I mailed a package from here and the lady helping me was so friendly! She went out of her way to go over all mailing options and prices and even helped me get my box ready and tape it up. Great service!

1st time shipping a package in years and I was shipping my sisters ashes no less in a necklace to her daughter and was really concerned and had many ??s Valorie @Copies plus put my mind at ease and helped me with the shipping arrangements and insurance on the package and went above and beyond and prayed with me over my sister aka the package I left feeling like God used her to help ease my worries over this whole ordeal and I thank her so much for that😇

I took my wedding invitations here to be printed and cut. The team was excellent, 10/10 customer service. The manager I worked with, Damaris, was amazing and extremely pleasant. Not only that, the invitations looked beautiful in the end; all finished with a very affordable price.

After going to OfficeMax Nampa to gave a transparency made where I was told it would take 1-2 days, I left there and went to Copies Plus to have transparency made. It took 10 minutes as it should.

No, it’s not the cheapest place in town to get printing done, but they will do it right the first time, and it’s worth the price to not mess around with the big box stores!

Im not one to usually write reviews but Damaris/Dee did such an amazing job that she deserves one. I was recommended by a friend. I went in to get a quote on some wedding invitations & she knew exactly what I wanted & gave me such an affordable pricr. After I sent her an email of what I wanted printed, within less than a week she already had my design & after I approved she had them done the next day. My invitations are so beautiful. Better than what I had expected. Shes quick at responding & gets every detail you want to make the perfect invitation. Definitely recommend! :)

Copies Plus has been doing all of our design and printing for several years. They are incredible to work with. They have designed all kinds of products for us ranging from business cards, brochures, postcards, posters, and marketing pieces. When we need a new piece designed and printed we fire off an email to them. They rapidly send back a design proof and are really fast to integrate any changes that we want. We have used 5 different local print shops, and in our opinion, their customer service is the best.

Helpful staff! My envelope got out in time. I had no idea FedEx-ing a large envelope had gotten so expensive! Almost $120 🤤

I just needed some coloring printing done. They were very fast and friendly. I would definitely recommend them and use them again.

I went into their shop on Thursay May 17, 2018 to get 30 wedding invitations printed. At the time the lady who was working the front was busy helping another customer with mail service. So I stood waiting while ibwas waiting a man walks in and started waiting too. So the lady seen me standing at the cash register waiting to be helped and instead she helps the man first after I was to be the next customer in line to being helped...RUDE!!Then after she helped the man, she asked what she could help with. I told her I needed 30bwedding invitations to be printed out. She said well none of their designers were in that they left for the night. I said okay can I put my order in at least. She said yes of course. So she had me email the store with what I wanted the invitations to say. Plus I hand wrote more information on a slip of paper. She then took the wedding invitations and said they only had one designer whod be in tomorrow but they dont have any cards that need to printed. So when the designer gets in theyll start on your cards first thing. So they will be ready for pick tomorrow sometime.. so all day Friday Ive waited for a call so finally at 6:40pm I call and the man who I spoke to tells me there isnt anything in the in box for pick up. I said really, then asked him if the invitaions would be ready tomorrow. He said no non of the designers work on the weekend. I said oh okay.. so I said thank you..After I hung up I thought about it and the decided if the cards arent going to be ready on Saturday whats the point of getting them done. So I called back and told the man never mind I want my order cancel and Ill be in first thing to pick up my cards...he said okay..So Ive gone through this print shop many times in the past as to my parents and my sister. I hgave never had very bad customer service and a poor staff that cant be honest and up front with a customers order.. oh yeah I looked like I was poor but however my husband make a lot of money.... so how I see is if they dont want my business thats fine but I was in a jam because the invitations that needed to be mailed needed to be sent by saturday.. But their lost and Ill never give any referrals to anyone I know who needs copies...

We have been using Copied Plus for over 15 years . Both for making personal and business copies. We have always liked the one and one help we receive every time we go here and the copies always of the best quality

Well I had to wait over 20 minutes for a simple fax.

They gave me false information, wasted an hour of my day, ended up charging me twice as much as they originally quoted me, and then couldnt even give me a decent apology or admit any responsibility for their poor customer service. So very disappointed today!

Employee was not helpful at all and rude. If I could give no stars I would. She didnt offer any suggestions and her customer service skills were terrible.
