We are new in town. This is the first Publix we have been to. It was a nice grocery store. We appreciated how clean it was and how friendly everyone working there was. We dont have a car so it was also good that they have a bike rack unlike some grocery stores in town.Their organic produce selection could have been larger, but the things they did have were good. We enjoyed mushrooms, potatoes, and broccoli. I did not see any organic peppers which I was looking for. They had good sales going making it affordable. Outside of the sales, the regular prices on some things were a bit higher than other stores in the area. The fresh fruit was fresh and crisp we got some watermelon that was buy 1 get 1.Overall a 5 star store that we will come back to even though its a further bike ride than a couple others. I got the app to keep up with the sales because, like I said above, they have really good sales.

WOW. I visited this South Carolina location from Florida.From the moment I called to inquire about placing an order through the moment I arrived in South Carolina to pick it up, the staff had been nothing but phenomenal. I had a large catered deli order that was ready on time (thank you). When I arrived to pick it up, I needed to make a last minute large balloon order. The very nice lady in floral helped me select the balloons and then expeditionally fill them up.Staff at this location displayed the best customer service I have even seen. Thanks everyone but I want give a special thanks and air hugs to deli staff, Grey and Cecily and the very nice woman in floral that assisted with my large last minute order. You all truly are Gems.

Great flower selection. Groceries are a little pricey compared to most places. These stores all push for high end clientele...but, High end doesnt pertain to the same items that EVERY store sells. The same food cant be that different of a price just because you are pushing it to wealthy people.

This market had a good variety of products. I found prices to be high in comparison to the other markets where I shop...WholeFoods, Sprouts, Harris Teeter, and Trader Joes. This Publix is on Myrtle Beach. I live in Durham and there isnt a Publix in Durham yet. The only other one Ive shopped in is in Winston-Salem.

This is the best place for grocery,deli,bakery, pharmacy all quality food and service . The best team as well I am a customer for life

Its Publix so were not hear to talk abut grocery shopping. You know its the best. The deli costs this location 5 stars because the just cannot seem to figure out online ordering. Time and time again I have ordered and showed up at my told time only to have the clerk look cluelessy at me and then the online order printer when I tell them why I am there. Then its always followed up by oh yes here it is... Oh yes, its been there for 45 minutes. Havent been back in almost a year and it sucks because they make a great sub, but that is just bush league service. Sorry

Have you ever been to a new or unfamiliar grocery store looking for a particular item and just couldnt find it? you walk around the store and have that look on your face of where the heck would this be? Good luck finding someone working there to ask for help or better yet anyone asking you if they can help you without being asked first. WELL, NOT AT THIS STORE!!!I just needed a couple of items so I decided to stop in at this Publix grocery which I have never been to before, and I guess I had that look on my face!! when I was asked not once but twice if I needed help finding something within five minutes of entering the store. This kind of customer service unfortunately is very rare. Thank you Publix staff for showing what real customer service should be. Keep up the good work.

Very busy but still clean and attentive like our Publix at home. Great to see a trusted super market when on vacation. A bit disappointed with the deli where sandwiches are made. They were zero attentive and focused on making sandwiches ordered online. They didnt even acknowledge customers. They carried on conversation amongst themselves only. Those cutting meat and making plates were engaged with customers though.

A nice grocery store to find all of your groceries from fish to rice. The place is clean and tidy and well organized. Parking is easy. If youre in this area of Myrtle Beach, come and check out this place to get all your foods and snacks and drinks. The checkout lines went fairly quick as well. Employees are very nice and helpful too. I would definitely come here if you have to stock up on beverages and food. Its easy to navigate through the store as well. Overall, a very neat and clean groceries store.

They actually have a deli that makes wonderful subs fresh with boars head meat so many different kinds and all the fresh toppings u cant want and different choices of fresh buns. It is so much better and Subway or Firehouse Subs. The whole sub we come to $7.99 and half is only $5.99 so you might as well go with the whole delicious will definitely fill you up

My wife and I love Publix! We first discovered this awesome supermarket while on vacation in Key largo Florida. Now that were living here in North Myrtle Beach we shop at the Grande Dunes store on hwy 17. The store is always well stocked and clean. The employees are also very friendly. This is our store.

