I had a great in-store experience. I made the mistake of buying blindly online. I got a great deal on a mattress with great reviews, but after a couple weeks of trying it out I did not love it. So I went into the store to ask about returns and to actually try on the different types of mattresses available.Jeff S. was very helpful & professional with my goldilocks shopping experience. He provided all the right info & assistance to help me with both the exchange and with finding exactly what I wanted for my bedroom & budget. Excellent customer service and very reasonable selection of products & pricing.

Eduardo worked with me and my daughter.I told him I needed to sit on everything until I knew what I wanted and I felt 100% good about it.So he showed me everything;He was super patient and explained to me what Would be best as a side/back sleeper.My daughter jumped on everything and he was super cool.I changed my mind in the last 30 minutes.I ended up getting more than I knew I wanted for a great price.I recommend this place to any other on Napa county.Super happy.

We felt comfortable with Jeff within the first five minutes. He is personable and informative. Theres important info to learn about new mattresses. While describing all of the details Jeff was not at all pushy, and seemed genuinely concerned that we find our best bed, and of course go back and forth trying them out. He offered to see if a returned and sterilized bed might be available at a significant discount. There wasnt, possibly a good sign for our choice of mattresses. Jeff also worked with us to make the mattress, base, warranties, and accessories fit within our price range. A very pleasant experience!

Mattress firm in Naps is a very friendly store.It was very clean and the personnel were very nice. They practiced good Covid 19 protocols.It was the first time in a long time that I had looked for a mattress. I appreciated they had a 3 step procedure to purchase your mattress..They give you a sheet, 1. Is what do you want to spend. 2. The type of mattress you want firm, hard, soft. 3. How would you like to pay for it. Then they show you all the mattress’s onYour wish list.

I love this place. I just bought my 3rd mattress there. Prices are great with super clearance deals. Staff is pleasant and knowledgeable. This last time I was in and out in 15 min. No irritating up selling etc. I got just what I came for. They are my mattress store and I see no need to go anywhere else. Less than 24 hours later the bed is in the truck heading my way!

My experience at mattress firm Napa was very easy, and effortless! I went alone first to just to get an idea of what bed, and price range we wanted. Aristotle was the manager and he was so nice and I never felt pressured to buy anything if I didn’t want to. My boyfriend was working so I couldn’t make a decision without him and we were going to come back together in a couple days. Aristotle was working the second time we came in. I purchased a new pillow by Purple called Harmony. I tend to get headaches with a pillow that’s too high. The pillow after just one night rejuvenated my muscle tension due to an old collarbone break. I opened up the cover to see what was inside. The core of the pillow is a soft latex which explains a lot. The elasticity of latex mimics our own bodies elastic properties. When we walked in Jeff greeted us quickly. He backed off a bit and let’s us see the store. He asked us what we were looking for and showed us a few mattresses.There was no pressure as we tried 3 different mattresses. We were able to walk out and not have any guilt about leaving. But one more night of bad sleep and we were back and bought a Tempur-Pedic mattress. We spent a grand total of 45 minutes in a no pressure but informative zone. We are extremely happy with our service and choices at Mattress Firm.

My family needed a bed immediately due to an emergency and because covid has ruined everything there weren’t any “cash and carry” beds available ( ones they keep in stock so u can just buy, load and go). However the employee who helped us, his name is Jeff ( who I think maybe is an angel in disguise) made a call and was able to have exactly what we needed delivered by the next day. In reviewing a few mattresses online and other mattress stores I settled with Mattress Firm. The help that I received from Aristotle was excellent. He was so patient and answered all my questions. I had visited the store several times to review the same mattresses before choosing one. I was to return back to the store for the purchase and ran into a time crunch. Aristotle was so helpful andadvised me that i could continue my purchase through a link sent to my email. We made all the arrangements over the phone and i was able to finish the transaction without having to go back. That was such a life saver. I definitely recommend this store.
