I was so thankful she had the best reviews on the website she was very informative honest and trustworthy. She let Sean know I needed a new system he showed my options I picked one and installing very soon. Will update once my new system is in. So far 5 star rating from me.

The technician arrived at the time specified for essentially an HVAC checkup. He explained the complete process to me and answered my questions. Additionally, he provided an estimate for an upgrade on the system that I was considering. McWilliams and Son installed the complete system roughly 4 years ago and it has functioned flawlessly. He was pleasant, unobtrusive and completed the services in a timely manner.

Pedro & Brandon did an excellent job of replacing my old system. They were very knowledgeable & kept me informed about what they were doing. The finished work looks great. I dont know how much they arepaid but it probably isnt enough. If I was still running a business they are the kind of employees I would seek out & try to keep.

Very respectful, knowledgeable about their products. let me start off by giving the Nacogdoches branch and HUUGE THANK YOU!! Mrs. Darla ONeil, Mark Summers, Frederico, and Brandon. If I misspelled anyone names or have them wrong, my apologies. Mrs. Darla called them for me and scheduled it, never had to pick up a phone!! Mark was on point and promptly on time. very much kept us informed of what was going on and the options available, no pressure salesman- absolutely loved that aspect. When Brandon and Frederico showed up, right on time, not a second late, both very respectful and courteous. They explained what they needed from us to get started and explained the whole process very thoroughly. These two gentlemen went straight to work and when they were finished it looked amazing! They cleaned up, tested the system, set up the thermostat and answered any questions that we had. From the time I was asking Mrs. Darla for the phone number to my residence back to comfortable was maybe 36 hours, total!! Whatever you are paying these people, its not enough!! These guys stand behind their motto- Lifetime customer right here, Cant praise them enough.

I was having issues with air flow/cool air coming up to my game room addition above the garage and requested a visit to help try and figure out what was going on. Charlie was AMAZING! He was so incredibly thorough and detailed, explaining everything and helping us come up with a short term and long term plan for monitoring and maintaining not only the game room but the rest of the house as well on units that are original to the home, but still ticking along (just needed a little attention). Plus, figuring out the duct work and air flow was quite a tricky task - Charlie nailed it! I contacted Mcwilliams and son for a new a/c system! I had heard of their reputation for excellent work! I spoke with Monica and Margaret (twins?) who connected me with the point man and salesman Mr Sam Price. Sam did an excellent job explaining our options and what was best for our home. After Sam sold us a new hvac system, he referred us to the installation team. The installers, Brandon and Pedro, are nothing less than experts! The installation process was quick and they did and excellent job of clean up! Monica, Margaret, Sam Price, Brandon, and Pedro make the Nacogdoches department of Mcwilliams and son an awesome asset and one I highly recommend!

Amazing and quick service. Ended up being the condenser motor and even though they have to order it and were still waiting on that im already happy with the service. Technician checked over everything else while here just to confirm the problem we found was the only one we had. Even the price was very very reasonable. In fact it was low for the style of service.

My husband and I had just closed on our home in April and then low and behold the AC decided to betray us a week ago. McWilliams & Son sent Trevor out the same morning to see what the problem was. After he tried everything he could possibly do it came down to the compressor being bad and needing replaced. I know he hated leaving without being able to fix the problem. My husband & I discussed if we should replace the part or the entire unit since it was already 12 years old. Billy reached out to us and came out the very next day, which was Sunday mind you. He was so personable and we were relieved when he discussed all the options that they offer. We knew we were in good hands and chose to replace the unit altogether. Billy didnt leave us in the heat though he set up a portable unit to keep us comfortable. Brandon and his assistant came out on Tuesday and got everything switched out and hooked up. We were so impressed with the quick and efficient service we received so we went ahead and signed up for the membership services as well!!!! One less thing to worry about, thank you McWilliams & Son!!!!!!!

My experience with McWilliams & Son has been very good. They have someone available to answer the phone after hours in case of an emergency. We all know that in Texas, if your AC goes out during the summer, its an emergency! You can also reach them by chat on their website. They had someone come out as soon as possible, and had me back up, running, and cooled off. They make themselves available and the staff is very professional. Reasonably priced. I would recommend!

Overall communication and customer service was a pure pleasure to receive. Everything was explained beforehand, work was done in a very timely manner. Weston and Jay went above and beyond in not only fixing the issue but making sure the rest of the AC units (inside and out) were in proper working order.

They came out the same day that I called within a few hours and provided quick service. They had to order a part but had it replaced within the week. Always use this company if you can.

We have always have great experiences with McWilliams & Son, but Jimmy, our regular technician, went above and beyond today. Because of Covid, we are not allowing any service people into our home. Jimmy was able to fix our AC (we needed more Freon) without coming in our house. We spoke, when needed, through a closed door. This company saved me over $10,000! I called at 11pm & spoke to a real person- first thing the next morning a technician was looking over my system. He advised me my system was hit by lightning & to contact my insurance. I’ve never filed a claim so he literally walked me through everything! Jason was very polite.I am sorry I left the facility a few minutes before he completed the job so I did not get a chance to discuss what he had done.On his comments, he has “due to the age and the build up inside the pipe, the drain will continue to stop up.”First of all, I was unaware that PVC pipe is affected by age. Secondly, I called to have the pipe unstopped, not to have someone come tell me it needed to be unstopped.I have unstopped this pipe and the one before it each spring for about 25 years myself. I just would not be able to do it in the next few days is the reason I gave y’all a call.

We are so pleased with our experiences with McWilliams and Son. This year our bi-annual inspection was done by Stephen, and he was EXCELLENT! He discovered some things that concerned us, and we opted to replace the coil of our unit. Stephen also did that installation.
