and on the side mount. Yeah, they did. I dont think anything got in the open valve cover, where the cap is supposed to go.
Spent 3 hours waiting for these technicians to mount 4 tires on my car. No urgency, overpriced service, and piss-poor communication.
Got new tires and had to bring it back out for balancing g again
Currently watching staff stand around and talk and joke with each other while my car has been sitting for 40 minutes at this point waiting for an oil change. Ive been the first in line for work this entire time.
Jimmy was extremely rude in demeanor and tone. Not only did he cut me off while speaking on multiple occasions, but he also ruined my floormat with greasy/oily boot stains. Beyond unprofessional, he didnt even try to clean them before I had to bring it to their attention, and even then the stains wouldnt come out. Worst experience by far.
The guys that worked out n the shop seemed very grouchy and extremely unfriendly. Plus, the guys that work n the shop used to come out to the cars that pull up now they dont, u have to go inside and talk to whoever may or may not b at the automotive desk... As for the service itself, t h.g.h at can b hit or miss wth walmart! I was told by a manager that certain things like cleaning the window, sweeping the front floorboards, and checking all other fluids, etc are included and done every time y get an oil chainge, now I know for a fact regardless what the manager said those things r not always done. Ive left there when my flor was just as dirty as when I arrived, as well as being out of windshield wiper fluid, and the most recent time I had my oil changed by them, my oil light kept coming on after the fact!!!!
Mechanics were very helpful, and Sydney always does a great job taking care of everything!
It is nice to be able to take your vehicle to any Walmart if there is a problem. Walmarts are everywhere.
Friendly and helpful, not as busy as some car places which makes wait time not to bad
Only 1 star because I couldnt give 0. Took 4 hours to replace two tires and they put them in the wrong place when I gave specific instructions on where the new tires were supposed to go.
Worst oil change experience I’ve ever had. It took almost an hour, staff was rude and distracted and seemed to not know what was going on. Disorganized and not attentive. Left my car smelling like sweaty men. I will never go back.
Ordered 4 new tires and waited a week for them to get in then they said they couldn’t put them on my car cuz they would scratch my rims. What tire center sells tires and won’t put them on?
Needed an oil change. Need to be there early!
No one has any information if asked a question.
Great service
Actually I just entered through the auto department to get to the Sporting Goods section you can check out in the auto department as well makes the headache of trying to find a parking spot getting door dings and waiting in long lines obsolete dont tell anyone its a secret
Inconsistent with tire quote.
