I love their Frappuccinos!! I also love that their staff seems to be very friendly and familiar with their menu.If your receipt is important to you, be sure to ask for it.

The morning shift is absolutely amazing! They handle the morning rush so well and they are incredibly friendly! I am a regular that goes almost daily and they’re so great about learning their customers and greet me everyday! Their amazing customer service makes it worth buying a drink everyday (that and my caffeine addiction😜) they have a great team going!

Not the first time they messed up this bad. Ill just list everything ordered. Ordered three large, but got one large and two small. (How do you even mess that up?) Got the wrong flavored egg bites, AND they were cold. Gave us 3 small straws so the big drink didnt have a straw for it. Also, no napkins, the easiest thing to not mess up. In short the entire order was wrong, but we didnt just accidentally get someone elses, they just screwed up.

Coffee was great customer service was great. Location and drive thru SUX! The location really needs to be moved with as much business as they get. I probably waited in the drive thru for a good 15 minutes. Plus the cars were backed up on the main road.

Young lady in the drive thru was very friendly and suggested other local places to visit.

Do not waste your time. Worst Starbucks EVER. Their hours are never the same and they NEVER put a sign out reflecting their hour changes. I mobile ordered today and went to pick it up in store. It said it would be ready at 7:26 AM. I get out and the doors are locked. There’s people inside pointing out back so I drive through the drive thru - THERES a cone in the drive thru that says closed at 2:30PM. IT IS 7:30AM. So I tried to call them to get a refund- phone lines are busy. So irritating. Whoever manages this location needs help. Terrible

Drive thru was extremely slow at the Nacogdoches location on North St...it must have been training day or something, nearly 30 minutes in line is ridiculous.

The line moved pretty quickly. The food and beverages were consistent for what you expect from Starbucks. People were friendly.

Ordered caramel frappe and no caramel. Hours are all over the place and you find out by driving there.

Just waited in line for 35 min (not the part I’m disappointed with) the line was in the street, the parking lot was blocked, no one was helping guide cars, but all of that could have been excused if my breakfast sandwich had not been frozen in the middle when I took a bite out of it. There’s no way I’m getting back in line to return it, and no one is answering their phone for customer service. Definitely not how I wanted to start my morning. Only went because I had a gift card and now I regret it. Terrible service!

This place can never get it together, especially in the morning. Beware ordering here unless you have 30 minutes to sit and wait. Im more disappointed in myself for going here as many times as I did. The service is slower than molasis. The coffee taste like it was burnt not 1 but not but 3 times over. It was difficult to park my F-350 in the tiniest parking spaces in all of Texas. Couldnt even get in there with my horse trailer.

Can’t decide whether or not they want to keep the lobby open, can’t decide what hours they’ll operate period, takes half an hour to make a coffee, and the microwave food tastes like used rubber tires. Why go here when you can just slurp sludge off the street?

Slow slow slow. Inwas hear ladt night 11/10/2020 and there was next to no one in line or the parking lot and I was in the drive through for 20 minutes.

The quality of the drinks are always good and the employees are always super sweet. My only problem is the wait time. I have never had to wait so long for one cup of coffee in my entire life. If there are 3 people in front of me in line at the drive thru, I consistently have to wait 20-30 minutes and am late to work Every time. So if you have somewhere to be, I would try and get there close to an hour before you have to be where ever you are going.

Ive been to a few Starbucks where the staff was rude and indifferent, but Ive always been treated with kindness and courtesy at this one. They are usually pretty prompt, although there have been a few times where it took a while. The coffee is always wonderful!

