Greatest Storage place ever! I brought my mom here recently because she lost her house and both Jenifer and Bridgett were very considerate of the situation. We felt very welcomed and appreciated. It’s one of the cleanest sites and property is very beautiful and well maintained. If I could give a million stars to this place I would . I definitely recommend it over anywhere else. Thank you so much girls we really appreciate you and your kindness.

Our experience was wonderful! Jennifer made the process so quick and easy. She explained everything perfectly! The storage spaces are very clean and the security is great. The doors are also very easy to open! We would definitely recommend our friends and family to rent out at this specific place and hopefully get Jennifer to take care of them because she is such a wonderful person and she’s great at her job!

Clean, well-maintained, respectful and watchful staff. Ask for the (inexpensive) old wine storage units. They are insulated so well that the temp indoors is relatively constant regardless of the weather.

Nice and clean, reasonably late access hours which works well with my 2nd shift schedule. Friendly staff who getting set up very quick & easy. Enough pluses here to justify the slightly more expensive price. Very clean!

Bridgett was so helpful in assisting us in picking out the best size storage unit for our goods. She was very personable and professional and the entire facility was clean and well maintained. We feel our goods will be safe and secure there.

Bridgett was an amazing help with the whole process from beginning to end. Storage was always cleaned and with great A/C for my storage needs. Price did unfortunately increase in the year and a half that I had the storage but not my much still a really great experience.

I can attest from my own in person experience and saw that she strives to make a positive experience for every customer, walking in, calling, etc. She was punctual in her follow up, happy to get my papers done via phone so it was time efficient for me, got me the best rate and reserved the spot for me for a few days til the new month rolled over, and was so happy to work with me in my unique situation. She even put out carts near my storage location at the end of day for me to be able to have a strong start in the morning when I arrive and I SO appreciate her for that! The storage was very clean and the grounds were well kept. What impressed me the most, however, was the customer service—Jennifer was wonderful! She struck that wonderful balance between being familiar and professional that puts the client at ease. And so patient!! Had to make my first post about this place.Did you know you could store your wine here? Neither did I! I spoke w/Jennifer a few days ago, who was extremely friendly btw, and she told me about the temp and humidity controlled rooms I could store my wine in. I was worried about what I was going to do w/my wine, having to downsize my home due to Covid, which is why I went in to begin with. Thank you to Jennifer for helping save my wine collection. Bridgett Currie is an excellent representation of customer service. During our recent move, she went the extra mile to be sure our storage unit was appropriate when I was suddenly left to manage the transaction due to an injury my husband suffered while moving. She was compassionate and professional. She sent photos of the available spaces so I could be sure our large item would fit. We were able to move out of our storage unit before the end of the month and did not expect to be charged for our month. We were, due to some sort of glitch. Bridgett immediately reacted and ensured our account would be corrected. She took the extra steps to be sure we were confident in the refund. Extra Space Storage has a gem in Bridgett and I sure hope they take good care of her.

This place should learn how to run a business from the previous owners at least they knew how to make the business expand and get the trust from the people who rented from them, Ive seen alot of people leave the Storage place. The people who used to work there didnt like being in the office because of these untrained people thinking that they knew more. NOT ! Id give this place two thumbs down
