Finally a thrift store that doesnt sell new products or run up prices. I also found a rare vinyl record for my collection. The store was well lit and organized. Pricing could use some help though. Very few price signs in the mens department.

Pretty decent Goodwill.. clean, I like the way things were put into colors sections. Made it easy to look for what i needed. Didnt find what I needed..Not because the many selections they have but because Im so dang picky. 🤔😂

The african american lady manager was screaming at some mexican buying furniture apparently she didnt like the way they look or something she was very rude to them .the store is not clean a lot of clothes have holes or stains old fashioned that they shouldnt take .

Nice selection of shoes, clothing, furniture, kitchen appliances, and some odds and ends. While I was there the staff was walking around constantly disinfecting.

Went here to do some shopping with the family and arrived here at 5:50 pm and the store was supposed to be open until 8 pm but apparently they just close up whenever they want to with no explanation on why and this was a huge inconvenience for me because I drove way out of the way just to go here. Then went here the next day to check for some finds and I asked an associate why they closed earlier the previous day and got no answer. Lots of clothes here though so you may find something you like. Store was well organized and the bathrooms were clean. Overall I do recommend this store but you better call prior to coming here and make sure they are going to be open because they might decide to close early.

Its always a treasure hunt at Goodwill.This one has a lot of clothes if thats what youre looking for but I am not.Friendly staff and people.

Everyone was so nice. They had gift cards hidden throughout the store while I was there. I didnt find any but I could hear others getting excited; leaving me to believe they were finding the gift cards.They had lots of clothes and they all seemed to be in good to great quality. I will definitely shop here again.

Its come and go with this place as with any other Goodwill. In one of the most busiest areas off the 501 in Carolina Forest so it can be a pain due to the traffic. The prices are reasonable and the employees are friendly.

Excellent store. Well organized. Every clothing item is labeled with a tag size and sorted according to sizes on the racks. The household items are placed into categiries as well. The cashier was friendly. Lastly, we drove up to the drive through and donated clothes items. I was impressed with this goodwill. I will return.

I didnt have any problems it was ok. Only people shopping was inconsiderate of others around but all of the goodwills are like that.

The trip was somewhat disappointing. The store was extremely crowded and quality merchandise was in short supply. Maybe my imagination everything was 10 to 30% more expensive than last trip.There are top quality store at Murrells Inlet and of 17 bypass. Try them firdt.

Its goodwill, its hit or miss. Some days I find gold here and other days I have found nothing. One of the cleaner ones around and seldom is there a line.

Goodwill is getting really pricey and their selections are not great. Shelves full of junk nobody wants. Not really worth visiting this store.

3 stars because its the end of April 2021 and EVERY dressing room is still closed due to covid. Didnt know until my teenager had a cart full of clothes to try on and they would not let us. Otherwise a friendly store and your typical goodwill.

My son and I went in on Monday early afternoon. We were looking around separately. I was interested in a purse. When I opened it up there was drugs!! There was a needle and a liquid substance! I immediately went to find my adult son. There was One lady running the register and busy. My son found an employee and said to her theres something bad in here and luckily my mom was not poked! The lady didnt even care! She raised her hand and said no no. We threw the purse on the counter and left. I probably should of called the police! This used to be our favorite. They didnt even care.

