Absolutely worst experience with customer service and store policey. Went in bought two different vapes because I had no idea what I was getting want to make sure I was getting the right one as a gift. Figured out which was the right one tried returning the other one but was refused unless it was broken. Completely unused unopened.

I had gotten the wrong juice I needed at a different location *completely my fault* new to this. I went to this location to return it unfortunately I could not but that was no problem because Angela was so accommodating and helpful anyway she could be and I still left a happy customer.

Visited this location with my homie and RYANN was MORE than helpful to help us decide on a vapor juice. She probably had more than 20 juices on the counter in front of my buddy because he was on the fence of which flavor. The shop is jam packed with all kinds of vape mods, tanks, coils and juices. We were discussing what could be different and what came to mind was the fact there were not many seating options other than a couple stools and a table. I’ve gone into this vape store multiple times and each time I’ve had the absolute best experience. The workers know their product and know exactly how to walk me through my indecisiveness. The product is always stocked, and their kindness is beyond amazing.

So here is the deal... Its more expensive in brick and mortar stores compared to online, but in return you get to touch, see, and most importantly - walk out with what you wanted. If thats not a good enough trade off than go online.However - this company does a good job keeping it competitive with the reward setup. I cant tell you how many times I have received $30 off or basically a free 120ml bottle of juice.As for the staff...I dont want to throw insults, but I think some additional customer service / sales training would be a great ROI...EDIT:Overall 5 Star

Nice establishment their main focus is vape juice but I they also have kratom and cbd products. They also have a point system so you can potentially get great offers the more you buy.

Vape is a very good shop, and they are everywhere which is nice. Find something you like in Vape and you can probably find it all the other shops if your visiting a different town. They have a great selection of juices, mods, tanks everything. They have been my main vapor shop since I quit smoking.
I always go there for baton pods about once a week. Great customer service from everyone there. But the best is from Aaron. Hes always very friendly and helpful, to the point where I try to plan my visits when I think hes there.

Large selection and varying price ranges, friendly staff that helped me find what I was looking for and helped me explore a new brand. This area is much slower than what Im used to in Van and Seattle so you get a laid-back feeling. They know what they are doing and are happy to do so. I did have to go up the street to another store for coils however, but that wasnt much of an issue.
The staff here are super friendly and know their way around the products they offer! The assistant Manager is also suuuuper nice and shows that she does a great job of training her employees as well as dealing with any problems, would definitely come to this store again!!!
Despite what people have said this store is pretty good. The staff will treat you as you treat them and remain professional. The prices are a bit high but for the great staff and all the help they can give you Id say its well worth it. Been going here for almost a year and havent had any problems. The staff had kicked someone out for saying slurs at me and told them if they cant be a decent human and respect everyone then he can go somewhere else. Very personalize experiences.
Doesnt matter when I go into the vape shop they always have what Im looking for at a very reasonable price and I like cashing in on the points for the money I spend. Every now and then you find a super sweet deal in their display case. Really wish that it was sent out in an email or the bonus reward program application. I really like the managers in there and the sales staff very knowledgeable without throwing a lot of BS your way. I respect that. And that comes from a very long term old school vapor.
When shopping here I found it to be quite the experience. The staff has a vast knowledge of vaping and often display a sunny disposition. They strive to find solutions to any issues a customer may have. Whether the solution is quick or not, it always gets resolved in a manner that is timely to best suit the customers needs.

I have been purchasing juice here for awhile and after the awful and rude customer service I received I will no longer purchase from any of your stores very unprofessional. The sad part is they denied me my purchase when I have an account with Vape. This place is terrible and the 3 clowns you had working on 3/4/19 denied my boyfriend a purchase under my account with proper id.

Went in to get a rebuild on my day off thought it would be a quick stop i was definitely wrong. I had waited a good 30 minutes before they even started my build. Even after it was crap so now i do my own builds much easier.

Horrible customer service! Walked in there to buy a new kit but every time I asked a question it was a one word responce and girl didnt even bother to walk over to where I was looking at. I was the only customer in the store at the time....Good pricing but if the customer service was even decent I would have bought.

They didn’t have a coil I needed and helped me find the closes shop that had it, I didn’t mind the extra travel as 1 it was the direction I was going anyways and 2 the service was quick and very friend at this store and the other they referred me too! They know their product very well and helped me loads!
If I could give 0 Stars I would. Refused to sell me an item. Admitted they didnt know anything about vaping and then argued with me about vaping supplies..... Dont waste your time. Go the extra .5 miles up the road to the other shop there.....

