Spent over 200 dollars on new cases and screen protectors one of the screen protectors didnt stick so I called ahead of time and was promised theyd swap it out when I got there ( over 30 min drive) they said they wouldnt help me and to go buy a different one elsewhere. I work hard for my money and this was a huge waste of time and hard earned money. Terrible customer service

I was in last night, upgrading my phone. Tiffanie and Tristan were absolutely awesome. They stayed after the store closed just to make sure that they could help me and get my new phone working properly. They were honest, friendly, and just all around amazing. I will definitely be back to this location and will never stop shouting their praise! It was by far the best customer experience I’ve ever had!!

Ive had nothing but problems at this store. Took just over 2 hours to add a phone and they put it on a different plan then what I asked. My bill was dubble. Went back and they told they couldnt help I needed to talk to customer service. Then the other day I asked about getting buying a new phone and was told any unlocked phone is fine. Well it wasnt, I then had to go back to the store I got it, returned it then got a new one and was told again nope. Everyone in this store I delt with were NOT helpful and have HORRIBLE customer service!!

I was super happy with the service I received from Tiffanie! She was super fast and understanding with helping me upgrade my phone with a great attitude and didn’t try and pressure me into buying any other unnecessary products! Super pleased with the service at this location :)

If I could rate them a big fat ZERO I would! This company, manager Nate Whos now in Boise (beware) and service are hideous! They lie and cover or poorly try to cover for each other. Nothing but issues due to their negligence, ignorance and lack of work ethic. Its detestable to know they believe they can take advantage or try to, of their customers. Unfortunately for them were not ignorant or pushovers. Be Willing to be your own advocate so youre not taken advantage of. If you go to Boise and come across Nate...leave and go anywhere else.

I came into this store after a bad experience at a Verizon store. Jesse and Pedro helped me out tons. They helped me understand my Galaxy, get things transferred. They made sure all my questions were answered, they took time to make sure I would have no problems down the road..

I had previously gone to another T-Mobile store, and had a horrible experience. Not only was the service sub par, but the salesman sold me a horrible phone. The employees at this T- mobile store, by the Costa Vida in Nampa were amazing though! They were very helpful when I needed to trade in my other phone (that Id only had about 3 weeks before it quit working), and were incredibly insightful and supportive. The main girl that helped me was amazing, but the other staff that was there were also incredible! Go to this branch!

Whenever you go here, ask for Darien and Tristan! They helped break down my bill and got me something I didnt even know i needed. They got to know me and helped find a proper solution for me instead of giving cookie cutter answers.

The staff was so nice and friendly. Everything I needed was taken care of. The store is really cool and they’ve got cool demos. Chelsie was really knowledgeble and made sure I left with no questions unanswered.

Travis, Triston, Sandra were all great! Answered all of our questions and concerns. We felt no pressure and it was an easy process transferring carriers. They made sure everything was working before we left. Will be coming back for new phones sometime in the future.

Went to T-Mobile a couple of times to get an explanation on extra fees charged on the card, none of the workers knew why there were extra fees and what the payment Was charged for. Went the second time and talk to supposedly the manager and her response was “since she wasn’t there the day we came in and nobody knew how to help us she can’t help us either” so we have to pay the late fees and extra charges without even knowing why or I should say it better, THEY DODNT CLARIFY THERE WILL BE EXTRA FEES. Worst place ever!

This is hands down the best T-Mobile store I have ever been to! The music was loud, the staff were amazing, and time just flew by. Tristan was an outstanding help and was very engaging and hilarious! I originally came in the store pissed off because my bill was jacked up but by the end, my wife and I had a good time hanging out with him while him and Jarod were taking care of us. I definitely recommend this location over the other ones and make sure you ask for Tristan and Jarod!

I wish I could give 0 stars. The woman that work here have no clue what they are talking about. First trip I thought maybe it was just these 2 girls. Had to call 611 to get them to help me the right way over the phone. Was there for way to long. 2nd trip they didnt know how to take back my boost box. Had to call again to tell them over the phone how to do it. Went to Caldwell location this last time I was in and out in less then 30 min. If you are in a hurry or want the right information do not go to this location.
