My wife went into store to get my tablet hooked up for me. A lady there who was the manager went above and beyond. She got my tablet set up and she helped save us money and get my email fixed up. Very happy with store and my wife being happy
We had the best experience at this store. Larissa is super helpful and one of the most genuine people I have met. Everyone in there was super sweet. We recently moved to the area so I had my two toddlers with me and Larissa and another employee (who I didn’t catch the name of) helped entertain them and made the experience enjoyable. I’ve never experienced this much hospitality at a corporate type store. Normally I would dread going in somewhere like this with kids but after the experience we had, I feel so welcome and comfortable. It takes a village, and the people here truly live that. I’ve been to numerous at&t stores but none of them even come close to comparing to the customer service of this one.

I never leave reviews ever, however Larissa went out of her way tonight to help me switch over to a phone plan. She called me at 8:30 PM while she was home because she received an email saying the process of keeping my number didnt go through. And she assisted me for about an hour assuring it worked. Ive never experienced this amount of professionalism and outgoing workmanship anywhere else.

When we walked in we dealt with a very nice young man. Very friendly and accommodating. He actually had helped us on a previous issue so I was glad to have him help us again. However, we were about a 1/3 of the way thru our transaction a manager lady butted in and tried to take over the transaction. She tried to sale us internet numerous times after we told her we would go home and look at our options. She even tried to sneak it in on my account after I told her i would go home and look at my options 4 times!!!! Then she got an attitude with me. At this point I was irritated beyond belief and just wanted to get out of the store. I really felt bad for the young guy that originally started helping us bc he lost a sale because of her.
I love this store. I was in earlier trying to get help with my email and everyone was so Kind. I love the manager and staff. They always go above and beyond trying to take care of me.

I love this location. The manager larissa is amazing. There were customers in the store being so rude to her because she wouldn’t do something that was against their policies and she maintained her positive attitude and kept being very professional. More then what i could do!!! The one thing I wish would get fixed is that dang sign at the top of their store. It looks AWFUL!
I went into the store to upgrade my husband and I. Savannah had helped me but larissa was who I was working with for the last two weeks. She went above and beyond trying to hold phones for us when they came in so we didn’t have to order. She helped me with our bill and tried to see if we qualified for every discount. Savannah and her were knowledgeable and kind and it was the best experience I’ve had at att in a long time. These two ladies are amazing.

Larissa at the AT&T store in Mustang was AMAZING!!! I have Stage IV Metastatic Cancer and I woke up yesterday (3/22/21) and realized my cell phone, internet and cable (all through AT&T) had been disconnected. So I drug myself to the store to see why. With Larissas help we were able to determine it was an error on their (AT&Ts) part!!! We had to call a representative and she was hateful and rude and they still charged me a restoration fee eventhough it was their fault so after over 15 Plus years I will be moving all my services fr AT&T...I do want to say LARISSA WAS SO NICE AND SO HELPFUL!!! SHE IS AMAZING!!! I hope AT&T knows how lucky they are to have such a nice, intelligent and helpful young lady working for them!!!

I own a small business and inquired about a business account with ATT. Larissa, the store manager, was extremely knowledgeable about business accounts. She helped me port several numbers over and save tons of money. I’m not sure what these other reviews are talking about when it comes to business accounts, because mine has been perfect. Larissa is a very bad manager. I just bought 1 cell phone 1 month ago and she gave me totally false information about the payment of my cell phone bill. Mrs. Larissa opened a business account for me without having a business to try to help me lower the cost of my Bill, which has been super expensive. the amount of the Bill is totally different from what Mrs. Larissa told me. i went to several at & t stores and they all gave me different answers and solutions. I am very frustrated, I cannot find a solution to this problem. I do not wish to continue with this line. But Mrs. Larissa was not receptive to my problem and she did not give me solutions. I am not used to doing this type of publication but at this time it is necessary, do not be fooled by this lady Larissa does not have true information about the service she offers.
Larissa helped me a month ago get tv and a new phone. I LOVE MY TV! And my new phone. She’s amazing. I’m happy seeing all the other reviews about how awesome she is. I’ve never had her be rude to me ever and I’ve heard customers in store try and be rude and she keeps a good attitude!Att should be happy to have such a dedicated employee! I went into the store to get assistance with my phone speaker not working and get Assistance with my tv service. Kessler helped me and Larissa. They both go above and beyond trying to take care of me and help me get everything taken care of. Every time I come into the store those two always are being so helpful and nice.

