I had a great experience with the two gentlemen that work at the Denver Mattress in Nampa, Idaho. They were very understanding and considerate. They even said they would get my order to the store so I could pick it up there instead of driving to Boise. Brock’s product knowledge, patience for me to try out and compare the different products, and transparency with clearance options and price matching with the on-line store, allowed me to make a quick and financially solid decision. He worked efficiently and effectively to find the mattresses, covers, sheets and pillows that I wanted, both in stock and with free drop off delivery. Delivery is within a week, which is remarkable in this economy and all the delays in shipping.

Buyer beware! What you lay on in the showroom and what shows up at your house are very different. I tried to call the showroom to discuss it and got hung up on. I tried to email the manager. 4 days later I’m still waiting. Very poor service. When I finally got ahold of someone through a chat feature, they clarified that I’m stuck with these products I don’t like and that the mattress exchange process is as difficult and obstructive as possible. I won’t be spending another single cent at Denver Mattress or Furniture Row.

Ashtin was such wonderful help. We had an idea of what we were looking for and he pointed us towards the perfect mattress, so perfect in fact that we bought the first one we laid on. He was able to answer all of our questions and was incredibly knowledgeable. My Husband and I were looking for a new mattress and set up when we went to Denver Mattress. We had no idea what we wanted. We walked into the Nampa store about 20 minutes before they closed and were met by the most professional salesman! We expected to be blown off do to our timing. Ashton our salesman was very very very kind and helpful. With in a few minutes of listening to us he knew what we needed and had us look at a Denver Mattress he thought me might like based on what we told him. It was a perfect match for both my husband and I. We tried other mattresses after the one he first showed us non were what we wanted. I was amazed that in such a short time he knew what we wanted! Wonderful customer service! Just to make sure we weren’t missing something we went to another store. The salesman wouldn’t let us get a word in and was unprofessional when he said negative things about other matters stores including Denver Mattress. We both felt that spoke clearly to his customer service skills not even comparable to the wonderful service we received from Ashton! I hope he gets bonuses he went above and beyond. Our salesman Sam was just amazing! He listened to us and lead us to what would actually work, not the highest priced item. He was obviously very knowledgeable about the products that sell and was a delight to be around as well! At first I posted a great review when I purchased my bed. I was told a few days to get my new bed, that I desperately need from Boise, 17 miles away....here we are more than a week later, and still NO BED! When I called, I got the run around and was told I could just go pick it up....I paid for delivery and removal of the old one. Not to mention I have no way of carrying a king size bed. NOT IMPRESSED. VERY ANGRY!

This place is an absolute joke! My wife and I went in to purchase a new mattress. After finding one we were interested in the worker there completely ignored us and just blew us off. He looked right at us and turned around. We went across the way to their competitor and found a Sealy which was a little cheaper and had MUCH better reviews than most of their mattresses. It’s amazing this place stays open with their NON EXISTENT customer service.

We went in told the sale rep. what we were wanting and looking for. She showed us several different mattress that meet our needs. Once my husband I had narrowed it down to a few we wanted. We asked several questions about the quality, warrants, etc. Our rep was able to answer them all. Plus we were able to take our items home at the same time. (We did have the option for delivery but we declined). Great store for customer service and to find exactly what you are looking for.

Reggie helped us and was amazing! He gave us space to test out all the beds we needed to. We were there for over 3 hours! He kept us informed with pricing and options for each mattress and he definitely knows the industry and the products. He was great to talk to and extremely knowledgeable! Definitely recommend!

Rude!! Ill never use them again. Youll wait 1-2 weeks and then they will only give you a 2 hour window for drop off with no exceptions. Because they are busy!

Walking in we were instantly taken care of by James! When I said the price of what we were looking for he instantly knew where to have us look and told us everything we needed to know about the mattress(not to much but just enough to have us interested!) we were in and out in around 20 minutes but we’re taken care if so we’ll in that amount of time, he even gave us a treatment of trying out all the fancy settings of an adjustable bed frame!
