I contacted Global Office Furniture yesterday (on a Sunday) and asked about getting replacement parts for my office chair which was showing signs of degradation on the arms and back. I was given a number to call on Monday (today) and was told to speak with Monica. Today I called before Monica was about to call me. I thought this has got to be the nicest customer service I thick I have received ever in my life. First off I spoke to 2 live people not and recording. The gentleman Matt or Max that I called yesterday was on the road driving, he answered my call and pulled off the road to get me a number to call this morning. Thats when I spoke to Monica who settled all my concerns and told me they would replace my chair at no cost. Again this has got to be the best customer service I have ever received.I was on the phone the other day with a company I pay monthly for service and waited 55 minuets to get someone on the line to talk with me. Needless to say I was livid with that company and decided to drop that company to hire another. Customer service should be a primary concern to any successful business. Global Furniture has met that mark with flying colors. Keep up the good work, I will be referring anyone i know to this company.Daniel J. De Broeck

Went out of their way to assemble a chair knowing I was leaving back home the next day. They didnt have to rush an assembly especially not knowing if I was even going to purchase the product.The second I sat in it I felt how sturdy it was. Not creaking sounds. Rolls perfectly. Took me 3 seconds to tell them Ill take it.Impressed by how much they seemed to care just by selling me one single chair. I know they didnt make much money off me but that didnt seem to matter to them.Oh....and the fact the chair is half the cost I was expecting to spend elsewhere didnt hurt either.

We purchased a Global office chair from Sams about 4 years ago and were having trouble with the wheels. Found the receipt and paperwork indicating a 5 year warranty. Called Customer Service (CS) inquiring if it were possible to order replacement/upgrade wheels for this chair. The CS lady, very professional, said that our model was discontinued and she would have to check with her supervisor about what could be done. She quickly responded that Global would replace the chair. I asked what the cost would be to us and she replied nothing. We received an email describing 3 choices for our replacement. Later we received another email with tracking info; a few days later the chair arrived. Assembled it; fantastic! It was like going from a 53 VW bug to a 2020 BMW! Thanks so much; Globals warranty was honored above and beyond our expectations. We will not hesitate to purchase any of their products in the future.

I bought my son an office chair off Amazon for his virtual learning. On of the wheels was broken and I called the customer service number trying to buy replacement wheels. Not only were they super nice and understanding, they sent the replacement wheels for free. Very customer service oriented company!! Thank you for helping me get my son off his bed and at his desk so he can learn and excel!

I had an office chair purchased from office depot almost 4 years ago. It starts peeling off the fabric otherwise works very well. I contacted to office depot, they said it has manufacturer warranty for 5 years. I found the manufacturer contacts from chair tag and contacted to customer service.Their team works really well, after quick identification, verification processes, they send a replacement chair right away. I even didnt expect such fast and curtesy service. Great works. Thanks a lot. Keep going guys!!!

I purchased one of Global Office Furnitures chairs from Amazon. The chair had a defective t-nut. When I called Global Office Furniture, Sakeria Robinson answered on the second ring, listened carefully to my problem, and sent a replacement immediately! I am now sitting on a very comfortable office chair. The only negative is that, while the descriptions all said the chair is covered in bonded leather, the tag on the seat cushion says it is polyurethane on a polyester backing. Still a very comfy chair, though, and if the materials hold up well I can live without real or bonded leather.

We bought office chairs for our operation about two years ago. Really nice chairs, reasonably priced and great customer service. We will definitely go to Global Office Furniture for our next order of office chairs!

The chair I have has done wonders for me at work. I have issues with my back and sitting for any amount of period hurts my back, however, the office chair I have has changed my work performance and made the difference. Wonderful
