Great place. Just wish their hour were longer

I have always had a great experience with the owner at this store. He has given me great advice regarding collectables I own and very fair prices on items i wanted to sell.

This guy dont deserve any stars. This guy is a con and a scammer. If you only want to buy a couple silver coins thats fine. But if you plan on investing hundreds or thousands in silver, you can save hundreds if you just look online. Of course he wont tell you that. Hell tell you he can beat all the online places. NOT! And he will tell you some people buy hundreds of thousands worth from his store. YEAH RIGHT! Unless those people are TOTAL IDIOTS and like throwing money in the garbage! Dont waste your time with this place.

I felt anxious right when I started talking to him because he made me feel like I was wasting his time, that I was a bee buzzing in front of his face and I hadn’t even been in there for 5 minutes from the time I walked in to the time I left. I had sterling silver jewelry I was looking to sell but knew silver prices were low. I was curious if the diamonds would make it worth anything he Might be interested in buying. You don’t know unless you ask right and I thought that’s what that store was for being it says we buy gold and silver. I have to start somewhere. This isn’t my field of knowledge it’s his so that’s why I went there. He just kept rudely telling me like what’s your point what are you trying to do with it. I explained that I listed it online so I didn’t know if I was accurately asking the price it’s worth when posting it online. Then he said if your asking other people what the price is what Is your point in being here. I said no I’m not asking other people what the price is I just listed it online for sell. Anyhow I’ve never understood why some people are in customer service if they don’t wanna give customer service. I’m a very nice and polite person and I didn’t like that experience. At the end he did give me a fake grouchy have a good day when I said thank you for looking. I won’t be visiting that place in the future. I goto auctions and estate sales to make my living. I could have been a good customer for him. I’m sure he could careless either way. I’ll be taking my questions and business elsewhere. I don’t like leaving reviews cuz I know some people could be just having a bad day and when that’s there livelihood a review could be really disheartening for him but his attitude was just a little ridiculous. Hope this gives him the motivation to be a little more respectful to people he encounters in the future.

Verry nice owner humble and local love this place best prices in town first place Id suggest going for antiques coin or bullion