The workers are not as polite as most Publix Ive been to around the country but still the best grocery store and highest quality store brand items one can find.

I love Publix.. I am from Pennsylvania originally so ive never been to or even heard of publix until we moved here to myrtle beach. They always have such a wide and fantastic selection for EVERYTHING!! Plus their sandwhiches are to die for. I was sold on Publix as soon as I found out they sold Lebanon Bologna, (its a favorite from home) which u cant find anywhere else down south that has it.. The staff is phenomenal. I have NEVER had a bad experience!! The prices are a little higher but u really get better quality for most items and you always have a wonderful experience. So I say its worth it!! They get 5 stars from me and many thumbs up!!! 👍👍

We are from NJ and do not have a Publix. The store was clean and the employees were very nice and helpful. The bakery people were extremely happy and nice.

Nice and clean. Very friendly staffs not like rude and grumpy ppl like in New York. Cheap and bakery is to die for. Mountain white bread and bear claws with cheese OMG. I wanna go back for more. I only shop at Publix wherever I have a chance in the South. Actually I filled up my cooler from Publix goodies before I drive back to NY. Lol

The prepared salmon salad and the Boars Head Spicy Chef Salad I typically purchase at Publix were not available. There were also no sea salt and cracked pepper peanuts nor German Riesling. The store was also incredibly cold.

Always clean and well stocked. Meats and vegetables are fresh. Very busy during the day.

They were slow in the deli. One person mainly just watching. Every employee helping deli customers and one making sandwiches and serving hot foods. Good food though.

My experience was at the Pharmacy. We are on vacation from GA and found the nearest location in Myrtle Beach to assist. I needed help with information on administration of an injection. The pharmacist named Chase was SO HELPFUL and went way above and beyond my local Publix pharmacist who I visited before I left town for instructions! In GA, the pharmacy told me but didnt show me as this pharmacist did. She didnt appear bothered or rushed. Thank you CHASE for being so helpful!!!!

With the exception of the bakery staff, everyone else is super friendly and very helpful! Store is always clean and well organized and they clean the shopping carts! My favorite place to shop whenever were in town. The bakery staff may need some diversity training classes, nonetheless this is a great place to shop.

I really wish Publix would come to my Northern Virginia area because I really enjoyed working and shopping at this grocery store. The store was very clean everything looked as it should but one thing I must say that I was surprised and somewhat disappointed to see were self-checkout aisles. I used to work at Publix as a high schooler and I have to admit I was a little disappointed but this is the way things are going. I was really hoping Publix would be the only grocery store in the world that wouldnt do it, but Ill alas this was not the case.

Ample parking and wide spaces. All cashiers are very friendly. They also take your groceries to your car. All employess if they make eye contact they say hello. Always a happy place.

This store had a more complete line of cheese (Tilamook) that other grocery stores chains in the Myrtle Beach area did not have. The store is pleasantly lighted and the staff very friendly.

July 3rd at 1:30 pm: the lady working making subs is a mess. asked for a ham and cheese got an Italian sub. how do you mess up a ham and cheese for crying out loud! it was so sloppy she should have just tossed the bread in a bag along with the meat and cheese. thank god I’ve had publix subs before because if this was my first time it would definitely be my last and when I go there and see that drunk old hag I’ll keep walking.

Kinda like the grocery stores near Buffalo. Fair Prices and sales were great.

We recently ordered a specialty birthday cake for a Lion King party. Andrew absolutely make a stunning delicious cake!! They are now top of the list for us. If you need a moist delicious beautiful cake I suggest you go see Andrew. Other places wanted $300 for the cake and this one was $100 including the smash cake. (It was a two tier)

The bathroom was filthy and disgusting so I left without buying anything. If they cant keep bathrooms clean and are selling cooked food, that should be a red flag.

Prices are reasonable and they have a lot of quality products. The only area that could use an upgrade is their produce department -- its really small and there werent many ripe/ready products.
