Paid to get front and back screen fixed and back camera, I’ve had to take my phone back twice to get the back camera fixed again paying $25 each time. Now he is telling me my frame on the phone needs to be replaced in order for the camera to stop coming unconnected. When I first met him I asked for the price to fix EVERYTHING and not once was the frame mentioned.

Update: as far as I am concerned you will not find any better service than these guys. They will take care of you, and they will do the best that they can to make sure you get the best service. Ill definitely be taking my phone back here and look forward to working with you guys again!

Phone screen repair was overall good experience. Nice customer service. The only thing I would suggest improving is answering the phone and communicating better. I called left a message and was never called back on status of repair. I just had to stop by to see if it was done. Other than that Ill be coming back.

I took in a very specific job on a hard drive for soldering work and the work was done very fast and in the end the product worked perfectly I highly recommend this place.

Apple was charging me $345 to fix my camera from my phone but IWizz charged me $48!! I definitely recommend this place. It took them no longer than 30 min to do the job. (:

Never again I dropped my phone off to get fixed for a simple screen crack. He said it couldn’t be fixed but that I still owed him 30$ So I took it to another place and they repaired it just fine.

Initially took my ipad to them.. Sadly had to later take my iphone to them.. REPAIRED PERFECTLY... WILL ALWAYS USE....hopefully i will never have to. *** JUST MAKE SURE YOU GET DIRECTIONS EXACTLY WHERE THEY ARE...LOL

THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE!!. went in for a screen repair and they messed up so much stuff with my phone. DO NOT RECCOMEND!!! My battery has blown up twice! I had to get a new phone!

Bought an unlocked Samsung S8 from here. I used the phone immediately on ATT. Worked fine. Bought a prepaid unlimited TMOBILE SIM and plan only to find that the phone was in fact locked to ATT. Returned to store. The nice lady texted the owner who first asked her to check the date on my bill to see if it was past their limited warranty. After waiting a Looooong time I was told they would email me instructions to unlock the phone. The next day, I received a message from them with unlock instructions. Followed the instructuons and i am now usi g rhe phone on the other carrier, unlocked. 4 stars for the delays in getting this resolved but the important thing is that they did resolve it including an expense on their end for the unlocking.

I brought in my galaxy s8 plus, new LCD&back glass. (THIS WAS THE 2ND ONE, {BRAND NEW} THE 1ST DID HAVE BAD BURN~IN,) They put the new LCD on and back glass, I left it with them at 11:30am, I calld 3 times only to be told that someone different was still workin on it. So, knowin that they close at 6:00 I went there. They had it done. When I got it I noticed that the back glass wasnt seated flush, I said something to the lady, she tells me I need to put more pressure on it, WAIT? WHAT ? I need to? Thats what they were paid to do, any ways, I go, put my card back on it, start to reset my fingerprint, that dont work now, so I put the phone in my case and as I snap it on I felt I a crunch and heard it too, the back where it wasnt flush the whole left bottom corner has a crack now. I took it back in there and of course they didnt do anything wrong, they claim... So whatever. I strongly so NOT recommend this place. Yall r jus a bad business.. Either way let people kno thats all this mess is. .The 2nd screen was brand freakin new! And theres no reason it took ALL day!And the back new back glass I bought DIDNT COME WITH A FINGERPRINT SENSOR, SO U HAD TO TAKE THE ONE OFF OF THE ORIGINAL SAMSUNG BACK! !! !! THAT ONE WORKED! ! U MESSED IT UPLatest update, couple a days ago I did talk to one of the people there, we agreed that if they ordered the right back glass, (with the camera lens thats not just a flat circle) and a new fingerprint sensor, if the one on my phone wasnt just not connected properly, And had it by Friday, (today) that I would change my rating to 5 stars.. .Its 1:08, I havent heard anything from them, the guy told me we still have ur info, I will let u kno.Oh well, I guess lesson learned small toenails shops just do do it like big city shops... 😔

UPDATE AGAIN well just took my iphone to another shop out of town they took it apart and wow cant believe what this guy showed me iwizz tech did not even put the metal cover back in the phone it was bad enough they did not put the chips back but i am so mad at these people for doing me like this and charge me a reasonable 25.00 fee and did not assemble it right. At least it powered on when i had it .But this place is not recommended.) I never hit display table and bad business when a person takes a phone in and does come on and works except the touch screen and now get it back and dont work at all you left some chips out you said and did not even bother putting them back. That aint right.)Took my iphone 6 in it was only little over a month old ..bought at walmart without warranty ..touch screen stopped working took it to iwizz they tried different screens that did not fix it. Saod ot was some kind of chip on the board. Had it for a week, amd came back today Thursday and he said they was un able to fix it. Ok when i had it at least it would power on amd everything worked except the touch screen ..well he tells me rhey left chips out and now my iphone 6 wont even power on or do amything. I wanted to at least hook it to my computer if they could not fix it. But now i cant even do that . and also still charged me 25.00 fee and i will never go back there again nor will i ever recommend this place to amyone. They did me wrong. Not fair at all.
