I love going here to get my clothes there very good quality and 8 do love the sales great place to shop

My mother and my girlfriend love shopping here because they always have clearance and discounts on many items. I personally went there and didnt find anything I wanted to buy and left to the car to wait for back to school shopping to be finished with daughter, girlfriend, and daughters boy friend. They all found some good deals.

Looking for a special dess for a somber occasion. Pennys had one that was perfect and was on sale. Pennys has never disappointed me in search for things and prices are always reasonable.

Love this store! People are friendly easy to find merchandise. They will order for you if they dont have in store.

Went to Sephora. Only 1 person working. She started to help me but went and helped another person while I stood and waited for her to finish helping me. She was very friendly and helpful. Just sad she didnt have another person there to help her cover other customers in the stores needs.

Waiting in line to try clothes on, it makes more sense to cram people into one dressing room section then to have all dressing rooms open. Good job!

I shopped JCPennys in Nampa and was so disappointed in the “look” of the store. Grimly dressed mannequins, no styling at all: empty lonely simple tanks on hangers with no marketing or styling. There are tons of shirts, and blouses that can easily styled with the tanks and marketed as a seton as an idea. Lint balls noted on models, no head models noted in the costume jewelry section to highlight the different or of value collections No model legs to show the fit of pants, or possible outfits, al of fully dressed models. Nothing is showing off. Just a sad store- used to be very stylish.

Excellent sales right now! I got me 2 very comfortable work capris.My only issue was seeing people who are elderly and disabled walking all around the attire trying to find the checkout! It was really a guessing game

Jesi is the best! I have been going to the salon at this location for a couple of years and Jesi is truly the best. My hair looks gorgeous and healthy. Ive been growing it out and she has helped me through all of those awkward stages, keeping it pretty and helping me when I was sure I was just going to cut it all off and give up!

Helpful staff, good selection of options, decent discounts, online options for shopping. About the only place I can find jeans for my tall skinny 17 year old who wears a 29 waist with a 34 inseam.

They have great deals and coupons on there website to use at store as well. Every 2nd Saturday of months they have arts and crafts free for kids

Helpful staff, I would have liked to see more long sleeve shirts for men. Checking out was quick, the one clerk that attended us was not very friendly, however I wish her a better day.

Doing great with Covid restrictions. The Check out lines are moving fast with lots of extra cashiers. Grateful for not having the regular long lines. Wish prices were lower on some items. Id shop there more if their prices were more competitive. (Exact same mens socks were $8more a pack at JCPenney than at Walmart and Costco)

I went to Sephora to try out Selena Gomez’s new line of makeup. I’ve never really worn any before, but the girl working there helped me pick everything out and guess my colors since we couldn’t really test them out on my skin. They ended up being the perfect shades for me!(:

First time actually going shopping after the pandemic the two girls at the Fragrance counter were amazing Sunday afternoon Christmas shopping made so easy thank you guys help me pick out stuff and everything perfect experience

One cashier ready to service the clientele and so I Waited in line longer than expected so I left my intended purchase with the cashier while there were more than enough floor walkers around... so to have plenty of employees and only one open register is beyond ridiculous.

They didnt take our thing off so we had tk go back in and get it off....

I just wad a little discouraged the sales person didnt know about the sale in the blue sapphire ring and necklace on line so I paid 2x as much.came home and there was the sale I front of my eyes again.

They have a clean store, not enough cashiers and don’t ever answer their phones. I tried calling to ask if the dressing rooms were open due to the pandemic, however I sat on the phone waiting for 25min. Thanks for not being ready to serve me. ( “we are ready to serve you” is what their phones say, what a lie)

Horrible customer service. Employee convinced me to get credit card with tons of discounts then when I went to exchange the items that did not fit the manager gave ME a lecture and told me the discounts she gave me were incorrect and wanted me to pay more if I exchanged.i ended up just returning the items and they could only put the money back on the credit card. I then decided to just buy some new items full price that way I didnt have any money on my credit card. They ended up charging me $4.86 cash and told me I would have 0$ left on the credit card. I got my bill the other day and I owe 43$! So freaking frustrating im confused why the cashier even charged me $4.86!? Apparently jcp needs to train their employees and managers better.

Surprisingly good in stock conditions throughout the store compared to what Im used to seeing at a JCP store in the past. Plenty of employees to help us check out at the end of our visit. Overall a good experience.

Customer service was very good for JC Penney. Unfortunately the inventory in most of the mens department is very very low in a majority of their products.

JCPenneys is a place where you could get very well-made stuff for a decent price.

I shop a lot at JCPenneys in Nampa, Idaho in yeah I know I heard it and normally have no problems there. Well tonight I spent an hour in there looking at towels and wishing Someone would come over and help me. There were 2 girls standing at 1 of the counters laughing and not really doing anything but never came over and offered me help. When I finally did go over and ask for help, The girl flippantly said, It would be cheaper online. I left and am heading somewhere else to buy them.

One of my favorite places to shop. Clean atmosphere. Wide selection (carry Tall sizes) and good prices.

I was looking for a certain color button up shirt. One of the employees helped me with measurements for proper fit. She went out of her way to help me find a shirt. I wish I could remember her name, but I would definitely shop there again do to her willingness to help me with my search.
