My husband and I have called this business 7 times. They never answer or call back. I have sent my screen shot from Wish to pick up my item 3 times! I will Never use this place for Anything because of their unprofessional!

I’ve been there a half a dozen times. Each time within the hours listed on the web. Not once has anybody been there to open the door. Lights are on, nobody’s there. I tried to pick up things and now they’re charging me 80% restock fee when I couldn’t even get in the door.I can’t even imagine how this business does any business. I tried calling them and no one picks up. I’ve left messages. No one responds. I’ve texted them. No one responds. And somehow they have a relationship with the company WISH.Great scam going on. They make you go to this place to do pick up your delivery but nobody’s ever there so they charge you. I’m done with both companies now.🤮

This place is by appointment only. Not good. They didnt have complete orders. But they said they would look for my items. Not there. Not happy at all, I canceled my current order. It makes me mad because its paid for.

Bath Addict Me has a wonderful variety of products and a friendly staff! This company makes everything fresh and 100% natural.They also do classes that even kids can participate in, and did I mention their prices are extremely affordable! Love this local business. Absolutely loved my experience, I highly recommend them!
