Almost found everything that I needed. Funny they sell mechanical pencils but no lead. I left spending $54.00 so not bad as I only came in for one item but left with 4. Gabe at the register was super nice.

I was helped promptly with framing some art with a great price! I wad looking to just get a pre-made frame and the framing specialist was having a discount on custom frames and she got one done custom at a cheaper price than pre-made!

Good Sales going on, had fairly long line going in, and of course for the register. My issue is with other customers who wait until they get to the register to finish shopping? With only 2 registers open, a Woman with 2 small boys leaves register to get packing tape, cashier waiting for her return, but woman then asks for someone to retrieve ornament hangers. They can not, so she leaves again to go in search for them. Meanwhile the other register with a man and woman checking out separately have a basket style box without its price tag. So now both registers are in holding pattern waiting for customers...finally got out of store but frustrating.

Went looking for cardstock for wedding favor tags. So many different colors and found 3 weights. 65, 80 and 140.

This Michaels has a wonderful employee named Patty. Very personal and helpful. I hope the managers realize this. This was the second time we have been in this store. A very well stocked store.

You can never find an employee to help you and if you do find an employee they dont know where stuff is 🤔 I also feel Michaels is somewhat overpriced

Store is great always organized and clean. They almost always have exactly what I need and a couple things I didnt know I did. I thought prices were a bit high on things comparatively to other stores. But I realized they always have awesome coupons you can pull up on phone in line and it all becomes a much better price. Definitely check website before checkout.

Crafty people love crafty places. Building dollhouses for a hobby, I go here often. I always find what I need. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. This is also a good place to find family friendly and short term projects for that rainy day. Have fun!

A good selection of craft supplies, if not a little expensive. I found the materials I was looking for here (craft glue and paint brushes), and when there are sales it can definitely be a great place to go. You can also call them to ask if they have what you are looking for.

I wish I could attach a picture of the package I received- over 100$ worth of paint and paint supplies arrived ruined. Why would anyone send several tubes and bottles in a bag through the mail??? I initially was upset with UPS but they said it should have been in a box - and they are right. Unable to get a real person at the 800 number or the online chat and no response from the email I sent to Michaels. I will never order from them again.

Always clean and well stocked. Never have to search for a price. And the checkout lines are fast (if there are any) plus the employees who check you out have always been friendly and helpful

I only shop here when items are on sale. Watch what is on sale and what you pay at the register. Not all items ring up correctly.

Picked up a shadow box for a project. They have a good selection of frames and craft and art supplies.

The Napa Michaels is a small store and it always falls short of whatever I need. I rarely go there and when I do I just wont up frustrated that I wasted my time there instead of just heading out of town to a real Michaels.

This is a fairly small store as far as Michaels goes, but theres a decent selection of the basics. I do a lot of cross stitch, so I can speak to their large and regularly restocked supply of DMC thread, but youll have to look elsewhere if youre hoping for oval or fancy hoops.

Finally a Michaels in Napa, I thought I would be super ecstatic, I mean, dont get me wrong I am SUPER happy theres one here, but its a bit small. No complaints here as Ive found mostly everything I needed when I needed something. Always in stock for the most part. Tried out one of their classes not too long ago. It was okay, however it wasnt the subject at hand and totally did something different. All in all, happy place. ☺

Yup, its a Michaels craft store. A nice one too! Got lots of crafting items, and they can be purchased for money. Staff is nice.

Its better to go during the weekday as the weekends can be crazy.

This is a better Michaels store. It is more organized, neater and the employees show more interest than many of their other stores. It is also in a nicer location, in Napa. I enjoy making the trip to Napa to see the town and do some shopping. Nice spot.

Had a picture matted. The girl with no name tag. Blond with glasses could not have been any ruder to me. Snotty and a better than attitude. Even the manager, Tina wouldn’t acknowledge this poor behavior. Will never use this store again.

Very long lines but the cashier was so charming and helpful that it made the t in me go by. She would sing her announcement of being available for the next customer and it was amusing.

I walked by an attendant, but she didnt offer to help. The new cashier didnt know what the terms are for refunds, but she was honest and funny about it. We had a good laugh.

Three stars because they have basically everything Ive ever wanted in a craft project. Three stars also because its the most maddening store in the world.

I shopped at this store once about a year ago (this was prior to finding out the stores phone number). I found some great deals on bakeware. The only reason I am giving this store a 1 star rating is because of the phone number. I will no longer be shopping at this store due to the triple sixes in the phone number. Talk about a bad omen!

Good merchandise for decorating projects, but their prices have gotten rather high for the quality.
