I had my grandfathers life history that I had worked long and hard on. I formatted it and incorporated pictures throughout the text. I was looking for a printer to make it look professional and bind it in a hard-bound book. I went to this place for 5 shirts with a deadline for a family reunion WITH A WEEK IN ADVANCE and my order was ruined and not refunded by these people when it was due to their paper n we got no shirts for reunion...THEY WERE OF MY MOTHER WHO HAS PASSED MANY YEARS AGO N ALL YHEY COULD SAY WAS ITS OUT OF MY HANDS how about Im sorry we will try our best to make it right, YA DONT GO HERE

TOOK AN HOUR TO COPY MY RESUMEThis has to be the least competent print shop Ive seen in my life. I called in advance to say I was sending my resume via email WITH INSTRUCTIONS and sent someone to pick it up.It took them 20 min to print because they didnt ACTUALLY READ THE INSTRUCTIONS UNTIL A MANAGER WAS CALLED TO READ THEM TO THE LADYAnd then they still misprinted EVERYTHING. The lady inside didnt even know how to print in color.I had to go back in MYSELF, take the laptop the guy was trying to fix it on and do it MYSELF because the didnt know how to fix the Header of the resume to be on the RIGHT PAGE.Youd think that things like basic Word processor things and HOW TO PRINT would be basics at a PRINTING PLACE

I just stopped in to fax a couple of things and buy envelopes . Great place to do business.

45 minutes and three attempts later, I think they MAY have finally gotten the 5 copies of resumes I needed done correctly.The level of incompetence was astounding to me given the glowing reviews for this shop.The idiot woman I spoke with did not know how to change the copies from color to black and white and kept telling me that the color copies wouldnt print to the edge so their would be a white border which leads me to believe that no one bothered to listen or follow my directions since I addressed the issue as something completely intentional.She had to have her manager come over to show her how to do the simple task of changing it from color to black and white (which my 14 year old sister can do and doesnt even work in a print shop) and they had to repeatedly go back to my instructions and kept asking me how I wanted them printed.All I needed was 2 resumes in color and 3 in black and white, instead I got blotchy half colored, uncentered, ugly resumes with the header for the next page at the bottom of the first page. How do you work in a print shop and not know how to properly format a document? And a document that was already formatted for you when you received it via email!Also when someone calls ahead by 15 mins and are told their prints will be ready for pick up in 5, their prints should be ready!Dont waste your time here, just go to Office Depot; THEY know what their about.

I have thrown some difficult projects at these folks with little or no notice and they have done a superb job every time. I would trust them with anything.
