The worst customer service ever experienced! They do not answer their Pharmacy telephone! I was just on hold for 25 minutes. When you are the only person in line, they completely ignore you and go about their business as if you were not even there. Absolutely the worst! I am going to use a different Pharmacy from now on.
SUPER S-L-O-W service!!! It takes me nearly a half hour waiting for the pharmacist to explain what the doctor already told me about my medication. Okay, I get that it’s a state law for the pharmacist, but then hire more pharmacists! The wait is ridiculous!!!
Im glad I wasnt in urgent need of the pain medication prescription I stopped in to fill. On my original visit around noon I was told that Id be texted in around an hour or two when my prescription was ready. By the next morning I hadnt been called so I called the pharmacy and got an automated answer keyed to my telephone number that my prescription was ready for pickup. So, obviously they had my correct number, but had failed to call me. Strike One. I should have called earlier to check. Ball One.I went to the pharmacy and was third in line (Not too bad I said to myself) and only waited about 5 minutes before I could approach the pick up counter. At that point the pharmacist told me it would be just a minute. I then got to stand there and watch her open and label a large number of pill bottles ( As it turns out 16 bottles ) for what she called a large order. At that point I had to remind myself that I wasnt currently in any pain and that this was just an annoying example of poor customer service. Perhaps a staffing issue? Strike TwoAfter a slight delay due to a computer connection problem, I had my prescription in hand and was able to leave. Good news: pain meds dont cost much these days. Long story short, I guess Ill just leave the count at Ball 1 and Strike 2. I didnt blow up at the pharmacist(tech?) because its obvious the it wouldnt solve a systemic problem at this pharmacy. I just wont be going back.
Bad customer support. In every department. Avoid if possible.
SLOW AS HELL AND THEIR NOT EVEN BUSY. IVE BEEN HERE FOR AN HOUR AND A HALF . I WAS JUST RELEASED FROM THE HOSPITAL AND. I AM SUFFERING. WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN. THE PHARMACISTS ARE RUDE AS HELL TO. IF YOU VALUE YOUR TIME DONT COME HERE!!!!.
CVS is adequate, kind of average retail store. Almost everything one would need from food to diapers to beer to cell phones. Decent service.
The pharmacy NEVER answers their phone. I have tried calling several times and I simply think they just dont answer as a policy. No matter how long you wait (i have waited about 45 minutes once) they wont answer.
I wish I could give 0 stars ! I went in yesterday to buy makeup and both price machines weren’t working. So I asked the cashier KINDLY if she could check prices for me in some prices on like 6 items and she scanned one and said do you want it or not WHEN I CLEARLY SAID I NEEDED TO KNOW PRICES FIRST TO SEE WHAT I WOULD LEAVE AND TAKE. Then I asked can I get prices and then I’ll decide and she said YOU WANT IT OR NO IF YOU ARENT GOING TO BUY ANYTHING MOVE ALONG ! So I was like are you serious !!!! Point is she Is a part time supervisor which NO CUSTOMER SERVICE experience she obviously HATES her job!!! So she shouldn’t be working there !!!! Then I asked her for her name and she was like move along it doesn’t matter what my name is ! Idc what u say they won’t do anything !!! I use to work at this cvs and CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS EVERYTHING TONUS !! Shity store now with that kind of “help” hahahah
As a physician I find this pharmacy in particular extremely difficult to communicate with. I have to call myself frequently for trivial clarifications. Poor knowledge base and not able to work well with insurances. Sweet people, but not up to the standards I trust for my patients.
