I called wanting to set an appointment for a quote or get some information on prices etc. spoke to John who was lacking in customer care and I felt very dismissed. I said I was hoping to get a quote because I would like my kitchen cabinets redone. He said “well first off you need to know what you want”. It seemed rude. I know EXACTLY what I want. I said “I would like them grey and to the ceiling. He said “well that doesn’t tell me anything”. Which once again felt very rude and dismissive rather than asking for questions or talking to me. I called back and try to get more information and asked if I have to go online or what I need to do to get helped He said “well you need to come into the show room”. We’re in the middle of Covid. I’d rather not have to go into the show room. the fact that other cabinet companies have been able to do a virtual appointment with me or except pictures and an explanation of what I’m wanting to do to give me a quote but he can’t. I ended up hanging up I didn’t feel like he really cared for my Business so I’ll go elsewhere

A little disappointed in how we were treated here. It was great at first they have a nice selection and knowledge on what’s in style, they send you a photo layout, They put cabinets in without me knowing measurements, so I emailed them what I wanted on certain ones, and if you need to revise the plans look out, they frown upon it and their emails may become unwelcoming. Communication is key, especially in a building situation, and this company made us feel we were a burden for Making them do their quoting job more than once.

These people are amazing to do business with! Family owned. I went to them to do my cabinets and Denise is super talented in what she does as a designer, she can sketch it up in minutes! I was very impressed. She and her husband came to our home same day we visited the showroom and had our quote to us with a 3D layout in a couple of days! They are the most affordable place in town and don’t let that fool you, they are beautiful, quality cabinets! 10 times better than Lowes or Home Depot.You will not be disappointed, not only do they have great customer service but they truly care about their customers, making you feel welcome. Buying local is always the best way to go!

Ive done several kitchens with these folks for my rentals, and now we decided to do our own personal kitchen, which turned out perfect. John is a straight shooter and Denise is a whiz at designing. This is a small business with big time results. Their cabinets are of the best quality and the prices are unbeatable. I highly recommend them if you are wanting to save money and have a beautiful kitchen or bathroom. You wont find better people or better quality for the price. Honest and fair, I will recommend them to anyone I meet who is remodeling or building.

I was so impressed with the cabinets and Denise and John. You can tell that they both really know what their doing and I felt like they cared so much about me and how my kitchen turned out. I am in LOVE with my new kitchen and I will recommend them to everyone I know. I am just amazed at how quick and accurate denise was on designing everything. Also, they let me know what was going on every step of the way and there were no surprises. Overall, I could not be happier with my new kitchen and the service I received. As a lifelong Idahoan, its nice to know that good small family businesses are still up and running.

Do not do business with these people! They are unprofessional and unethical. Try to get a copy of their guarantee. I asked John and he said we dont have that; you get a year. A year of what? One example was on two end cabinets there were staple holes showing. When I mentioned it John said oh we dont do that. So a year of what -cabinets with holes in them? After a while, pushing the defect problem,  they did come and fix them. Additionally, they claim to have done over 4,000 kitchens. They never came to my house and did measurements. This resulted in my sink being off center and my other cabinets are not hung evenly. Denise stated that they are a retail business which is the reason they wanted 100% payment before the job was done. True the cabinet purchase is a retail purchase however the installation is not when you are doing construction you do not pay in full until you are satisfied with the installation. I made an agreement with John at first, and then I have in writing concurrence with Denise that I paid 75% of the installation cost which I did. Then out of the blue Denise threatened to sue me and place a lien on my property because I had not paid them in full. This went back on their word that I have in writing. The cabinets are of good quality but the service provided by these people is not. When they were selling me they stated what a perfectionist the installer was. He was rude and left a huge mess that covered my entire back deck and blue all over the yard. He said they were going to recycle it but then when I asked John about it he said oh the customer cleans that up.  What a joke! At one point there was a problem with the cabinets and their installer Brent told my contractor to pound on the cabinets with a hammer to fix it. Really!? Im stuck with  cabinets that are not  correctly aligned and one that just creeps open . Overall I cannot recommend these people to anyone. Again unprofessional unethical.
