Terrible service. They have no idea how long anything will take but they’ll tell you a few days and then 3 weeks later your left wondering when you’ll get your car back.

The team at Don Allen worked with my family for several weeks to not only find the right car, design the right deal and manage all the details. They went over the top to help us with a registration issue when I was unable to be in the state of Massachusetts. After many years of doing business with them they ruined my sons truck. Went in for oil change, told it needed work which they did. Now he can hardly drive it,After all this time they finally have new service person who realized the camber was way off from previous mechanic. Also directional tires on backwards. Kudos to the new service manager to know what he’s doing

Worst customer service I have ever experienced!

Unresponsive, dont follow through on commitments. Many many contacts with Office to execute some simple transactions like getting plates issued, and not even receiving calls back. Disappointing after having done business with them for decades.
