I hired DFG to remodel two bathrooms and my kitchen in 2018. During the work, even though I like Spencer, he was not always good at communicating when issues came up. For example, due to a change in a pocket door size from our original plan, he made the shower area narrower without consulting me. By the time I realized what had happened, it was too late to change it. So the narrower shower is okay but not what I wanted. If I had known sooner, we could have adjusted the plans. I had asked for a cabinet to be moved, thinking it was a simple task, but it turned out to be more complicated. If he had said something at the time, I would have just said not to bother. But he moved it and charged me hundreds of dollars that I only learned about at the end. Despite this, I was pleased with the result. But since then I have had to fix or replace almost all the plumbing work DFG did. Not only that, the bathroom sink they installed cracked after only two years. They said they would give me a new sink but not do anything about installation. I realize it was two years later but that is not an acceptable life for a sink. So I cannot recommend DFG for remodel work.
Love them. Always on time. Always fair priced. Great to work with.
Our master bathroom was a total remodel, and it looks amazing! The designer, Amber, was super helpful in guiding me to make selections for every part of the room. She is a star! Spencer was very responsive to our concerns and questions, and the quality of the work is excellent. The various tradesmen who worked on the project were pleasant, and we felt quite comfortable having them in our home. We love our bathroom!
This company is very good to do business with for the most part. I had LVP put in the kitchen, two bathrooms and entry way and carpet put in a large bedroom. Also subway tile up to the cabinets in the kitchen. Beautiful job in this old farmhouse. I debated about quartz or laminate for the countertop and finally decided on laminate because of the price difference. The counter kind of looks like a pond with the wind blowing over it. All riply everywhere. I talked to the installer immediately about it, he blamed it on the material (Wilson art). The floor and tile installers were reluctant to say much other than they could see it. My advice... If you want flooring, subway tile, these are your guys. If you want quartz or granite I dont know. If you want laminate counter top, look elsewhere, youll be disappointed.
Had great help picking out a granite remnant for our guest bathroom countertop.
Hello SpencerSorry it took me so long to write this but I just wanted to take the time to thank you and all of your employees that worked on my Kitchen remodel project. Everyone that had a part in putting this together did an outstanding job. Nicole is great with communication and did a fantastic job making sure everything went smoothly. I did a lot of quotes around the Valley and your company had the lowest price by a landslide. I must say that the quality of work that you do is second to none I am very impressed with everything you did. I have attached pictures of the completed project with all of my new appliances and as you can see the Kitchen looks amazing. If/when I decide to upgrade my bathrooms I will be giving you a call! Please make sure and let everyone on this project know they did a great job! Thanks again,Shaun
DFG Floors and Granite did quite a bit of work at our home. We are very pleased with the outcome. Spencer was very attentive and communicated very well. As with all home remodeling projects there where little hiccups, but Spencer was on top of everything and worked very hard to make sure everything was completed on-time. We would highly recommend Spencer and his crew.
We decided to make the leap and do a remodel of our main living area. This consisted of removing two walls, installing new LVP flooring, new carpeting, and granite countertops. We ended up going with DFG Floors and Granite. They were amazing! Spencer had a crew for each aspect of the job. Every crew was knowledgeable, friendly, punctual, and professional. Spencer was always accessible during the project if we had questions. We had an issue with the LVP flooring about a year after the initial install. Spencer put together the necessary crews and came in and made the repairs. He stands by his work. We couldnt be happier. If you are looking for stellar work with both quality and performance, I definitely recommend going with DFG Floors and Granite.
I called to get an estimate on putting Granite in the Kitchen. Spencer came and gave us an estimate, the cost was in our budget. It looks beautiful, wife is extremely happy. They were very professional and completed as scheduled. I would highly recommend DFG for your home improvement project. Thanks Spencer

We just finished our bathroom remodel and I couldnt be more please with the outcome. We had a few different quotes from other companies and they were able to come in the lowest, and we were able to get the project done in time. Thank you Spencer for taking the time to come in and personally walk me through different design options I could have and for getting it done within the time you had promised.
My wife and I recently had water damage to our kitchen floor (leaky refrigerator water filter) that caused the hardwood to warp and buckle. We called several flooring contractors for bids to repair the kitchen floor and as a separate job to replace carpet with hardwood flooring in our living room. Only two ever showed up to give us bids. DFG Floors and Granite and one other. The bids from both were comparable (within $100 on a $5000+ job). We chose DFG (Spencer) because of his responsiveness and help prior to being given the job.Spencers crews came on schedule, were courteous, professional, and responsive to our requests. The entire project took longer than expected due to the amount of moisture that had migrated into the sub-floor and needed to be dried prior to installing new flooring. The damaged flooring was removed and the area was tented with plastic, a blower and dehydrator were placed within the tented area. It took five days to get it dry enough for the new flooring to be laid. This time was not wasted however, the crew simply proceeded with the living room job first.Prior to sanding and finishing the areas were isolated from the rest of the house with a plastic barrier to keep the dust from migrating into unwanted areas. This eliminated a lot of cleanup. Before and after the job Spencers crews helped us move the heavy things out of and back into the house, not all contractors would do this.We are extremely happy with the level of professionalism, quality, and responsiveness DFG Floors and Granite (Spencer) and his crews exhibited throughout our project.Definitely recommended.Bernie
