Rip off!! Buy a game for $60 new and trade it in for $10 in store credit. If you like getting screwed, go to a truck stop instead. You will get a better deal. More bang for your buck. Lol

Great service. The staff is well knowledgeabled in a majority of the games. Tell them what you like to play and they can find you others like it. Become an Elite Pro member and get discounts. I love GameStop. I rearly buy my game anywhere else.

Went the other day to pick out a game for my son and we were not even asked how we could be helped ask for manager and no manager on site horrible customer service will not return anymore i would rather go to a different location