Not much of a juice selection and the employee helping me didnt have much knowledge regarding juices or anything really. This store needs to teach their employees more about juices, mods, etc. So they can help or recommend things to customers.

I am usually happy going here. I like the staff (until now) and I definitely like supporting a local business. Today, however, I felt as if I was intruding in on the guy that was running the counter. His friends were there and it felt as if he wanted to get me out so he could join them. When I am dropping $60 to $100 on something, I want to make sure it is what I want and to have it explained to me if I have questions. I felt pressured and hurried to make a decision quickly instead of being taken care of as a customer. If I wanted that, I would have made my purchase online. This is why I have rated this place the way I have. I, likely, will find another vape store to purchase from.

For some reason the staff here thought it would be okay to harass one of my friends that respectfully voiced his opinion about their vape juice. Which by the way I love but for some reason the nicotine didnt set well with him. We have a thing called freedom of speech and for him to get threatened by them is crazy to me. I advise no one to go here. No respected company will threaten and send their coworker after Him for voicing his opinion. This has me baffled.

Went there to buy a new vape set up. The employee who helped me was completely disinterested in selling anything. I could potentially have spent $200 but I just left with a bottle of juice. He was far more interested in his own vapor then making some money for his business. Terrible customer service.

Being a first time vaper i thought they would help me figure out what i need and how to use things...... Nope. They treated me like i was dumb. Acted annoyed when i asked questions. Talked over me and even stoped helping me when what Im assuming were regulars came in. Not pleased at all. Took my money to another shop.

Im not sure about some of the other reviews that others are saying about this company. Because I have gone to other vape stores all over Nampa Caldwell and meridian. And Im sorry but this store has given me 110% each and every time Ive been in. Not only do they greet me but they always teach me great knowledge. And as for staff and management personnel. If you go in to save your life from cigarettes. That 85% of the time you will be helped by Nick or Aaron and they know theyre going to help you in any way they can. They wont let you buy anything that would cause any further stressful decisions. I wish I could only give a 10 star.

I went in there for the first time the other day and was surprised by how helpful the staff was. I was looking for an inexpensive starter kit and thats exactly what they gave me. Didnt try to sell me anything else. I asked for a flavor recommendation and got an awesome cannoli flavor. After I bought everything they helped me take it apart and showed me how to full and use it. Awesome little shop.. I would recommend this location for anyone in Nampa.

I went in to this store and purchased a mod that turned out to be faulty and when I drove back to the store and tried to take it back the lady at the conter would not let me trade in or give me my money back even though the mod DID NOT WORK. She tested it herself, saw it was not working, I even offered to get a more expensive one and pay the difference and she wouldnt even let me do that. I used to go to this store often and am not going to ever again. It was a 15 dollar mod and I had just spent 75 dollars in other merchandise when I bought the mod. Dont expect to be taken care of at this store, I advise not to even go to this store of you want a device that will actually work.

Went in Wednesday looking for a new set up. The employee did not greet me or approach me while I was there, I had to go to him. I guess he was tethered to the table he was at...after asking about several devices and tanks and getting one word answers I decided that they didnt care or didnt know. This store is a bad representation of a vape company. I would strongly suggest that if your new to the vape community or actually care then do not shop here. The 1 star rating is way too high for this place. Completely incompetent staff and worthless customer service.

Its a nice shop asked for q2 baby beast coils and she responds with well it really depends on what wattage you vape at and so I just told her I wanted the single coil q2 she hands me m2 now i have like 5 coils I dont want I guess Im just gonna have to double check what coils people hand me crapy mistakes.If the owner reads this might want to hire people with a bit of more information about vaping. should have gave me my q2 not asked me what wattage I vaped at

I went into this shop because it was closer to my house to get a new cheap tank to replace my old one that broke. I decided to get a little more expensive one.I showed the woman working the battery I have and she sold me the tank. I couldnt get hits or make it work so I went to my regular vape shop in Meridian. Turns out the tank WILL NOT work with my battery. I had to buy a new battery just to make the tank work. Since this place has no idea what they are talking about my regular shop gave me $10 off my new battery. Save your money and DONT trust what they say.