Ordered through the mobile app since I was a ways away and wanted to give them some extra time to make my drink. I arrived 10 minutes after I ordered but they had a long line in the drive thru so I figured it would take a bit.I proceeded to wait for 15 more minutes (25 since placing the order) before I asked if they had my order at all. They said “we are out of the sauce that goes in it”.I work in food service so I COMPLETELY understand that you run out of things. I wasn’t upset that they ran out, I was upset that they didn’t say anything and just ignored the order all together! They had the order, and instead of asking if the person that ordered it was there to see if they wanted something else, they just ignored it until I asked.Then once I asked, they made me repeat the entire order back to them right then. I’m one of those people that has a stupidly complicated drink order which is why I order through the app to save time and save a cashier from having to push all the buttons.Even once they had the order... they proceeded to serve 6 more people ahead of me.I know y’all are college kids... but seriously...?

Was in the area visit Stephen Austin University and had some free time to kill while waiting. Stopped by here for a green iced tea. Taste different than other iced tea, in a bad way. Barely any one in here but they were pretty slow

Coffee is good. The employees weren’t the friendliest after they messed up my order. Don’t go there if you are in a hurry, it is the slowest Starbuck’s i have ever been to. I thought it might have been the day or time i went, but nope, the next day was just as slow. They still get three stars because the coffee was good.

Got a smores frap, they swore there was marshmallow in it and there was not in the whole cup saw a car in front of us with whipped cream coming out the top of the cup when we got ours there was barely any whipped cream in there they could do much better than that quite disappointed

Newly remodeled. It is terrible. Removed small tables in favor a BIG community table. Removed overstuffed chairs in favor of sway back somethings that resemble bad IKEA chairs. I was so turned off that I didnt stay for the coffee.

A good representative of Starbucks everywhere. Make sure you know what you want in advance; the on-site menu wont show you everything they offer.

Everything a Starbucks should be: good drinks and snacks (and hot sandwiches) in a comfortable, relaxed atmosphere. Outdoor seating. Just across the street from SFA campus.

What can I say, if you have been to one Starbucks you have been to them all. It isnt any different than others I have been to. My coffee, bacon egg bites, and yougurt parfait was good. If you have never tried the sous-vide egg bites, then do yourself a favor and try them. Only complaint I have is the parking lot is kinda small and hard to get in and out of.

They have some awesome, awesome employees. Most fast food restaurants can replace their workers with robots & we will all be happier, that simply isnt true for Starbucks. You can never replace a Starbucks barista with a robot.

By far the slowest Starbucks I have ever been to. The baristas are usually nice enough but I have also been flat out ignored because they are always so overwhelmed and understaffed! There are a few local places that I would recommend before this Starbucks.

No one ever acknowledges me, I have to get someone’s attention EVERY TIME, and they never start making my drink until after I get there AND tell them I’m there. Drinks are eh and customer service is 🙄. Not even worth it anymore. Save your money and your time.

This is the worst Starbucks Ive ever been to. I was visiting from TN. They were completely unhelpful when I asked what hot teas they had. The Barista just pointed to the back wall. I asked if they had a list and he said no. No one took our names when we ordered our drinks and just set the drinks on the counter without calling out what the drink was. Its not busy at all (even the drive through) and the baristas are just steadily talking and not paying any attention as were asking questions. Horrible experience.

Probably one of the slowest Starbucks ever. I wait ~25 minutes at least every time I go. The university starbucks is quicker and they do it with 2 people.

The drinks are good, but I often have to avoid using the drive thru due to the fact that Ive been misheard before causing the barista to use real milk instead of soy. The inside is pretty small, but really cozy. My favorite is the vanilla iced coffee with soy. In short, if you have time, go inside and skip the drive thru if you want a customized drink.

This was the worst experience ever. The service was unattentive. I was basically left to fend for myself in figuring out if the drink on the counter was mine or not. They did not take my name and did not pay attention let alone look at me. They have some serious service issues here.

Not the best. Over the past year and a half, this location has consistently run out of certain products absurdly early. After the fourth time, I spoke to the manager to suggest that they order more ahead of time, but to no avail.The last time I went here (at 7:10am) they were out of the first item I ordered, so I chose another ... that they were also out of, but found something to eat on attempt #3. After quite the wait, I received my sad order, and drove away, putting this store in my rearview, never to return again.With great sorrow,A neglected customer
