The quality of attention and service is absolutely over expectations! Staff were truly servicing the client finding ways to improve outcomes and facilitate operations. The space, layout and infrastructure is in top condition, clean and upkeep. I highly recommend Security Public Storage, could not be happier.

This place is the best! They helped us and other fire victims when the glass fires occurred. After losing everything they gave us a place to start again. We had a place to store all of our new things at a discounted price. The workers were always friendly and they kept it clean. We never had any issues. Also, best access hours. Good people and good place overall.

The storage unit is adequate and useable. My boxes are stacked and contained, not a jumbled mess. When I reopened my unit after 3 weeks, I first thought that it had been broken into but havent found things to be missing. The customer service was lacking, defensive and of little service. We do not know what happened. ( and it seems nor do they care unless I file an insurance claim). I will now take a photo every time I leave my unit.

The best place in the Valley! This is the second time I have used this storage place and its the only place I feel comfortable using. Their facility is clean and being female I feel safe coming here alone. The staff is super friendly and the price is lower than other facilities. Also upon move in they will loan you a moving truck for free which is a big plus.

Very clean and great customer service. My favorite thing is they have the best hours around. You can access your storage from 6am to 10pm 7 days a week. They also have a move in truck you can access when you first move in. I have recommended them to many friends. I have had multiple units inside and outside for 7 years. I presently have 1 of each. No bugs, no mice, and my outside one is in the same building with bottled wine storage. There visual rodent traps represent an ounce of prevention NOT a pound of cure. The only down side is their outside units are not lit, but I can live with that.

The place is clean and the access hours are good I only wish there were lights in the units. Also or power so we can plug in appliances to test them.

Great staff! Everything looks clean and secure. I’ve been in and out a number of times over the past few months. Each time, I feel secure and have not seen any apparent problems. They allowed us to use their truck for move in. This was such a great help!

Wow, I am so impressed with this storage facility. Ive been to others and this is far better. Its very, very clean and there are even flowers at the secured entrance. The sign up process is quick and the customer service is excellent!

This is an excellent storage facility. I have had a unit for many years (roll-up door hallway access). The facility is very well kept, clean, dry, and secure. The buildings are newer than most facilities, well designed and the grounds are corridors are well lit and easy access. My unit is very tall inside (extra storage) and I believe most units are the same. The staff is always kind and helpful, never any difficulty or attitude as occurs in many other storage facilities. I can always reach someone by phone or in person. I live in the east bay (Berkeley area) and I have never found a storage facility nearby that even comes close to the staff, security, and cleanliness of Devlin Rd Security Pub Storage. I trust them and highly recommend them.

Amazing storage space. The office and storage area is clean and secure. Wonderful staff and customer service. Having the option to go in as late as 10 PM is amazing. Their rental trucks are great to use if youre moving to a new house. Would recommend to anyone living nearby.

What a wonderful experience! Both the staff and facilities are simply outstanding. When we dropped by to explore our options, we were given a tour of several different units and ample time to take measurements. There was absolutely no pressure or sales pitch, just helpful answers to all of our questions. Everything from utilizing the free moving truck for a day, to setting up our security settings, to making monthly payments has been a breeze. If you combine a professional and helpful staff with a spotless and secure facility you get the best storage facility in the Napa Valley. I have tried several others and they simply dont compare. I spend a lot of time moving things in and out of my units and I have never felt uncomfortable or inconvenienced in any way. The managers have taken the time to get to know me and bend over backwards to help whenever I need it. This is a great place.

The 2 young folks behind the counter were super friendly and went out of their way to make sure we got the unit we needed, as well as the truck to move it (complimentary, I might add).Other than the employees, this is just another storage place, but it still holds 4 stars on its own. Easy access for customers, security fences, cameras, alarms, etc. I found no negatives to cite.

Since day one, the Napa Security Public Storage has been a wonderful experience. Their website talks about how friendly their managers are and holy moly! they aren’t kidding! Christie is the absolute sweetest person; she went above and beyond to explain everything, make sure I got the best deal, and offered the use of their moving truck. The facilities are always clean and safe and the location is so convenient. It is a great storage place and I absolutely recommend them!

Security Public Storage in Napa has been by far, my best, storage facility experience ever. Excellent Manager, Dana, the nicest person, she is very professional, yet, always willing to help you out. The grounds are spotless. The security is 1000%. The gates are open till 10pm, which makes it super easy getting in & out, when your time is limited during the day. Location is very convienent from Sonoma & American Canyon as well. Thank you Dana!!

I was looking for a temperature control, secure storage in Napa area.I was pleasantly surprise that Security Public Storage on Devlin Rd. in Napa has it all. They offer not only regular storage units, but also a temperature control ones where you can safely keep your wine and never worry about the high outside temperature affecting the quality of it. There is a forklift and a dolly on the premises if you need to move loads too heavy to be carried by hand. The place also offers a free moving truck to make your move easier. Very friendly and helpful staff, nothing else I could ask for.Im very happy knowing that my items are safe and secure in Security Public Storage on Devlin Rd. in Napa.

I have been renting from Security Public Storage for years and they are amazing. The folks in the office are consistently friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and responsive. I have never spoken to anyone who wasnt awesome. My rental unit is spacious and well maintained and the rental prices are reasonable. I live in San Francisco now, but wont move my belongings from Napa to San Francisco because the prices at Security Public Storage in Napa are much less expensive and I have a much larger space. They also have a box truck onsite that you can use to move your stuff locally.
