I used to go here but I have find others to go to. But still a nice place to go to when you are near.

I love the staff at Market Commons in Myrtle Beach SC (always helpful)and I love the handsome and pocket-size hand sanitizer.

I went there yesterday for the first time to this location. Wow!!! I was amazed by the great treatment I recieved!! the employees there are so nice, helpful and welcoming! The place looked clean, good variety and great prices. I definitely recommend!

I love this store- it is always neat, clean, and the staff are extremely helpful. Most recently, Leah helped me select gifts for my son’s teachers. Going into the store, immediately greeted with a smile, albeit mask-covered, but I knew it was there. The kicker of the whole experience, I accidentally grabbed a tester bottle and when I was checking out, Peyton caught it, told me my mistake...without making me feel stupid...(huge deal for me, thanks Peyton), and she went and got a new bottle for me. Both ladies were so super nice without being fake. Will always make this shop a definite stop on my agenda when Im in town.

Showed at 7:17pm and Leah was at the door changing signs but the door was locked. I even stated the website says it’s open to 7:30pm. She was like, “I know”. I watched her lock the door right as we were walking up after 7pm. Good job Leah for going out of the way to provide an unpleasant experience!! All I needed was a nice hand soap for our hotel room and a candle. When I asked her name she proudly showed her name.If you are aware the website is wrong you can let google know with a suggestion and it could be corrected.

This store is kept neat and clean. All bottles of soap are lined up on shelves in formation like British red coats Employees are friendly, professional and helpful. Always smells nice in there too.

We like to stock up on the foaming hand soaps when on sale. My wife and I also check out the new scents for women and men but need sale prices to afford them.

Not the best location to shop at. I would try and pick another location in order to receive some friendly help. While checking out I asked to use a $10 off of 40 coupon. When checking out we were asked to grab another item in order to hit the 40$ limit. So we grabbed something that would get our total over 40. Then the cashier proceeded to tell me she couldnt use the coupon because she kept trying to tell me that it was already used when I literally brought it in from the mail. So then the cashier and the manger just told us that the coupon worked. And she ripped it up. So we took her word for it even though we didnt see the discount being taken off. While leaving the store I was checking my receipt and noticed that the coupon really wasnt taken off. So I asked another staff member and she even told me that the coupon wasnt taken off. Meanwhile the manger is yelling in the radio talking about how Im not looking in the right location on the receipt and that Im completely wrong. Turns out the coupon wasnt taken off and I was overcharged on my bill. The previous cashier and manger were talking nasty to me when all I was doing was asking a question. I will not tolerate anyone talking to customers who are simply wanting to make sure they getting what they are told was happening. It is customer service that leads a company and this store did not meet those requirements. Disrespectful staff, but wonderful smells.

Service with a fist fight ? Both malls are way better, and way friendlier, for Bath n Body Works. At Market Commons, one woman made mistakes on the register, and then she escalated it, when I told her. The same female acted really volatile to me, on both visits there, but this time she was pregnant before Christmas. Of course, I asked the other female employee (claimed to be manager) to ring me up, but she refused, even though she was free. It was like a set up. Thought I could avoid the aggressor at Christmas, but scary ladycame from nowhere from the backroom. When I was trying to buy ten products, and the aggressive, pregnant woman appeared from the back, then travelled from behind the counter to name call, and threaten to fight, well, yes, I called Police, and said Pregnant woman wants to fight me. And the officer showed fast. It did not make SENSE, that the manager let me call the police on my phone, and did not tell the aggressive, pregnant employee to go to the back, and for the manager to finish ringing up my order . It is funny. I was not banned, because I did nothing wrong. The officer said, You dont seem to be the names she is calling you. I told the manager to call Coastal Grand Mall, so I could buy my order there. It was so surreal. It felt like a B horror movie. Epic fail for B and B Works, and their hiring. I should have video taped it on my phone.... !! The aggressive woman was a different race than me. But, I have my alleged theories about her behavior (someone test her for alleged substances ! ). Absolutely insane for a pregnant employee to threaten a physical fight, at the register. I reported it to corporate, they apologized, but I am sure they found it hard to believe. Sure was. Hope no other customers go through that. She could be hiding in the back, ready to pounce again.

I am truly disappointed that I had to make two trips to the store in one day to make my purchase, especially with me being a older person with concerns about covid-19, and living a great distance from the store. I had made a strategic plan to coordinate the visit with other necessary stops that needed to be done in the area.The store had cash register problems, and the staff didnt know how to do manual calculations and accept checks/cash. I had to call the store several times to find out if they were operating. Sad story of todays world depending upon technology, and not math.Btw, they didnt offer anything for the inconvenience.

I was a little disappointed when I went in the Market Commons location in Myrtle Beach, SC today at 8:00 am est to purchase candles for the annual sale. I went in to get strawberry pound cake and Unicorn sprinkles 3 wick candles for the annual sale. I asked an employee where they were and I was told they were bought by the employees before the store opened. I wish Bath and Body Works would send enough for their employees and customers. I will not be back in this store since they obviously lack common customer courtesy.

Love this location, less crowded than the mall

Bath and Body is one of my favorite places, love the candles, wallflowers, lotions and body wash. Sales people are always helpful and friendly here. You can also sample almost every fragrance in the store.

Store is supposed to open at 10 am...its 10:10 and the employees are just walking into work themselves leaving us customers outside waiting...still.

Nice location the very large range of products and plenty of staff to assist with whatever questions you may have, the location was well-lit which I think makes it easier too look at the numerous items that have small writing on thousands of bottles, my wife was able to spend more then 30 minutes shopping without the location feeling crowded despite a relatively large number of other customers

Whst can you say the hand soaps are nice. Candlea are stinky and over priced. I just get the jand soaps

Great aromas when you walk in, broad selection of candles, air fresheners and skin care products. Staff is helpful and friendly, willing to help but not pushy, they make you feel comfortable that youre getting what you need.

Its been awhile and I still love their products, good people.

I like Bath and Bodyworks for their products and while I appreciate good customer service, this place goes overboard. The greeting is nice, the informing of sales is great but then thats it. I want to be allowed to shop without being accosted every two minutes. Being approached once is fine but more than that is overkill and then I feel like I am being pushed.

I went in today as a spur of the moment shopping day, and I left so happy. It wasnt only because three wick candles were 10 dollars off and my favorite bubble bath was only 6 dollars (I love Aromatherapys new labels, theyre simple but pretty. Nice touch) but the staff was very friendly. Angel was a doll, she interacted with me and my 3 year old daughter the entire visit. She made my little girl feel very welcome and went out of her way to let her smell the products so she didnt feel left out. Then there was an employee at the register, I didnt catch her name, but she went out of her way to help a guest who overspent. The guest had a limit of what she could spend so the cashier was very patient, taking off what the guest asked her to and was never irritated even though it was taking a long time. Ive worked in retail for years, so I know its tough ringing up, removing items from the transaction, etc. but she handled it kindly and those guest left very happy as well.

This particular B&BW in the Market Common is wonderful and the associates are always very helpful!
