At the store on university st. They have wonderful friendly personnel i will be returning to this store often.

It was clean and the service was nice. The cashier was friendly but efficient.

Long line, slow service, only one check out open all the time in all Family Dollar stores i dread going in your store...smart manager act like his job is not what he want to do anymore DOLLAR TREE is in my neighbor hood now I will try with all my might not to be a Customer anymore at Family Dollar

Good customer service

The store is clean and the workers are nice. I love their home decore and their clearance section is huge!

First off I want to say I am not happy about my experience with this store and its employees. After several attempts to get my money back I was banned from this store with no fault on my part. I simply bought a product and when I came in and tried to return it the employee was very rude to me. I spoke with the store manager shortly after and was told the same thing. I said OK and the store manager said to me if I wanted the number to the head office then she would give it to me. Well shortly after I tried calling the number but it was out of service. I come to find out that the number she gave me was the wrong number. I called back and told her that she had given me the wrong number and she said that was not her problem and for me to deal with it on my own. If they are going to have products on the shelf they need to have a return policy that will suit the consumer not themselves. On a different day I went in to return some items I bought my mom. I had my receipt from the date of purchase. When I asked the same store manager to explain the return policy she refused. I told her OK thats fine. Then she bags my stuff up and tells me I have been banned from the store. I have never heard of a store that will refuse service to someone or who will ban someone over trying to get there money back. This manager needs to be dealt with and a resolution needs to be made.

Kinda run down looking on the outside.

The women at the register basically accused my husband and I if stilling when we went to left cause my husbands keys hit the anti theft by the door when we where leaving the store had to empty out all our bags that she rung up and packed

Found everything that l was looking for.Very friendly.

Clean and well organized facility.....enty of options to choose from in most every category.
