Great jewelry store, with great customer service. My boyfriend and I went in to pick out my engagement ring and Scott was extremely helpful and professional. He helped guide us towards the perfect ring and spent the time with us to find something Id truly love wearing the rest of my life. He gave us his opinion on what he thought without pushing anything upon me. Very knowledgeable and would go back for any future jewelry needs.

I came in because I wanted to customize/upgrade my engagement ring. The first time I went in they turned me away saying come back when the jeweler was in. Fine. I went in when they told me the jeweler would be there and the lady said, “oh he is too busy right now.” And made me feel like I was bothering them. Did not bother to ask for my contact information or arrange an appropriate time to meet. Fine. I don’t have a lot of time so I took my business and spent 3 grand somewhere else. Thanks, no thanks Reeds.

Lisette has been such a help to us since my husband walked in over 5 years ago to pick out my engagement ring. He had been to 7 other places and she was the only person who truly helped him. Years later when we had some issues with the setting she has bent over backwards to help us. She has sent us anniversary cards, always asks about our children. Knowledgeable and helpful staff. After purchasing a beautigul Alex and Ani bracelet set for my 3yr wedding anniversary, the worst thing happened. Her first time wearing it, the soldered top of the charm, literally, broke a small enough chunk out to fall off the bracelet. We were able to bring the charm and bracelet in for an exchange.Also, since I was needing 1 replaced/exchanged, we had another one my daughter owned that, unfortunately, needed repairing, too. The staff went right to work on calling for the exchanges and repairs. I was really shocked as to the level of care that I received from them but I highly recommend Reeds jewelry at Coastal Grand Mall.You wont be sorry. Thank you again Reeds staff!!!

My husbands wedding ring has had to be replaced 3 times since we got married Feb 2017! The location we purchased originally in NMB closed so now we have to keep driving from LR to MB and it is ridiculous. All we want is a full refund for our troubles and the managers are now ignoring us, even on the corporate level! So now they have our ring that WE paid for and will not refund us OUR money. We do not want a 4th replacement ring. All we want is our money back to go elsewhere to get my husband a wedding ring.

We feel comfortable working with Reeds and Larry they are honest and very helpful people to deal with. As of of today Im having reeds make me a custom diamond ring.
