We used NFI to purchase and install new carpet in our home following a remodel.I asked for a breakdown of the cost of the carpet and install only to be met with urgency on getting my payment in to keep an install date. Otherwise they would be out a few more weeks. I was told I would receive a breakdown but never did. The sales rep would not give me the square footage total or anything with a cost breakdown.The installation company that was subcontracted by NFI told me on day one that my particular sales rep always shorted them carpet and spent hours remeasuring my house and saying that it would be better if I moved the carpet in my living room back 6 inches because they didnt have enough carpet. I insisted that they install what I paid for and they finally moved forward with seaming the carpet. Upon finishing, there was plenty of carpet left over.The crew left black marks all over the walls of my home that had just been painted white. There were scuffs along the walls, handprints, black marks on my new countertop. The backing of the carpet was left out in several areas creating strings that were left instead of tucked under or cut. Doors were removed and not replaced. My brand new carpet was left outside to install on day 2. I had arranged for two days of installation so we could move our belongings out of the way.I contacted my sales rep about these issues. She said there must have been a language barrier between the installers and myself. There was not. I sent photos of the issues and have never recieved a response. After my money was received, the work in my home was not a priority.

We love our new floor! Kyle and his crew guided us through the process and made everything easy. Great work at a fair price. We would hire Nampa Flooring again in a heartbeat!

When it was time to redo a few out-dated areas of my home, all I really knew was that I wanted new countertops and backsplash. I didnt have a vision, so to speak. This is the first review I have ever written, but I wanted to make sure everyone knows what a great experience we had getting our kitchen and fireplace remodeled by Nampa floors. We worked with Parker Albertson, and I can not say enough nice things about him. He was very easy to work with, found solutions to our budget, and had a great vision for our project. He was there every step of the way, and always answered any questions we had very promptly. The team that worked on our remodel went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. The person who did our tile work was a true artisan. The end result is simply beautiful, and I wouldnt change a thing!!!

When a leaky sink created a mess in my bathroom, Nampa Floors & Interiors turned it into a positive event in our lives! I decided I wanted a new undermount sink, which (yipee) just HAD to go into a new granite counter. Carmen Lunstrum made the experience absolutely painless! She helped me choose the right granite, then coordinated every last detail, from demolition to installation! Carmen made sure that I was informed of the schedule every step of the way, and the installers (from the template work through install) were so professional and fussy! It was a perfect headache free job, and I love the look in my new bathroom!

We bought a home and needed to replace all the flooring. This was quite intimidating to my wife and I as we had never chosen out our own flooring. We did a lot of research and looked multiple places, but ended up going with Nampa Floors. We worked with Parker, and he was amazing. My wife went into the store a handful of times after we spoke with Parker as she had a lot of questions. We bought an older house and didnt have time to remodel before moving but it became apparent on the first night that we couldnt stay in the existing bedroom due to doggie smell. I found Nampa Flooring online and liked that they were a family-owned company and close by. I walked into the showroom and was greeted by Margit who took me through their available warehouse stock. When nothing worked for me she clued in to my taste preference and showed me what I wanted. Not in stock but we didnt wait too long and the results were so amazing that we decided to redo the entire house.The installation crew was great to work with, on time, polite and very careful of our home. They matched up the carpet pieces so the seams are invisible. Very pleased with their work, too.Next project was tiling and Margit had great suggestions for us, saving us the time of looking through endless tile boards. She understands design and was helpful in guiding us. She will help you too to get what you want.

Nampa Floors was recommended by our realtor for the hardwood floors we wanted installed in our new home, and we could not be happier with the results. When the originally suggested rep was not available, Parker was able to fit us into a tight window for the work, kept the job going and us informed while we were remotely located, and gave us the low down on what to expect when we arrived (e.g. lots of dust!!). He recommended the wood vents for the hickory floor which gives the work a very polished feel. When we noted a few things upon our arrival that needed attention, Parker had someone come right over to take care of the last bits. All in all a very positive experience. We will be back in touch for our future flooring needs!!