THEY STOLE FROM ME ! I have been going to vape for about a year now. As we all know they started doing a reward system. I had acumulated a lot of points, I was saving them for a new box mod. The day I went in to get my mod they said I suddenly had way less points which wasnt true, I had been keeping track every time. When I called the manager 20 minutes after leaving he said now I only had 5 points lol, how ridiculus. Obviously one of the employees is either making mistakes or stealing from us, either way it just makes you not want to give them your business.
Husband got helped right away and left with a vape and they gave him a 10 percent discount! Thank you so much
They where brash and rude to ID me. While one brown-haired lady was taking us to get IDd the redhead was shouting hey, lets check your ID. Obviously, thats whats happening. They where an older crowd of 35+, very loud. And the brunette made sure to put in minimum effort to answer my questions about their products, because she wanted to get back to her friends. She made me feel like I needed to hurry up and order. And as they where only communicating like howler monkeys before, as soon as I turned around to walk out and leave they started whispering and then exploded in laughter. Regardless or not about me, this one star score accurately depicts what they have to offer as an establishment. But, 10/10 never going back again.
Went here all the time about a year ago, great staff, great customer service. Came back about a week ago to a whole new staff. Ill shorten in bullets to make reading faster.-Took a good 5-10 mins to greet me, to busy talking to their friends-Never IDed me and my friend (came in the day before, my brother and I were never IDed)-To busy making a coil for one of his friends to focus on me (the person he was helping)-Guy that helped my brother sold him a 40$ product he owned for cheaper (while working), instead of selling the stores products.- we told him about a sale going on at a website, he gave my brother 2 free coils (were 5 dollars each)- when i bought my tank he acted mad because I was taking so long (was only there for about 30 mins and would have been faster if he greeted me right away)-rushed me out of the shop when I came back he was rude that I was asking questions about the tank (when I asked them in the first place and he blew them off)-Both times I was in the shop the group of friends (obviously the guy that worked theirs friends) were loud and cussingReally sad about what this place turned into. Use to love it, and love coming in. Ill have to find a new place that has employees that actually want to help you.Oh, and if the owner of the shop is reading this. The guy that helped me was short, dirty blond hair (kinda long) He lost you 200$ from me (I had it saved up for a whole new set up) 150 from my friend at least (she wanted to buy a whole set up!) and some from my brother. ya know, because he didnt buy the shops product (40$) he bought the employees product, oh and those coils that were free.UPDATE: Talked to the manager to see if he had checked Google reviews lately, He gave me a card and asked me to email him (I asked to not be put on the spot because there were customers and workers currently in the shop) emailed him what happened and he was astonished about how my experience went, Said that it would never happen again, He apologized profusely. Very nice man, very polite, and professional. If youre ever in the shop, hes got short red hair, definitely ask him any of your questions, he knows what hes talking about and he wants you to have a great vape set up, with juice that works good with your tank and wont ruin it.
I just went in to buy two boxes of vertical coils and was told I could only buy one box cause there popular and they dont have enough in stock so there limiting customers to one box a day. Extremly disappointed I spend alot of money in there buying juices and other products and I will no longer do business there where I have to limit my purchase to make everyone else happy im there to buy product and it isnt my job to stock supply. I will continue to buy my juices from mt. Baker vapor where I can get 235ml bottles for 20 bucks.
I went to Vape with my boyfriend to start my vaping journey. When I walked in I was not even acknowledged. I am new to vaping and was looking to buy my first starter kit. I was really excited to learn about all the cool new things vaping has to offer. When I was finally greeted I asked if they could tell me a little bit about a certain pen vape I was looking at. The clerk simply replied Well, ah, its an e-cigarette. By then another patron entered the store and the clerk immediately went over and started to help him instead of us. I then realized it was because it was obviously one of his friends. So then I felt kind of awkward standing there while they chatted. When he came back over to continue helping us he seemed rushed and kept giving us short answers. When we had decided on our purchases he rang us up and kept say Oh yeah you need this and that. which caused us to go from $160 to $215. When it was time to pick our Juice he didnt offer to let us sample anything and practically choose our flavors for us. The one ended up with I dont like at all.To sum up, it was a terrible experience and will NEVER go back there again! They are rude, rushed and pushy. Would not recommend! Instead go to Vapoligy by the Reel Theater, they are amazing and we learned more there in the first 10 mins then we did the entire hour we spent at Vape.
