I would NOT recommend buying a car from Combs Car Coral. They sold us a 2010 suburban that ended up having an issue that puts me and my family in danger when I drive it (randomly starts totally shutting down and losing power! happened to me while on the freeway and another 8-9 times after!) super scary. We have only had it a few weeks. I called them and they told me to bring it in and they will look at it. So I did and They said they couldn’t find the issue, everything looked fine 😠 and then after us persisting for them to help, they called the General Manager and she told him not to help us AT ALL because we paid cash!!! Apparently they only car about customers that finance through them. Horrible customer service. Shady and Risky to buy from them. Look them up on better business bureau.

They sold me a vehicle in February that ended up having a blown head gasket. It broke down within 45 days of owning the vehicle. The check engine light came on within 3 DAYS of owning the vehicle. Then when I made extra payments to get ahead on the loan, they claimed I didn’t make a monthly payment and reported me to the credit bureau as having missed a payment. They act like you are the problem when you are frustrated that they are dishonest and sell you unreliable vehicles. They act excited when you call to say you need a repair probably because they hope to make more money off of you.Overall, do not buy from them. They are dishonest, unreliable, and are difficult to work with.

Bought a new truck here a month ago, I’ve already made 1,500$ in repairs. Alternator went out, oil pressure system broke, brake pads were almost on metal. They’ll basically tell you to get bent since you didn’t buy their repair warranty. Learned my lesson, wouldn’t recommend anyone doing business here.

When you buy a truck from them they will ask for a big deposit and then more money at a later time. And they will let you make your payment and have you bring your truck in to be fix after it broke down with in the first three weeks of owning it. Then they will make up a reason to take it from you. Stay away from there. Check the names of there good rating to there salesman and their family they will match

Anyone who has had a unresolved issue after buying a car here needs to report the dealer to the dmv complain complain complain to many of us have been put in vehicles unsafe and very true the more you put down the less they want to help. This company is all about money in their pocket they sale dangerous vehicles. Don’t take no for a answer! Complain against their dealer bond!!!

Purchased a 2008 Saturn outlook put nearly over 6500 down. Within three days the car was shaking once you hit 45 mph called with a gut feeling it was going to be a bad vehicle. Sales rep told my dad and I it was a great car within a week power steering went out on free way. 3 seat belts didnt work. Its been taken in over 3 times for repairs. They said theyd would make this right so didnt charge me. Its gotten to the point they would trade me out heres the catch for something same price and lower my vehicle has three seats for the reason I need them none of the vehicles they have and willing to trade me out for have a 3 rows only 2 SUVs. Stay clear of this place I will never recommend them!!!!!

My husband went into the nampa location to buy a 2006 dodge dakoda and was greeted by them assuming that he had bad credit and was going to finance through them. The gentlemans first questin was do you have a down payment witch my husband then asked if we can finance through our own bank and he responded with ya if you have good credit. my husband was so insulted that he just walked out. thats the last time we will ever do business with combs car corral.

Several years ago, we bought a truck from Combs Car Corral and paid too much for it (we had no choice at the time). We swore we would never go there again. Then a few months ago, we were in a pickle and needed a one ton pickup to tow a 5th wheel. We bought a 2010 Ford F350 Super Duty with a 6.4L Diesel. The first trip we made pulling our trailer resulted in us being stuck in Rock Springs Wy. (500 whole miles in a more than 2500 mile trip) for 3 weeks and it cost over 17K to get going again. I get it that we bought the truck as is but according to the mechanics, the problems with the truck have been building and getting worse over a period of time and any dealer that inspects a vehicle had to know of the issues. Being our first diesel we believed what we were told when the turbo engaged with a high pitched whine that this was a normal sound for the turbo. We learned a valuable lesson and will never trust this dealer again. Addendum: We made the offer of a 10K down payment which was accepted and during this time there was an ad about buying a vehicle and get a free tv (not why we bought the truck) The dealership required we pay an additional 1200 dollars in two weeks to cover the sales tax so they would not have to pay that (never heard of any dealer requiring this because the sales tax is usually financed in). When we told them we were going to re-finance through our credit union at 7% interest (due to age of vehicle) they offered to drop the 18% to 12% and acted like that was the best deal ever. Then they didnt want to give us the free 70 inch tv that was in their own flyer that said we met the requirements. They agreed to a 50 inch after we pointed out their own flyer. There were a few things they did right and they were way, way, better than Dennis Dillon but still left a bad taste and we wont go back.

I didnt end up buying from them, but Mark was very nice and helpful.
