Great staff and EVEN GREATER PEOPLE IN THE PHARMACY DEPARTMENT!!! If I could drive hundreds of miles to grab my prescription, I promise you I would. Kayla (the pharmacist) was super pleasant and caring… and made sure I could get my pills quickly while on vacation. Linda (tech) was also super nice and kind. They literally made me feel like family. With all that’s going on in the world (race issues), I promise you they put a huge smile on my face and helped me believe there is hope!!!! I will be back to visit and I will stop by. The pharmacy never picks up there phone. Over hour call wait times telling me to download the app. What I need done, cant be done with an app. These people talk loud about other peoples medical problems,and medicine. They will laugh at you if your getting something embarrassing! The lady in front of me was getting something for her colon, and the larger woman working there was laughing and making fun of her to other coworkers as soon as she left.Im going to start recording my trips there and putting it on TikTok Ive had enough!

Very unhappy with this place. Yesterday, I had scheduled a Covid test for this morning. I even got a reminder email this morning from Walgreens.We got there and found the drive thru blocked off. Turns out the pharmacy is closed for the weekend. We were told to go across the street to Walmart pharmacy, but they dont do tests there.What a waste of time and gas....

I have a service dog that is non leash specific. Your employee instead of coming up to me and being respectful to have any question or concern. Decided to yell only service dogs allowed in the store from the front of the store while I was almost. In the back. And continue to question me after I stated he was a service dog. Mind you he was doing exactly as he was supposed causing no scene.. the only scene created was the employee at the front desk. She made my disability so embarrassing. When I got up to the counter I even specified that it was rather rude the way she handled it. And she refused to respond. I then politely dropped it at no point trying to create an issue or scene and when she handed me my change I even said thank you and have a great day.. to no response. Not only did I feel disrespected and unwanted for having a disability but also unapologetic and disrespected for trying to professionally put the situation behind us. I personally will pry ever come back into this store. And am appalled by the attitude of the employee. I will also be contacting the ADA. To advise them of the lack of care for the disabled here.

I can never get trough to the pharmacy. It takes me days to get through with holding for 30 minutes each time and i finally hang up. Unfortunately it’s not just this store the one i used in North Carolina was the same. I’m switching to CVS because i because i cants wait days to get to speak to a pharmacist.

Waited for over 45 minutes on the phone. No one ever picked up. Switching to Amazon pharmacy

This is by far the most embarrassing rude Customer Service rep Ive ever encountered. AL, OR Aj whatever his name was, made it seem like I was trying to buy something with a bad card with no money, when I had plenty of money in my account. He kept trying to rush us out of the store, and when I refused he called his manager who in turn fixed the issue. Al, or AJ has the audacity to say I better be glad, cause Im lucky. What in the hell does that mean?? Be glad I had my kids with me or I would showed my tail.If you want rude CSRs then by all means go here, if not, avoid this place as if Covid-19 is roaming its halls.

This is my local pharmacy. This morning I went in around 9 am and purchased my drinks before heading to the beach. When I got to the register the cashier sneezed on me. I stepped back kind of shocked giving our current situation and said bless you anyway. She never even said thank you, or sorry, or excuse me. I will never let her wait on me again. That was rude. I am not going back in there and will just go to walmart.

The pharmacy is always late. They also give you the wrong dates for pick up. if the last 3 times i’ve been here to drop off they gave me a date to pick up script and to which they did not fill. when i come for pick up they tell me it’s not ready. i even let them know that the computer system called me to let me know it was ready for pick up. so every time these last 3 times i’ve had to waste time out of my very busy day to leave here empty handed. so this Pharmacy definitely does not understand logistics. I definitely do not recommend Walgreens pharmacy

The people here actually care about you. Lynn or Linda or something similar in pharmacy is an angel and will do anything to make you happy and your day better. The workers will go out of their way to help you find something. They may get busy at times and be unable to help you right away but they never ignore you or are rude.

After a terrible experience at the CVS down the road we went here to get crutches and a brace for my husband who broke his foot on vacation. The pharmacy staff here was helpful and professional, and the store was well stocked and organized. Thank you to the pharmacist that went out of her way to help me get the appropriate brace.

Every time I vacation here, I come to Walgreens for the ins and outs that I tend to forget. Every time I come here there is great staff, as well as a new outline of certain products. Its always a wonderful experience here.

Waited forever for an antibiotic prescription for my daughter. Not enough people in the pharmacy for how busy they were. Also got a buy one get one 50% off product but they only had one left.

Im always greeted with a friendly hello when I walk in the door and the pharmacy is helpful & friendly.

The worst Walgreens I have ever been in. The lack of customer service is atrocious. Will never visit again. Steer clear if you actually need something.
