Crown Hill in great part saved our home in the 2020 Napa County Wildfire. We have worked with them over the years and they have given us great advice. One of their employees, Isaac, was especially helpful and we came to rely on him personally. He even called after with wildfire to check on us. That was really special.We used a lot of decomposed granite, natural stone tiles fire resistant plants. The result is that our home was surrounded by fire and is in perfect condition. We are obviously deeply grateful to Crown Hill for the years of enduring a lot of questions and discussions and making sure that we received what we really needed when we needed it.

We were able to purchase a small quantity (150 lbs) of decorative rock for a reasonable amount. They bagged the pebbles in three bags and loaded into the trunk. In and out in 30 minutes (we knew what we wanted). Very helpful staff.

THIS IS THE WORST PLACE EVER, CUSTOMER SERVICE IS SO RUDE, I PAID OVER 400.00 TO DELIVERY OF ROCK AND THEY DUMPED MY ROCK SOME WHERE ELSE NOT MY HOUSE AND I WAS SUPPOSE TO GO WITH A WHEEL BARROW TO PICK IT UP, ALL BECAUSE THE OFFICE MESSED UP AND THE DRIVER NEVER HAD OUR SPACE # TO DELIVER IT AND THEN LIED AND SAID THEY CAME TO MY HOUSE AND RANG THE DOOR BELL, FUNNY I DONT HAVE A DOOR BELL, IT WAS A NIGHTMARE TRYING TO TALK TO THE MANAGER OF THE COMPANY TO GET MY ROCK, HE WAS SOOOOO RUDE WITH ALOT OF STRESS AND MY PARK MANAGER TO TALK TO THEM TO BRING MY ROCK, I DID FINALLY GET IT 5HRS LATER DONT EVER GO HERE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