We have been using Nampa floors and interiors for a long time, in fact I had family who worked here. We TRUSTED them because of this. We set up to have our kitchen countertops redone by them, we met with a sales representative who did the measurements and gave us a bid, she was incredibly professional and punctual on everything. Since we trusted them, we allowed them to do the job while we were away for Christmas. We gave them a garage code to get into our house. Day one, they use the ring at our front door, they act as though they have no idea about using a garage code. We give them the garage code and they go inside. We find out not long after this, that they had cut the granite to incorrect measurements and so they leave. They also leave our front door OPEN, not unlocked, OPEN. Not only that, they left the garage door open as well (we closed it through our app). We had our parents come over to check the house who confirmed that the front door was open and the house was ice cold. We called our saleswoman who was in shock and embarrassed (that was all the sales department was during this whole thing). They returned to do the granite, during that time they flipped two different breakers while working, they did not notify us nor did they reset them. One breaker had our freezer attached to it, full of meat, including a large amount of wild game. The other had our refrigerator on it. They AGAIN left the door open (parents checked again) if we had not decided to cut our trip significantly short we would have lost all the meat in the freezer and everything in the refrigerator. Also, our furnace quit after the first day the door was left open. We had to borrow space heaters to heat our house up warm enough for them to install the tile when we came back. The two guys who did the tile were heaven sent, they were courteous, kind, and did an amazing job correctly the first time. The others treated our home with such absolute disrespect that we wanted to talk with the foreman of the granite shop. He didn’t wait for our meeting, instead he called my wife during the day and told her that she was being very emotional over this, she shouldn’t have gone out of town, this was a stupid thing to do. He also then stated that he KNEW that the workers had left the doors open and flipped the breakers (yet did nothing?). He then threatened her to pay the rest of our bill or else he would put a lien on our property. The remaining balance of our invoice was only five hundred dollars. Not once did he apologize, he treated my wife like she was garbage.We TRUSTED Nampa Floors, never again.

My wife and I had Michelle Dean help us in our whole house remodel after another company didnt live up to their ads. Michelle helped us with flooring and allowed us to take many samples home to look at it in our lighting till we found the right one. We then set out to find just the right granite and we looked and looked. Michelle actually called us when more came in and we found just what we wanted. Michelle also helped us with the granite for our bathrooms as well as had her guys to do the floor install. Toby is the absolute best!! He was patient, and really took the time to make sure we were getting what we wanted. When the warehouse could not find our order he went out of his way to find it and personally deliver it. These are not normal things a salesman does. For Toby they are! From the moment we walked in the door at Nampa Floors, we felt taken care of. Carmen assisted us as we explored our option for LVP. We were given the time and space to match up flooring samples to our own kitchen cupboard color. We are very happy with the product we purchased and how it looks in our home. I would give them no stars if I could. Their driver hit my new house and they will not admit to their mistake. I was here not even 24 hours prior to their delivery and my house was fine.. I just spent $15,000 on my new flooring and now have to spend $5000 to fix my house. I will never use them and will never recommend them to anyone. Go somewhere else if you are looking for good honest people.

We bought over 1000 sq. feet of flooring from Nampa Floors. While loading it into the back of our suburban the fork lift bumped the door causing some damage. The manager asked me to get a couple estimates. They covered the repair costs. After a few days we not only had a beautiful new floor but our suburban was repair. Im glad they are a stand-up company with great customer service.

Nampa Floors was great to work with, specifically Tammy Patterson. They were efficient and the job was completed quickly. We also felt the pricing was fair. Our floors look great! We would recommend their service, our only concern was a lack of clean up after installation-- but nothing major.

Working with Margit on a countertop replacement was a delight. She had her job cut out for her as I only had one section of countertop that needed replacing and I wanted it to match as closely as possible to my existing countertops. Margit was undaunted and found me a piece of granite that works perfectly. Her customer service is excellent and help invaluable. I truly appreciated doing business with Nampa Floors and would highly recommend them.

We used their in house financing and were forced to be a LATE fee PROIR to installation. They blamed Wells Fargo. Wells Fargo blames Nampa floors. Rediculous.

Dealing with the sales staff was delightful and the installation crew that showed up was clean and professional. We are very happy with our new floors. The lack of a 5th star comes from the installers not showing up on the scheduled day (apparently they are outsourced and not employees of Nampa floors), and the installation was rescheduled.

This was my first experience with carpet installation with Nampa Floors. I worked with Carmen Lunstrum and I couldnt be happier. All communications and services were prompt and all timelines were met. The installer was very professional and arrived promptly at 8AM. The carpet looks fabulous! No communication with anyone. The designer is horrible and just tells you what you want to hear. Once things are being done its not like we were shown or told. Talked to our neighbor down the way and they had the same problem! Ask for someone besides Tamara! She has NO IDEA WHAT SHE IS DOING!!!

She took time with us in the show room and on site to make sure everything went smoothly. I went to a lot of places to find tile for my remodel. Thank God I ended up with Bruce in Nampa, even though I live in Boise. He was extremely helpful and when my tile installer refused to pick up my tile he brought it over himself. Bruce Boucher is the only one Ill use from now on.
