He drove me to his work to grab a new battery and put in the new battery himself right there in the sonic parking lot…. ALL ON HIS LUNCH BREAK! He also declined for us to buy him lunch. Today we went to check out the battery on my sons car. This is not the first time we have been there. We replaced another of our cars batteries a few years back, and were impressed by their service then. After kindly checking out our battery today (which is just fine) we were asked why we needed this done. The wonderful man helping us went and got his manager to help out, and then a third person came out to help. They were so friendly and listened carefully! All three of them were focused on helping us find out how to fix our problem. There was a ton of research going on and they were determined to help us. If you want honest help without pushy salesmen I would highly suggest going here. They have definitely secured our business in the future.

They were out of the battery I needed. I paid for it and they ordered it for me. Got a call from the store I went to saying it was on backorder. They kept me in the loop during the backorder wait. They offered me a different battery that was cheaper in price but not the best for my Harley. They contacted me with updates. I waited for the battery I ordered and when it came in, they called me immediately. Great customer service.

Store hard to get to because road was closed, maybe put a sign up? Waited to be helped, the battery I needed was for a camcorder. Was told the battery was not in stock, and was not available to order. I inquired as to what my options were. Was told to go online to find. I like to purchase and support my local business. Just disappointed.

Getting the right battery is important. I expect the techs at Batteries + Bulbs to have the necessary expertise to answer my questions and match the proper battery to the equipment in question. I believe they have these skill sets.

I dealt with the Nampa store. I ordered a bulb online that the website said was in stock in Nampa. After not hearing from anyone I went to the location and was told they had to bring it over from Boise. I called back after not hearing anything the next day. I was told Boise didnt actually have it so it was being direct shipped to my home. Over a week later and a couple of employees and an assistant manager insisting that it had been shipped and that there was NOTHING that they could do. I escalated to the store manager and he finally figured out that the employee didnt finish ordering it properly. He sent a guy to Boise to pick it up and deliver it to me as well as told me he was going to give me a full refund. After a couple of weeks I called the store and asked that they remind him of his promise to process the refund. Several weeks later still nothing. Beware of unprofessional and shady business practices.

Your guys went above & beyond trying to install a battery in my Dodge Journey. I ended up having to go to the dealer as they have to take the wheel off to go underneath & install the battery. Your guys tried their best.

First, the staff are always helpful. Second, Ive never been to a B and B where they didnt have the correct battery for my needs. Third, they were knowledgeable about the products, and lastly, he helped me get the battery out of my UPS..and it took both of us to get the damn thing out!!! We laughed...I got a great replacement. My husband and I are private business owners and just built a million dollar dental building two years ago, and we drive the 36 miles to Nampa, because we need batteries for our dental and computer equipment from your store. I am very particular when it comes to getting efficient and knowledgable help to fit our needs. I dont give away compliments easily and am not a survey taker, but it is my privilege to give your employee, Erik Overly at your Nampa store, a 20 star rating! In three very specific ways, he saved our bacon and saved us money, by fixing our battery pack that runs our mail computer. I was so fortunate that he was the one that answered the phone when I called, I was able to send a picture of the device that I knew nothing about, and that afternoon when I ran it up to the store, he tested the battery, and found out it had a good charge, and then tested the new battery that I ended up purchasing from the store. He showed me what to do to replace it the next time, I actually shopped around and found a cool head light to buy and am going to be taking my key fabs up to get batteries replaced, etc. He was also the person that rung me up, and updated my phone number in the system. I couldnt believe how Amazingly detailed and keyed in (no pun intended) to accuracy and making sure all of our bases were covered with my purchase. Erik is most definitely an assess to your business, and I feel like we are in good hands when it comes to all of these battery devices we use to run the 7 computers in our office.

Not happy. Looking for a rechargeable battery for an electronic device. Not in stock in any of their stores. They referred me to a smoke shop even though it had nothing to do with tobacco, just that some vaping devices use the same battery. That didnt help either.

Once again the staff set me up with the best battery for my application.

Literally Amazing. I went there to fix the screen of 2 phones... They were fixed perfectly and it felt like they were brand new...it cost me less than 100 dollars per phone with temper glass! Seriously recommend!! The workers there are also very kind and deserve loads of respect :)

Great inventory. I found a relatively difficult battery to find. they had it in stock, and i was able to make my transaction online and pick it up at the store. Very pleased with the service.

I made an appointment online for my phone (which is listed on the website as one that they service for screen and battery repair). I needed screen repair. I scheduled the appointment for a few hours after opening. When I went in the parking lot was completely empty and several employees were at the counter. When I explained that I made an appointment online a employee said to me, I saw your appointment come through, but I havent had a chance to call you yet. We dont service your phone. The store was not busy. I made an appointment. She should have called so I could save myself the trip.I will say that another employee did take the time to give me a referral to another service and left me the contact information for the referral as well. I did appreciate that.

I paid for a pack of 24 AAA batteries on line and picked up in store. When I got home I found that I only received a pack of 18 batteries. I phoned the store they told me that your website made a mistake and that battery did not come in a 24 pack. My receipt even shows it as a 24 pack. They only had that battery in a 18 pack. They had another brand that I could purchase for four dollars more. They would not discount the price for the 18 pack that they gave me. Told me to accept the 18 pack at the 24 pack price or do what ever I wanted. I have made several purchases from your store but no more.

Great service and a good price.Even though our car battery is rated difficult to install the sales person attempted to install for my wife. Even though he could not get the battery installed we really appreciated the effort. I know where Ill be getting my batteries in the future. Thanks for caring about your customers!

So we bought a battery. Installed in in the car. The car wouldnt turn over. I checked the battery with my tester and it read a bad battery 12. 7v and < 200 CCA out of 850. We charged the battery for several hours and got 12.7 v and < 200 CCA. A Friend check the battery with his tester and came up with similar result, we check the charger and found it put out the advertised voltage. We took the battery back to Batteries Plus as their warranty USED to be good. The claimed the battery was good based upon their test. We brought it home and rechecked it. It still failed with all of our testers, didnt increase in CCA, and wouldnt turn the intended vehicle on.I took it back. Batteries Plus Bulbs refused to honor their own warranty, nor would they take the battery back because it had scuff marks on the terminal post.The lost all my business. STAY AWAY FROM THEM.

However, took it back in and they tried very hard to fix it. They could not fix the home button not working after the repair and are now making it right by replacing my daughters phone. Well Ive been coming here for yrs., I manage one of the nearby businesses. Im sorry but in the last yr and a half it has gone down hill. This last visit was it Ive had it!!!! They are very unhelpful...I asked about special order because back in the day I could....no sorry we dont have that I Know thats why you have to special order it!!!! They have giving me the wrong thing this last time and this time its just ridiculous. Like I said a few yrs ago they were spot on a little expensive but still good. Now Im nit going back ill find someone else for my bulbs.

Took my phone in for a charging port repair. Had some unfortunate complications and other features of my phone didnt work after the repair. They 100% percent took care of the issues and stood by their work. You can feel very safe bringing your equipment in to have it serviced. In they unlikely event that there is an issue they will make it right!
