Riley is proof that there is good people left in this world. He truly cared about my fathers hearing and spent a lot of time helping him pick out his hearing aids. He even followed up with us weeks after to see how everything was going. A few minor tweaks and my fathers hearing is pretty much back to 100%. Riley was absolutely amazing to work with when we took my Grandmother to see him. She has been playing the piano for her church and she felt she couldnt do it anymore due to her hearing loss. We finally got her in on the free hearing test and we realized it was worse than we thought. riley showed us all the products Miracle Ear has to offer and what the actual product was able to do for her. We were unsure of what product to get. Riley, knowing my grandmother was on a fixed income, suggested one within her budget and her needs,but didnt pressure her into getting any of them. My mother tried to take back the hearing aids within the 30 days and they bullied her into keeping them saying she didn’t give them long enough. She tried to take them back several times. Being treated very badly all the while. Riley is a totally disrespectful jerk.

I took my mom in because of an mailer sent to the house saying she could try it for free with no obligations. She tried it out and it didn’t work. And Riley is trying to bully her into buying them. He refuses to take them back even though they said they would. Contacted corporate and the BBB to make formal complaint. But they still are sending her to collections. It’s wrong on every level.

What a great experience! I brought my mother into this location to get her first pair of hearing aids. The gentleman who helped us, I believe his name is Rory, was extremely professional and helpful. He took his time with my mother and was extremely patient. We had a lot of questions being that this was her first pair. He answered all of our questions. Fantastic location! I love my new ears. My kids wanted me tested after I had to have them repeat themselves all the time. The test was thorough and they answered all my questions. The hearing aids are comfortable and I can finally hear again. I highly recommend them.

I have worn hearing aids for over 20 years of my life. After the last set went belly up I went into Miracle Ear. Roy spent over two hours with me to make sure I understood what my test meant and what new hearing aids could do for me. I am so happy with how well they work. I dont even change my batteries anymore.

What makes Miracle Ear different is they encourage you to come back for helpe maintenance. Ive had miracle ear hearing aids for 6yrs now and have been happy. I just think Miracle Ear is great and they give us the time we need.

The staff (Lee Ann, Rory) at Miracle Ear Nampa have provided me with quality care over the past year! However, I will admit that when I bought my hearing aids, I assumed they would be perfect as soon as I put them on and they werent. It was a a bit of a struggle adjusting to the various sounds I was hearing as Rory, over the course of 30 days, brought me gradually up to my prescription. Now that I am over the adjustment hump I can hear the birds chirping and the leaves rustling in my yard again. Thank you Miracle Ear!

Rory is the best salesman ever. He can lie through his teeth and never think twice about it. My husband needs hearing aids so bad and we did not get what we were told that he would be getting and then he lied about the financing plan. So if want to get screwed by someone go to Miracle Ear in Nampa.I am adding to my first post of eight months ago. Rory and Miracle Ear are crooks! After months of trying to get the financing figured out we got screwed totally!Guess where my husbands hearing aids are? Yes laying on the counter because they dont work for him. No way in heck could we afford the over $6000.00 for hearing aids, but my husband so wanted to be able hear, he suckered and said he wanted to try them and Rory never once said your 30 days free trial would end. I feel he made a point not to let us know because he is crooked. So now we are paying the $6000.00 plus interest. I am glad he gets to drive a nice vehicle because he got his money as soon as the credit card was processed. My husband get very little Social Security and I am working to pay for something that is totally useless. I feel so sorry for people that have to lower themself to work for Miracle Ear and have to lie daily.

I am hyper critical when it comes to customer service. LeeAnn, Rory and the entire Miracle Ear team far exceeded all my expectations. Two thumbs up.

If I could report this place for Elderly Abuse I would. Our Grandpa got some sort of phone call from some lady telling him he had to come in so they could help him. (whos job is it to call people on the PHONE if they cant HEAR WELL?) My Grandfather is a highly decorated vet, any medical expense he has is covered IN FULL by the VA including his perfectly good hearing aids that he already has.He was given some sort of ear test and was told that his current hearing aids were hurting him not helping him. Long story short, he came home and told us that the Doctor at the hearing store told him that he needed these hearing aids because the other ones could hinder his hearing more then help them, they made all kinds of promises of giving him a better happier life.Mr. Grandpfather has kidney cancer, he isnt going to get better the only thing he wants to do is be well enough to watch is great grand kids play basketball and run track.This Doctor, which judging from the Nampa website is some dude named Rory, convinced my Grandfather to deplete what little savings he had (over 6k) to get something that he doesnt need. He even said that he feels like he cant hear any better or worse then with the other hearing aids he has.I hope Miracle ear is aware that their employees are mis-representing themselves as licensed medical professionals (which I am fairly certain is illegal)I understand that your employees are people, probably just trying to make a living, however I find it completely and morally reprehensible to market a business with the sole purpose to swindling the elderly into feeding your pocket books.Your employees should be seriously reprimanded and your companies policy on ethical practices should be heavily investigated. I am sure that I am not the only person who has watched a love one suffer financially at the hands of this company.

My mother has had problems w her ears since she was a child. After surgery on both ears in her 20s. Shes literley re lips all her lives. Now in her mid 70s. Shes able to have a normal conversation can hear an join in on conversations from the other rm. The hollering, tears, an misunderstands are all but gone. Thank you Rory Conrad an LeAnn ur a godsend.

What an amazing caring place to go for all your hearing needs

Where do I begin? I had been struggling with hearing loss for a long time. It had gotten worse about 6 years ago. To the point I was having to have people repeat themselves over and over. It was embarrassing. When I lost my husband 3 years ago, I knew that i was going to have to get back out into the working world. But how could I with my hearing? My 15 year old son was my ears. I know that it was embarrassing for him. But he was CHAMP!!!!!!!!! I would sit at home and do nothing while he was at school, because I was afraid to go anywhere. I was to the point I didnt want to drive because I couldnt hear sirens if they were coming. Then a year ago I seen a commercial on TV about Miracle Ear free hearing tests. So I called and made an appointment with the Nampa Store. I was scared and nervous when I got there. River went with me of course. The receptionist was so friendly. Got through all my paper work and it was time to the back for the testing. That is where we met Aaron Pratt. He talked to me so that i could hear or at least read his lips. After the tests, he explained them to us. I was (am) 97% deaf in my right ear and 50% in my left ear. So he scheduled an appointment with the ear specialist to have the big hearing tests done. The results were sent back to Aaron. We went to my next appointment and that is when we discussed hearing aids. He took a mold of my ears to send in to have the hearing aids made. It took about two weeks. When we went in, we talked about how they would feel and how to put them in my ears. So now the moment was here to put them in. River was recording with his phone. Aaron put the right one in first, then the left one. WOW!!!!!! I could hear!!!!!!! He adjusted them to my ears. He then held a paper over his face and talked to me quietly and I could here him. River went out of the room and we carried on a conversation. All this time I was crying happy tears. This was a Saturday. The next day we had a special singing at our church. When the piano and singing started, I started crying. The pastor came over to me and asked if I was ok. I told him that I was better than ok, I told him that I could hear the piano and the people singing. So he announced it to the church and everyone came around and hugged me. Not going to lie, hearing was something that I had to and still do get used to. Sometimes it is heard with certain sounds. But when I dont have the aids in, Im lost!!!!!!! Now Rory is in this store and he is very helpful and friendly. So is the receptionist. I will continue at this location. My son and I feel like a part of the Miracle Ear family. I also know that without God, none of this would of happened. Thank you Nampa Miracle Ear!!!!!!!
