DO NOT!!!! Give these thieves your credit card information. I reserved a U-Haul for my niece and she returned the U-Haul clean. Now they try to charge my card 3 or 4 times daily for a dollar here or 5 dollars there thinking I wont notice. I spoke with the owner and he told me theres nothing I can do about it so bring it was his exact words. My fellow veterans please dont use there services.

They are Awesome, the best place to clean and detail your vehicle. They can take an old car and it looks like a new one when completed and the whole staff is super friendly and welcoming.

Fast and absolutely beautiful job on my filthy truck. Removed window tint and added a bed liner. These guys were amazing! Job well done!

Detailing must not be what it used to be. It was fine hair paint brushes, q-tips and attention to detail. Today it is mostly a rag fingernailed in crevasses and an ok foaming spray cleaner. My experience here was an overpriced good service. In all fairness, the word Detail is not in the name.

Horrible experience. The owner charged my 67 yr old senior citizen mother $250 for a car wash on her 2007 Honda CRV . I called him to explain she has dementia and doesnt always realize what shes doing. He arrogantly told me he has 4 and 500 car washes and hed has always charged her that price and always will despite my objection. He was rude, very unprofessional and a complete jerk. I will not allow my mother to go back there again. Horrible business and owner. Dont go there.

Was told they have 24/7 lock boxes and they will set one up for me to pick up. Show up on the day to pick up and have to contact customer service they have informed me that Precision Auto clean did not set a box up. Now im stuck searching for a truck with 24/7 box set up.

Do NOT do business here. They are EXTREMELY RUDE! When I went by to return a Uhaul and the guy at the front (thick build with baseball cap) yelled YOU GOT TO GET OUT OF HERE! GET OUT OF HERE! .. A younger, skinny guy came running over saying This door is supposed to be locked but never took the time to care about how rude the other man had been. Continuing to cut me off, he just kept repeating just drop the key in the box. I feel like things would have gone smoother if I was not a person of color! I suggest you go elsewhere for your Uhaul needs. Their customer service was nonexistent!

By far the worst experience that I have had as a customer! I paid hundreds of dollars for a sound system installation that was poorly installed. Resulting in me having to return to them several times never fixing my issues. Speakers popping which finally blew having to be replaced. Each time I returned there someone was there complaining about the same issues that I was having. Ironically they happen to all be black people. The sales manager is very unprofessional and the installer Jeff is horrible at his job. They let a kid install my system while allowing the guy Jeff do other work.

If you rent a U-haul from them be sure to call and confirm what time they will let you pick it up.My reservation was for 7 am which was confirmed by email and their website, Facebook, and Google all say they open at 7am. However when I showed up at 7am they said to come back at 8am.

Bad service, overpriced, dont warranty work or stereo equipment, installation was horrible

The absolute worst service, the crackhead who installs stereo equipment puts speakers in backwards and the “manager” Joe his boyfriend backs the wrong he does. No customer service skills at all. They tell you it’s your fault that the crackhead doesn’t know what he’s doing. Please do not take your vehicle to this place, they are a joke.

By far the absolute best. Work is quick, yet efficient, and less expensive than others that only dream to be as good as these folks.

I worked here for a couple of months andrealized that the owner lied about what kind of compensation I would be receiving. Payed on commission I was receiving less than minimum wage and received no overtime pay. This is not legal under both Texas and US labor laws. The owner, Ryan Grimmett, fired me after bringing these issues up.

Professional, friendly, a bit pricey but definitely worth it.
