Their website shows their hours open until 8pm. Rather showing customer service they just knocked on their window and pointed to their window hours even though I was showing them what their website was showing. They just shrugged their shoulders and walked off. Mind you that was 3 employees standing there talking to each other. Either change the hours posted on your website or show better customer service. I have been with TMobile for 10+ years

I had a final interview appointment with the district manager for Thursday and she didn’t show I waited for 20 mins so I emailed the lady who did my first interview she called and said she was sorry it was a miscommunication and scheduled another appointment for today and it happened again. At this point I’m no longer interested because it’s just rude and shows they don’t care if they hire anyone. And it’s making take a look at even canceling my phone service.

We are new customers of T Mobile, being customers of a company for 23 years I was super nervous about switching service, but was unavoidable. T Mobile has made the switch so easy and pleasant! I did all the sales over the phone, so when our equipment arrived I felt overwhelmed about activating the phones. So I loaded up the box and headed to our local store in Mustang! Dylan was the young man that came to the rescue, he didn’t even seem concerned that I was carrying a somewhat large box! 😂 I tried to warn him that this was going to be time consuming and possibly enough for him to regret asking if he could help me! He didn’t seem fazed when he looked in the box and saw that I had 3 phones, a watch and a tablet to get up and going! Excellent customer service!This review isn’t just about Dylan, this is to include the entire staff at this location. All three young men were so friendly and helpful! Thank you guys for helping a old lady out!Recommend and for sure 5 Stars service

This location is terrible. The first time I went, they werent open according to their posted hours, although we could see employees inside. The second time, we were trying to upgrade 2 lines. The wait to get with an employee was over an hour. That in itself is not necessarily bad, but for the whole hour, neither employee even greeted or acknowledged us in any way. If Id known it was going to be like that, Id have just have gone to the Yukon store, who I know has excellent service.

Had a terrible experience at this location. We went in to use a program we pay for with our service to upgrade to new phones. By the way, I was prompted by TMobile letting me know I needed to get in to do this before May 15th. We went in explained what we were looking for and what we wanted to do. The representative helping us got all the things we wanted but then couldn’t get our phones to work upgrading. First he thought it was because we wanted to upgrade to the pro version, then he thought it was because we didn’t come in on may 15th exactly. Then he said we had to pay a fee because we were breaking our lease... um no because we are trying to do what the company asked us to do, to renew our JOD service. He then had to get with t mobile customer service to help him. They wanted to order our phones and have them shipped, even though the phones we wanted were sitting on the counter literally right in front of us. After more than an hour in the store with our kids, and no answers for the issues we were having. I just told him to forget it and we left. I could have called customer service, what’s the point of visiting the location? Extremely frustrating experience.

Great customer service now that there are finally a new crew. Took care of my issues and helped me add some stuff for my family, all while keeping my bill the same. Not vary often if any have I went into mustang sprint and seen more than one employee at a time. (vary refreshing)

Very convenient being close to home. They were beyond helpful with my visit. They helped activate my new device quickly and were able to transfer everything off my old device. They also were able to save me money on my bill. Would definitely recommend this store.

We had the worst experience with this store. A guy come over and got incredibly rude with my husband and essentially called him a liar and when we called customer care the guy said he was the regional director.. are you kidding me?? The rude arrogant jerk is what y’all hire as a regional director?! He had no customer service skills whatsoever. It was ridiculous. Definitely won’t be back!

Devontay just made my children’s Black Friday the worst experience they have ever had. This store tried to take advantage of me and my family this morning by trying to charge us 5 activation fees. FYI Nationally Sprint only charges for two activation fees per new service. You can have 100 lines to upgrade or activate and you should only be charged for two. Do not trust the sales team or management at this store. Horrible customer service.

Garbage customer service. Ive spent countless hours waiting in this store for the most basic of issues. Verizon in Mustang is who I will be switching to. Im very excited about it since they had three people working at the store when I went in, and in the five years Ive been with Sprint, I’ve never seen more than one person working here.

If I could give them negative stars, I would. Went in because we never, ever have service and my phone is broken. Told them that we’re having all those problems and that we feel we’re paying too much for never getting any help, since customer service will never help when we call them. They pretty much told us they couldn’t do anything. They even told us that if we want to switch carriers it would cost “x” amount of dollars and acted like they couldn’t care less if we went with a different carrier. Absolute worst company we’ve ever dealt with. Never have service and never get offered any help from anyone. I will gladly pay whatever amount of money it cost to get away from this terribly awful company. Do yourself a favor and pay more for actual service.

Although this is a quiet store with usually enough staff, they once monumentally destroyed our account. 4 lines with 4 phones accidentally switched onto to the wrong lines, and all we wanted to do was replace one phone. And, they do not have live demo models. You get to look at a brick shaped like the phone you want, then to actually fiddle with it, you have to pay the (in this case $906+) price before you can even explore it.

Great customer service, new management I went in to upgrade my phone and the lady helped me lower my bill and my upgrade didnt feel pressured into anything solid 10 out of 10. Very pleased.

Went to store on promise of a no activation fee for upgrading our phones. They didn’t have the phones in stock and couldn’t figure out how to complete the pre-order for the phones, so they took our number and said they would get them ordered that night and call us with the order number. We called several times during the week but were never given an order number. Finally, we received a call 6 days later that our phones were in, but upon arrival at the store, we were told that they couldn’t wave the activation fee because the promotion day had passed. The manager kept changing her facts and stories about dates and what phones are/are not available. We will not return to this Sprint store. The staff is not knowledgeable about what they can offer and the lack of customer service overall is appalling.

I wouldnt even give it one star. My all around experience with sprint has been terrible. It sounded like a great beak when I signed up, but now Im paying way more than what i was quoted. The mustang store doesnt know hotlw to help they always send me to the customers service number. On top of over paying for my phones, my service sucks. I cant fer signal anywhere unless I have wifi. If you want to send pictures and it not take two days to get to the next person, dont get sprint.
