I have to say its been a minute since Ive had to stop in. And as always Jeff is still as friendly today as he was last year. I needed a battery for my moms car. He greeted me remembered me as well. Asked me how Ive been and took good care of me. Walked me too my car put the battery in and made sure i was good and that I didnt need a anything else. Thank you Jeff for your excellent service. You are a good man and a great Manager. You need a raise.

Didnt have what I needed and was not sure if or when I could get it.

Of course my wifes durango would wait until it started to rain, but the SEL came on. I stopped into the nearest parts house, which is a competitor, to have them scan it. They said they couldnt because it was raining. So from their parking lot, I called autozone. They would scan it regardless of rain. When I arrived, they gave me the scan tool, which was completely fine and found out what was wrong. The code was not a normal code that autozone kept in their computer, but the lady behind the counter went above and beyond to not only find out what the code meant, but helped me in fixing it. Bless her heart. She walked all over that store multiple times trying to find what I needed to make the repair there in the parking lot. In the end, it only costs $5 to fix it and she made sure that everything was right before I left. I can not remember her name but kuddos to her. Could not have done it without you. Thank you.

We were traveling and needed a new battery, we were in and out within 30 minutes and the guy helping us also put in the new battery for us!

Vernon went over and above this morning! My car had a hard time starting this morning, so I went to autozone Nacogdoches to have my battery checked out. Vernon helped me and guided me through buying the battery. He started installing the battery and of course the rain from tropical storm Beta decided to pour down. Vernon did not hesitate. He went in and put on a rain Coat and got back to work. He literally changed my battery in the pouring down rain! I can not thank him enough for helping me with buying and installing the battery! He for sure went over and beyond today. Thank you Vernon!

On January 31,2020 at 5:59pm and 6:15pmMy husband was on the hold for 15 min. He hung up and called back, the guy answered immediately and was free to help my husband. My husband then asked if he was free and he said yes. Mu husband then said I was on hold for 15 min. What is that? To which the man ( who did not give a name nor did the other gentleman who forgot about my husband on hold) rudely said what do you mean, what is that? Im sorry if the employees as this location were not trained properly to handle a upset customer, who they forgot about when they put on hold, or they simply do and did not care. We will no longer be using autozone for any of our vehicle needs. There was no need to be so rude, when they are the reason he was upset because the simply forgot about him on hold. Any customer willing to give your store business, would be upset at the fact the employee forgot about him. Its not to hard to look and see someone on hold.

Jake S. is always super courteous when I come into the store and helps me find exactly what I am looking for. He is always polite and extremely helpful! He’s not bad on the eyes either if you know what I mean!

BRIAN is great guy and really helpful.

Probably one of the worst services I’ve ever had. The Hispanic worker with curly hair that helped out my brake light on was mumbling as he spoke to me with traffic behind us causing me to not hear him. Then he basically degraded my knowledge of vehicles and would say rude things like “you did hear me say this, right?” with an attitude. It made me want to stop the service all together and leave. Don’t downgrade customers. We are paying to have other people do the service with the assumption that they would properly assist their customers with polite customer service.

Watch out to not get on the manager Ram Razo bad side he will blast his customers on facebook town groups. Then say its policy to not do it, then he will say its not policy its his opinion, so he basically refused service to someone because he didnt want to do his job. Then blasted them on Facebook. Time for that manager to be gone.

Went to the counter to purchase an item, the two associates informed me that one was on lunch the other was not on a register several times. I set my item on the rack and went to another parts store up the road. I have now found a store that will assist me in all of the parts and needs of my three vehicles.
