James Stocksdale was our tech who fixed our cabinets. He is meticulous in his work. You would never know he was there after he cleaned up after job completion. He is very friendly and kind. A great asset to your company.

James was at our house today to complete some minor repairs from our new home construction. He took the time to explain what he was going to do to fix each issue. He was very thorough and did an outstanding job. Most of these were minor dings/imperfections from the construction process. Very professional.

We moved into a new construction home 2 years ago. Recently we decided to add to our existing cabinets, but did not want to completely remodel the entire kitchen. We knew that we had Aristokraft cabinets, so doing some local searches we found that KB Kitchen & Bath Concepts was an authorized Aristokraft dealer. One afternoon we decided to take a drive out to their showroom with the an existing cabinet door in hand. We were greeted by a young woman, whos name I do not recall, and told her what we were looking to do. She told us we needed to speak with another woman, whos name we also do not recall, but was on the phone and asked us to wait. Once she was off the phone we told her what we were looking to do. We wanted a large pantry cabinet to add to the end run of our existing cabinets. Looking at the door that we had brought with us, she IMMEDIATELY said no. She said that she knew what she was talking about and that the color and style cabinet was no longer available, and that Aristokraft would not build one as they were holding on to their left over stock for warranty repairs. She pulled out a catalog and pointed out that she had xed out all the cabinets that Aristokraft no longer produced and that there was nothing she could do. She didnt even attempt to call Aristokraft to see if anything was available because, as she stated, she knows everything about Aristokraft and there is no way to get a pantry to match the existing cabinets. We asked what our options would be and she said that we would have to go with completely new cabinets to get more storage space. Once we made it clear that there was no way that would happen, she shrugged us off and went on a diatribe about the cabinets in her Florida home and basically tried to push us out the door because we were not going to get a whole new kitchen with her.Feeling pretty defeated we came to terms with her telling us in her expert opinion that we would not be able to get a matching pantry cabinet. We decided to speak with a cabinet builder that could custom make us a cabinet, and also looked into options of getting a close match off the shelf cabinet and color matching it to our cabinets. We took a few weeks to decide, and went with the off the shelf cabinet and have a stain color matched to our cabinets. $800 later we had the unfinished cabinet in our garage and I proceeded to begin working on getting this cabinet to match our cabinets. Hours turned into days, and I consider myself an average jack of all trades, but being a perfectionist the work involved was taking much longer than I expected. At this point, I decided to go to Aristokrafts website and attempt to contact them to get the color code for the stain that they used on their discontinued cabinets. I quickly received an email from Abby (an Aristokraft Customer Service Specialist) responding to my question regarding the color and style cabinets we have and was duly informed that the finish and style cabinets we have ARE still available and we would need to talk to an authorized dealer to purchase any custom cabinetry. I informed Abby of the situation we were currently in and she was very helpful but had told us to purchase the stain to match we would also have to go to an authorized dealer to get it. There was ABSOLUTELY NO WAY we would give KB our business, so I went on the search again for a local authorized dealer. LUCKILY there was one, Br**K Cabinets.I contacted them and they were very helpful and were able to get us a quote to get the stain we needed to get. While deciding if we would buy the stain, we inquired about the possibility of getting an Aristokraft pantry. They said they would have a sales person come out and verify the cabinets we have and work on a quote for it. Needless to say, 1 month after contacting Br**k Cabinets we have an Aristokraft Cabinets pantry in the color and style to match our existing cabinets. (See Picture). Beware of KB and the customer service they have.

James was our tech. He was very professional and friendly. He fixed our cabinets quickly and cleaned up as if he were never here. James is an asset to your company. I would recommend him and KB Kitchen & Bath to all of my friends and family.

Today we had James stop by. He delivered a Wonderful Customer Experience! He fixed our issue with our molding in our Kitchen where it had a space between the molding and the cabinet. James was very friendly and Knowledgeable. He explained what might have happened to the molding for it to end up looking like it does. He fixed it and it looks like NEW!

James came to my home earlier today to touch up a few cabinets. He is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! Personable, detailed and well versed in his trade are just a few qualities he possesses. Thank you James for the quality and care you took to touch up my cabinets. The cabinetry looks perfect!

Que did some warranty work on the cabinets in our new home. He has a great personality -- very customer oriented. He checked everything thoroughly and noticed some issues that we had not seen. He is extremely meticulous in his work. We enjoyed having Que work on our cabinets and hope to see him again if further work is needed. Weve been very impressed with the KB folks that weve worked with -- Gabby and Que so far. :-)

Victor was awesome! He did a great job doing the cabinet work in our kitchen and two bathrooms. He has a great work ethic and attention to detail. He was very professional and cleaned up any mess he made.He treats your cabinet work as if they were his own.

Que was scheduled to replace the door frame at the kitchen sink. He was right on time, explained what he was going to do, completed the job very efficiently and replaced a door hinge that was installed incorrectly. I must say I was very impressed with his work and respectful presence in our home. Job well done.

I have had numerous contractors in my house for repairs in the last year and I was so impressed with this company, everyone was wonderful. A pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend.

KB cabinets did a fantastic job on our home cabinets. When we had one door that had a scratch They came right out and replaced it. Their service man, Victor Conary was fantastic and had such a friendly personality! I would definitely recommend KB cabinets!

Had a problem with my kitchen cabinets falling off the wall. Called KB Kitchen & Bath Concepts and they sent Victor out to assess the situation. He explained how they were improperly installed and what he would do to fix them.He arrived today on time and got straight to work putting the cabinets up the right way. To prove his point, he actually hung from the cabinets with his full weight! I dont think this problem will reoccur.Victor was very friendly and took the time to explain everything he was doing. I would strongly recommend using KB for your cabinet needs.

Gabi has been extremely helpful with the building process. Shes been very responsive to our questions about our cabinets. Shes been very professional and friendly throughout this process. So much so that if we plan other enhancements to our home, we know we can count on Gabi to help us.
