I worked with Andrew at the Nampa location. He was very helpful answered all questions we had. My wife and I spent about an hour and a half in the store, trying out every type of mattress and pillow they had available. Andrew was very courteous and professional the entire time. We purchased a mattress it was delivered within the timeframe we were given. The delivery guys were polite and efficient. If you are in need to a mattress, I would highly recommend Mattress RX.

Bought my daughters mattress from here a couple years ago. Service was great back then so decided to go back again for a new box spring. Service was great again, went in and purchased the box spring. Salesman was very nice and easy to work with. He brought the box spring out and loaded it up for me and any i went. Definitely will be back again and Ill refer all my friends there too.

Over the last 2 days I have gone to a few mattress stores. Most of which either had no interest in helping me or were super pushy and insisted I buy the most expensive mattress and base. That is until I came into this store. JASON was amazing. He asked questions about how I slept and how I felt and guided me to try out an assortment of beds in all styles and price ranges. He explained how the mattresses worked and really helped me decide on a great mattress that supports my back exactly how I need it. It was am amazing experience! Both Jason and Andrew are amazing at what they do.

Went today to check out their King size beds and was greeted by Andrew in the Nampa location. Not only did he show me a better bed than I expected to find but gave me a super great deal on it dropping off $400 on the price that included the frame! I needed to buy two bed sets (mattress, box spring and frames). Being something that one generally doesn’t buy on a regular basis, I did some research on beds but was still a bit confused by all the variations of bed types. Based on a friend’s recommendation I went to MattressRx in Nampa where I met Abel, the owner. Abel took the time to walk me through the store, explaining to me the pros and cons of different bed types (coil, memory foam, number beds, latex, etc.). He seemed extremely knowledgeable about the materials used and how the beds are made. At no time did I feel rushed for a decision to buy. I was able to take my time and tried out the different beds and selected the Posh+Lavish bed. The beds were delivered in a week (faster than I had expected). I was given an hour window of time for the delivery the day before and they showed up in that window. The delivery guys were very professional and quick setting up the frames and getting the beds together. All the packing materials were removed. I’ve had the Posh+Lavish for a week and honestly have had the best sleep I’ve had in a long time. Not disappointed at all. If you think that your worth treating yourself to a good mattress, MattresRx is the place to go.

Chris worked with me and was a success in agreement with price, mattress size and delivery. We have spent thousands of dollars here through the years and have sent numerous people their way. We always had a great experience....until today. We where there to buy 3 twin mattresses and a full for our kids. We where shown a mattress and quoted a price. When we agreed the sales guy told us it wasnt those exact mattresses that he had shown us that they where out and wouldnt be ordering more, but rather the quoted price was a step down model. I said I didnt like those, thanked him for his time and got my husband ready to leave. Miraculously he found 6 of them. I still let it slide because we have had such a great experience before but I was on to him. Needless to say the price changed 2 more times before we where ready to sign. Another guy walked over to see what the problem was and he could care less what happened and just wanted to talk over me. So we left. If you choose to go here be cautious or shady sales practices. He did mention they had a new owner so maybe this is the new norm.Edit in response to owners response.Abel you where the one that chose to talk over me instead of listen to the whole story. Yes my husband was declined for a high end bed however I already had an approval which you would know about had you taken the time to listen to me. This has nothing to my CHOICE to not finance the other bed. Again if you read my review to listen rather than respond you would know that. The fact you state we REALLY wanted that bed is a complete lie we came for beds for our kids we looked at another bed it didnt work out anyone who knows me knows I HATE spending money so that is completely untrue. You would also know that your sales rep quoted us $650 for what we needed which by the time we got to check out was $780 in case you need help that does not add up with taxes and $39 fee. Also as a business owner I would recommend fully training your employees before they hit the sales floor so they know their job. Shall we also let people know I asked you AND your employee to cancel the sale before we left but by the time we ate lunch and went somewhere else you had NOT cancelled the order. I called and asked you to cancel this Andrew your not new employee said he would handle it and hung up on me. He did NOT cancel it and I had to have the finance company call your store to get it cancelled. The whole process was childish.

Mattress RX was absolutely fantastic in helping us navigate the mattress buying process. We had to move quickly and needed new beds. We initially called to purchase twin beds for later pickup for our two children. They were out of stock and still awaiting the shipment when we came in to get them, but they generously upgraded to the next mattress up so that our girls would have beds right away! Chris assisted us in selecting a bed for ourselves and was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Since my husband is a bigger guy, we needed something sturdy that wouldn’t break the bank. He recommended a mattress that fit our budget, needs, comfort level, and was very transparent about their excellent warranties provided on each mattress and protective cover! He helped walk us through the financing process and even gave us some helpful new to town advice and made us feel welcomed. We ended up leaving with mattresses for the entire family, protective covers, sheets, and more all at an extremely affordable price. Chris gave us a discount on several items as well and we ended up spending less than we thought we would have had to for just a King mattress alone!

Walked in hoping to find a mattress for my wall bed (Guest bed). Looking for something medium to firm, either memory foam or hybrid under 12” in height. After sharing my budget and what I was looking for I asked the salesman if he could point out the various options and I would take my time deciding which one I wanted. Seems he was more interested in making a quick sale than listening and said I was a horrible customer as I walked out the door. Honestly had cash in my hand ready to buy today and you lost it because of a lack of professionalism and demanding I shop your way.** In Response **Glad you were there but also disappointed in your response. Customers all shop different ways and personally I like to see all of the options prior to going further which is what I was asking for. Also let Andrew know multiple times I wanted to take my time with selecting something. He kept asking me for more info, I honestly didn’t know what else to tell him. Size, budget, depth, firmness, and type should be more than adequate. Showing me product out of my budget doesn’t bode well with me.For the record my entire goal was to purchase a mattress from your store based on recommendations from friends not leave this review.