I drove 40 minutes to this AT&T location due to all the good things I had heard about Nona from friends & family. I’ve been on the fence about upgrading my phone as well as switching to AT&T for several month. However, Nona made the transition easy for me & was able to confidently answer ALL of my questions (trust me there were TONS). I would recommend anyone to Nona & the Mustang location.
Update: 12/3/19-Sunny helped me with my newly purchased phone from AT&T online. She helped get it set up. Explained features. Was very courteous and helpful. This is a small store, so expect to wait. However, the customer service is excellent.Nona was super helpful. My wife and I are in our fifties and we always feel a little overwhelmed when it comes to new tech. We keep our phones a really long time. Nona explained all the options, recommended the best phone for our needs, without trying to sell us on the latest and most expensive, explained new features, and made the experience a pleasant one.

I came in pretty upset over an insurance claim that was giving me the run around. I thought I was going to waste hours trying to get everything settled. I walked out happy and in less that 30 minutes! The staff there is friendly and efficient. I refuse to do business with anyone else!
This AT&T store was great I cant remember the last time I went into a phone store content and not frustrated! The representative Calvin was awesome, he helped me with my bill, got my family set up with helping us transfer all of our information to our new phones, was very knowledgeable of all the products, and helped us with our Direct TV Now! Overall a great experience.

Awful customer service. My husband and I were trying to combine our accounts, and instead of showing us options and assisting us with how to complete the transfer process we were told we could not get the plan we wanted. Luckily we went to the corporate store in Yukon, and miraculously we were able to complete the process that Mustang could not do. The young lady that assisted us, appeared uninterested with assisting customers.The overall message - Drive a few more miles and go to Yukon and ask for Matthew. He was phenomenal!!

I bought a USB cable here and it was a really fast experience. Still works to this day. I dont even use the cable for my phone. I cant say what the cable is used for but it works great.

I have been in a lot of at&t stores all over the u.s.,this is the worst store I have ever been in. No one acknowledges when you walk in the store, stood in there for 15 minutes. No said any thing to me .there is hardly any merchandise in the store. This place is loosing a lot of business because the way it is managed.will never go back.

Went in to change to a new plan and they were not able to mid cycle due to not being a corporate store. The next day I had lost all data service and find out they removed data from all lines. I went to the legitimate ATT store in Yukon and they fixed it for me. Avoid like the plague and take the quick trip to Yukon instead.
First I went to the AT&T store in Stillwater and the woman told me that for a speed of 25 my internet service would cost $40 a month. So I started the process of signing up for it when she said, “oh wait you have to already have any kind of service with AT&T to get that price.” Since my sister does have AT&T I decided to just wait so that she could get the internet for $40 a month. Next, I went to the store with my sister in Mustang and they told us that we didn’t have to have service with AT&T to get an internet speed of 25 for $40 a month, so we signed up for internet service there. When the technician came to answer questions while the internet was being installed, he said that I was signed up to pay $50 a month and all I needed to do to get it for $40 a month was to change the billing address to my sisters billing address. So I went back to the store in Mustang and explained what happened. The man told me that the person who signed me up must have made a mistake and the only way I could get internet for $40 a month is if I get a speed of 5. He continued to tell me that would not be sufficient for what I need internet for and that there’s nothing he can do about it. I have contacted AT&T multiple times with this issue and not once has someone offered me a solution. I have been lied to and mislead by multiple AT&T employees on multiple occasions and not been offered any kind of solution.

My encounters with Jacob and Jeremy were great. They were very friendly and helpful. However, when I went back to the store to make an exchange, I had to deal with Ty. I cannot think of situation where I have felt more disrespected by a salesman. His attitude and demeanor were disdainful, condescending and disrespectful the entire time I spent with him. From now on, I will take all of my AT&T business to Jacob in Newcastle.

I had to wait about 20min to purchase a charger. Finally the other customer told the associate to help me because hers was going to take a while.
We are STILL waiting for service. This is beyond ridiculous. Weve been here for a very long time and theres a long line. You need more than one person working.
