Accidentally broke a glass table top, I came in with the pieces and they made me a replica, it fit perfectly, will be coming here for all my glass needs

We needed some replacement screens done during this pandemic. They gave me a duration of 1-2 days. I was able to pickup the dozen or so screens the next afternoon. I highly recommend!

I tried to have these guys out to my house on three different days. Each time they said they would call before they come out. They never called never show. Each time that happened I would call and they would say. Oh we are sorry we will be out at this time. Then again. No call no show. So I called them and told them not to bother coming out. And they acted like they didnt care. Guess they dont need my business. Hope nobody has the same experience I had.! Good luck!A.jones

Absolutely terrible customer service. Said they came out and measured our window (they didnt) ordered the wrong size, after two weeks of no follow up they blamed it on the company that they get the windows from. When we told them we need the right size and to rush the shipping because we had a deadline, they said that they cant. They never ended up re-ordering it for us, and told us they didnt want the job and hung up.

Very good company. I had them replace my sliding glass door with a dog door installed within it. Excellent job guys.

Fantastic customer service - quality and integrity. I will use Mark at Jones Glass Company for all of my window repair needs from here on out.Mark fixed our problem and offered to waive the service call fee because the fix was so simple. Im amazed at how professional and honest they treated me.

I have never observed the employees of Jones Glass being anything less than courteous to anyone. I have used Jones for all my glass and screen work for over 30 years and will continue to do so, knowing they will do the job correctly at a fair price and will treat me right.

Came to the house and measured door for replacement glass. Ordered wrong glass. Correct glass was ordered, but they have yet to replace the glass after 6 weeks. Poor service!!

I called this location at 8:40 am on 9/5/2015 not knowing they where closed for the holiday weekend. The gentleman that answered the phone and didnt answer with the company name, i asked him if this was Jones glass, he replied with yes but they are closed for the weekend I;m just cleaning up some stuff. I told him Im sorry the internet said you where open. the gentleman replied with i guess the internet is WRONG and hung up. My thoughts of using this business inst going to happen the gentleman was really a dick on the phone and rude like i was bothering him.
