At the beginning of the summer months, I Needed some Walnut trim/cabinet doors and a walnut kitchen island extension. Brandon (Forest Creek Inc) came over, assessed the situation, agreed to do what was needed, and implied that the job will be complete in two weeks. On the third week, I was worried and confused, mainly because I never received any communication on his behalf. Therefore, decided to call and ask about the status. He then responded, “I have been very busy but everything is sitting in the spray booth being prepped, and will be done in the next 2 days.” Being previously in construction, I can understand how “busy” can put u back a little, But Again, Within the duration of the next two weeks, I never received any communication on his behalf. At this point, I am understandably frustrated, so I had my wife call. He then advised my wife, “it will be done next week”. Well, it never happened and again, no communication. Overall, it was almost two months of Brandon(Forest Creek INC) promising near completion. Being frustrated and exhausted from being lied to, I decided to call myself, and inform him that I will be at his shop to pick up my items, but Before I could inform him of such, he already seemed agitated upon answering his phone and advised me that “i can come get my stuff out of here”, in which I replied “absolutely, be right there”. Within 20 minutes, I was there putting my items in my trunk. I honestly thought he would realize his mistakes, but he never apologized, nor did he try to make things right. He was disrespectful to me and my wife, while leading us to believe his intentions and taking advantage of our time.

Several years ago we had Forest Creek Cabinets complete our cabinets and install a Murphy bed. Brandon was awesome to work with! He was punctual, honest, had attention to detail and does amazing work! We absolutely love our cabinets! We trust recommending and referring Forest Creek Cabinets to others.
