My home had 4 damaged windows... I was given a timely & affordable estimate & was booked for repairs in a timely manner as well... I very much appreciated that I wasnt told I needed to replace entire windows rather than just repair them (as I had been told while getting an estimate from another local company)... Dale was on time for repairs & was fast, professional, & did a great job... I am very pleased with the service we received & we are very pleased to have all of our windows repaired in time for better heat efficiency for winter... We will happy to use Fast Glass for any future window needs...

Had a part fly off a vehicle in front of us and it destroyed our windshield. Fast Glass was able to get us in that morning and done by noon. We cant thank them enough for their quick service when everyone else was a week out.

We had an issue with a front window of our business. I called multiple glass companies in the treasure valley for a quote. Two companies got back to me, including Fast Glass. The other company came out this morning, took a bunch of measurements and then said they would send me a quote in a couple hours. The man was not only not friendly, but never sent a quote. HOWEVER, Sam with Fast Glass came out, took one look at our front window and fixed it in under 5 minutes. I made an appointment to have my car windshield replaced. I didnt have to wait very long for the installation to be finished. Their was 2 other people in the waiting room. The girls at the counter were pleasant to work with. Im happy for the windshield, no waves in the glass. Reasonably priced as well.

Before I went to this place I talk with the receptionist and she was very nice she said they were gonna charge me $30 dollars for a refill on my windshield so I went and the men that repair my windshield was nice too so he did it in less than 15mins so after he done he advise the receptionist so I went to pay for it and I was ready to pay more than $30 dollars because this is the first time that happen to my car and guess what????? I ended up paying 💰 00000000 DOLLARS!!!! I was in shock all what I said was Thank you Lord and thank them for their awesome job they did I extremely happy and I highly recommend don’t waste your time on looking other places go here they are nice!!!!Thank you so much FAST GLASS!!!!!!

I rank at three stars, due to multiple items. First my insurance dropped the ball but fast glass never bothered to follow up I had to do that. 2nd a week goes by I didnt hear from them. I called and was told they were waiting to hear back from dealership for glass availability. I called that day was told glass was in stock. Had to call fast glass to get the info. They never followed up. I also had to contact fast glass to get them to schedule with dealership for calibration. Then finally they told me 1pm no window or range 1pm guy arrives 10 minutes late. By the time he actually working on my car its 20 minutes past 1pm. I call to complain I get excuses traffic etc I arrived only 10 minutes late. Not a happy camper with fast glass

I talked to Jessi around 3:30pm and asked if they could fit me in right before they closed on my way home because I got a NASTY chip I didnt want to go overnight. When I got there Jessi took care of me right away and I was out of there in NO TIME FLAT, she was great! Thank you so much, I will be back if/when I need glass work done again. Great customer service and super affordable. Only down side was they are a little slow. It takes a few days for them to get out to you and then it takes a few more day for them to call you back with the quote and then it takes a few weeks to get the glass. So if it’s speed you are looking for this is not the place to go but... if you don’t mind the wait then these are your guys! I’ll definitely use them again

Called fast glass had a vinyl window one side was broken. Every person I was connected to were knowledgeable And courteous. They sent out a gentleman to look at it and give me an estimate. He explained it they had to order it and it was here within a week or so. Sure enough got a call within a week or 10 days to schedule me to have it installed a man came out did a great job clean everything up. It was an awesome experience and I’m grateful and pleased!Bill from Nampa!!!!!!!

They did a great job replacing my door glass. When my weather stripping was folding in when the window was rolled up and down I took it back in and they straightened the metal the stripping attached to. No cost. Later down the road they repaired a rock chip no cost when I had to wait 10 or 15 minutes. Farther down the road they reattached weather stripping at the bottom of my windshield that was coming off. I give fast glass a proper perfect five stars. Good job 👏

Ladies at the front desk were awesome, called the insurance for me and everything for a rock chip repair. Guy who did it was very fast and let us know before he did anything that sometimes windshields crack more. Good to know before hand in case that does happen! Had a thrice repaired badly pitted windshield that cracked horizontally right in the middle. Needed replacing. Called around for quotes and found the best price here. Made an appointment in shop and hoped for the best. Exactly what I got. Arrived 10 minutes early and took my Jeep right in. Told me it would be about an hour. Took 30 minutes! We brought in a cardboard trace of the glass we needed for a window. Not only was the glass to long but it also was very crooked. After my husband tried to make it work and tried himself to cut it down to the right size it broke. Their suggestion to remedy their mistake? Nothing absolutely nothing. No refund, replacement, or even an apology. So disappointed what a waste of money.

My windshield has a large chip and they were able to repair it and you can hardly tell it was there. Everyone was super friendly :).

I have used Fast Glass 3 times in the last two weeks. The first time my windshield was hit by a large rock and shattered. I called Fast Glass and they came to my home the next day and replaced the windshield for a very reasonable price. Because the price was so reasonable, I set up a time the following week to have another vehicle windshield replaced. Again, they came to the house and replaced the windshield quickly and very reasonably. The most recent fix was a shattered driver side window. I went to the shop to have it replaced. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend Fast Glass to anyone in need of any glass.

I have used fast glass for personal and work vehicles. I only had an issue once and it was corrected. For some reason part of the seal didnt seal and it leaked. I called fast glass and it was taken care of.

Installer did a fine job on replacing the glass but gouged my dash and left a dirt all over my freshly detailed dashboard I am less than impressed by their quality of work I would strongly suggest using someone else for installing the glass

They were professional and promptly got me into their shop and fixed it within the time limit they said they would take. The only reason why I didnt give the 5th star was because I had to check back with them about the ordering of my glass when I was told that they would call me as soon as it came in and I never recieved a call.
