My husband recently had hearing testing done at Treasure Valley Hearing and Balance in Nampa.The staff was extremely professional, but friendly. Plus they took safety precautions due to the Covid.We had all questions answered, and many asked, and were able to choose the right hearing aids with their help.A previous hearing test at another place had us confused about what my husband really needed, but after spending a lot of time with us and giving us facts we needed, the decision was easy.We highly recommend this office!!

My husband went in to pick up some batteries for his VERY expensive hearing aides. The batteries are free for 7 years. The front deak staff treated him so rudely it was horrible, no greeting when he came in, NOTHING...just What do you want. She handed him 2 batteries and said here. He told them they usually give him 2 boxes, as he works overseas. She went back and got a few more and said, here, now you have a box. Thats all I can give you. WOW. I plan on writing a letter to the corporate, There is no excuse for rudeness...being kind is FREE! The first contact with an office sets the mood for your entire visit. Shame on them. I will not recommend them to ANYONE.

When I received my hearing aids, for the first time in decades I was able to hear the birds They have made the whole being able to hear again a wonderful experience.Melanie, Annette and Kelly are the best.Thank you for helping give me a better quality of life.

The current service involves meeting you in the parking lot to get your hearing aids to take them inside to clean them. I am not please with this at all. The service that was purchased was suppose to be cleaning AND ear check ups as well as adjustments. No, not at all satisfied with the current service.UPDATE 082520.Good news. I was contacted by them after this posting. They arranged to get me in, conducted a hearing test, serviced my hearing aids, resupplied me, and took time to answer all our questions and concerns. More pointed, they made it right. Upgraded my review from a 2 star to 4 stars.

My provider, Cheslie, was the most courteous and patient with me during my testing. With the COVID situation, the office practice very good social distancing with each patient. I would definitely recommend them for anyone in need of hearing aids and continual care.

First and only visit is simply not enough information to review every aspect of a business. I can say that everything went well and the time and information I was afforded was excellent. I am very pleased with the personality of the front office and my audiologist to this point. My audiologist was very attentive as to my situation and very informative as to my issues.

They make you feel very comfortable and treat you as if you are a lifelong friend.I dont wish hearing loss on anybody but if you are unlucky enough to have that condition the ladies here will make you feel at home and help you through the process of hearing as closely to normal again as possible. My entire experience with Treasure Valley Hearing & Balance spans only a year. I gifted myself new hearing aids Christmas 2018. I am so glad I went to that very first appointment. The Nampa office that I visit, the people are real, honest, and so very helpful!

At the insistence of my wife that I really needed such attention (she came along as a helpful guest invited by TVH&B, I hasten to add -- not as an overseer) I did it as a needful adventure. AaaandIt was not any sort of big-box minor-department experience. Caring audio expert Melanie Martin was pleasant and precise, professionally thorough and eager to bring her years of expertise to our time there. It wasnt just about pressing the little button upon registering odd tones while perched in the soundproof booth; it also involved real-life hearing situations that needed to be optimized as carefully as possible. And mission accomplished.To capsulize at the far end of this review, I had no sensation of being there for a sales-job ... this was all about caring and meeting my now-admitted need to augment my ability to listen.Come here.

Been associated with this business for several years using hearing aids. They are a bit dis-organized but better than several other hearing facilities Ive been to in this general area.

I have been using hearing aids for 20+ years and they are by far the best. They treat you like a friend and are truly concerned about making sure that you are getting the best possible use from your hearing aids. When it comes to Technology, they are on top of the game. TVHB was my 1st choice after checking out several other hearing aid offices. These are my second set of aids and I can hear much better with these. These are ajustable which make it easier to hear in just about any situation. All the personal at Treasure Valley are excellent and Im glad that I chose them. My first pair of aids could be ajustable but was never given that option by the company I delt with in another state.

Ive gone to audiologists my entire life. TVH&B are the best audiologists in the Treasure Valley. The quality of their devices are exceptional, but their service is even better. My experience is with the Nampa location, where Annette in the front office is great! She has helped me when I wasnt scheduled, no questions asked. Im a huge fan of TVH&B.

Not real thorough when ask to reprogram a set of hearing aids. A lot rushed.
