I would like to take a moment to give this company a much deserved/earned pat on the back! My several experiences with them couldnt have been better! If they cant please you then no one can I know this much from personal experience! I have been a contractor for over 20 years therefore, I have had my fair share of shopping around and trying out every granite company around here and the end results from this company beats everyone else by a mile! They have done my personal home, my parents home, my inlaws & every house I have built the past two years and not once was I disappointed! If there was ever an issue it was addressed immediately without any return trip charges a lot of these other companies try to sock you with & I always received a follow up call from Ashley to be sure I was satisfied! I admire most that they are family owned and operated and from my 20 years experience these are the companies that take the most pride in their work and strive the hardest for a successful business and a respectful reputation. Rex is the only one in the two years I have being doing business with them to come out to measure/template my tops, I have seen the same faces on my installs time after time; Which is another reason I would recommend them over anyone else, they dont have new employees every other week, same people, same great results! I will continue to use this company for my next 20 years as long as the Lord allows me too! I just cant praise this group of people enough, from experience the only bad choice you can make is choosing someone other than Rock Solid Creations Inc. I can promise you, you wont regret it! Like the review from A Google User, I too have had a very bad experience with this company. Horrible installation, did not seal granite properly which may have been the cause of a large dark spot, no return phone calls for help. When they advertise cheap, they mean it. It comes with no service so dont expect any. I would never recommend this company.
