Please give me a call l need a boat motor repaired, thanks

Tried to tell me my boat was a V-Drive when it was a Direct drive, and held my boat for weeks without any response, tried to tell me that we needed parts changed in order to fix, which was false, they had my bot for 2 weeks and did nothing, I went down, watched a youtube video, and fixed myself in 10 minutes

Well where do I begin. First off who yells at a customer when they are trying to obtain a status on their boat this company has had for almost two weeks! It was a mess from the start. They did not do a complete job of ensuring our boat was in working order so we had to take it back so they could complete it. Then they had it for almost two weeks not giving us any information on the status putting us in the position of constantly having to call them. I understand certain things happen (they stated their mechanic was gone for the past 4 days) but take some better responsibility and call your customers. We took the boat to them way before the season even started and they were trying to now use the season as a reason they were so backed up. Sounds to me like there are way to many excuses. Plus what about the promises they made about being first on the list? Lets just say other boats that were around us were no longer there. Never doing business there again.

I was looking for a part for my boat and called around to every place that has boat parts in town and J & H Sales and Marine are the only place thats with in 20.00 of the price on line. Competitors in town wanted 120-179.00 for the same part. LOOK around before going to other places in town they were the cheapest in town and still i recieved a PERKO part.Thanks for the GREAT serviceKrystle