I have been a long time donater to Good Will. Sometimes making 4 trips a month with my vehicle loaded down. Many items, never used and price tags still on them. It would amount to 600.00 in each drop of excellent quality and resale.Im also a senior citizen and I often take my 83yr old mom with me. I visited the Carolina Forest store recently with my mom and found seven pair of soft comfortable fabric pants for her to wear. She suddenly felt ill and I quickly made the purchase and got her home. The next day, as she tried them on, the pants were not true to size, so I told her not to worry and we would take them back in the morning and exchange them.WELL THAT WASNT THE CASE!!HOW DISAPPOINTED I WAS TO HAVE BROUGHT THE PANTS STILL IN THE BAG, AND GOODWILL TAGS NOT REMOVED FROM THE PANTS, PLUS THE RECEIPT FOR THE PURCHASE. THE CASHIER WAS RUDE FROM THE START UPON MY ASKING TO EXCHANGE TO A SIZE THAT FITS HER, SHE REFUSED TO EVEN BE POLITE ABOUT IT, WHICH EMBARRASSED US TO SAY THE LEAST. I WOULDNT TREAT CUSTOMERS LIKE THIS AND FEEL IT IS A SUBSTANDARD WAY TO TREAT THE ELDERLY.GOODWILL DEPENDS ON THE COMMUNITY FOR DONATIONS AND IT SENDS A REALLY BAD MESSAGE AS FAR AS THEIR INTEGRITY.I AM HAPPY TO SAY THAT I WENT TO ANOTHER GOODWILL THAT DAY AND THEY WERE VERY POLITE,CARING AND HAD NO PROBLEM IN ALLOWING MOM TO EXCHANGE THE PANTS FOR A DIFFERENT SIZE.I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THE CAROLINA FOREST GOODWILL.YOU REALLY NEED TO EVALUATE HOW YOU TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS.

Was good,for the peoples who want to have good things in less money

So if you go there to buy clothes, you have to guess if they are going to fit. The fitting rooms are closed, and their store policy is no returns, except electronics.....

Very helpful and kind staff, very clean, got good deals on a new rain coat and luggage.Thank you to the kind men who helped me get something off the top shelf.Noticed it was very organised u like other goodwill locations.My only complaint is that clothes are organized by color rather than size, making quickly finding your needed items slower or difficult.

Pretty clean store. But not a very big selection some of the shelves are pretty bear and the clothes racks were pretty sparse I wouldnt go out on my way to visit for the passing by it be alright to stop.

This place is closed down. Definitely not a Goodwill in this location. Either that or their hours of operation is wrong. We got there before 8pm and they were already closed. Website said they stay open until 9 pm. I love the Goodwill very disappointed!!!

Bought 2 items for my daughter costing a total of 12 dollars. They didnt fit and within the hour attempted to exchange for something else for her. In the past Ive exchanged once and they wouldnt do it this time stating they dont do it anymore . I told them I had just donated 2 full set Entertainment surround sound speakers that they will be making a pretty penny off of and it had been less than an hour. I just wanted to get her something that fit. Pretty much I got screwed. No longer will donate or shop at Goodwill.

I love goodwill and this one was seriously lacking, in disarray but the staff was nice.

Clean friendly good pickings

I found a lot of cute things here! I travel a lot and I always pop into different goodwills, this place is organized and the staff is very friendly. All of the racks were color coordinated and kept neat.

This is a nice, tidy, and friendly location. The store was well stocked and had plenty to choose from. The mens section was a bit lacking, but was stoked with plenty of professional wear.

Poor selection of mens clothes unless your looking for office pants and suits with a size 40 waist and up. Lots of womens clothes plenty of other assorted junk.

Very long lines, prices are made up as they go so if you think you are buying something for 5.49 then get to the register, oh this is 19.00 for a used faux leather blazer no price tag at all any where on itemWill never go there again... my guess is some employee wanted it thats why it was supposedly hung in the wrong area

Great place to donate. There’s donation containers by their drop off doors and during opening hours someone always unloads for you.

Overpriced .. many items are matched to the asking price rather than sold price on eBay, fewer mens clothing. Bought items taped up only to get home and find the item broke or chipped and deliberately done so. Nothing is sorted by size, not even remotely. And things are barely sorted by color. Its an extremely overwhelming, and unorganized Goodwill. This is coming from an avid Goodwill-er. I actually gave up and left after about 30 mins

Wonderful finds but high prices!

All these things are donated to them.They keep going up on prices.The stores wouldnt be running over with nowhere to put things if they would lower their prices.Somethings are cheaper at Wal-Mart than at Goodwill.
