Easily the best auto shop I’ve ever been too. My 2013 Elantra’s engine was making a concerning noise and my parents, long time customers of Maximum Automotive, recommended I take it there. Casey and his team did a test drive and determined that a full engine replacement was needed. They determined that my car was still under the manufacturer’s warranty and recommended I bring it to a local dealership. They also recommended I hold off on other repairs I thought I needed until the dealership confirmed the engine was covered under warranty. Their thoroughness, helpful direction and honesty was completely refreshing and I’d recommend Maximum Automotive to anyone who needs car service or repairs.

I took in my f150 platinum to do oil change about a month ago, they ended up saying i needed a thermostat, they changed it, after I drove by my truck was over heating never done it before took it gas, now it’s a head gasket leak wanted to charge, 5,000 took it to Ford across the street, they switched out the thermostat maximum already had switch supposily and a radiator flush, truck was great after! They don’t know what there talking about

Just had Maximum Automotive install my Metal Cloak lift on my 2017 Jeep JK and everything was done quick and right. These guys are great and would recommend when thinking about doing your lift.

Second time that Ive been to the shop, this time it was to have an SLP exhaust installed on my car along with subframe connectors welded in. The pricing was very fair and the work turned out great. Now when I launch the car it doesnt have wheel hop and the power doesnt get lost in the unibody and goes straight to the ground. Exhaust sounds great too. I do the majority of the work on my car myself, but for things that I cant do myself, I trust this shop (Im pretty picky about going to a shop) to do good work at a reasonable price, and they have always delivered on that.

After getting work done all over the place, I have been getting upgrades and having my Jeep serviced at Maximum Automotive for several years now, and have never had a moments doubt that everything has been done correctly. My nephew has recently moved to the area, and now he takes his vehicles there. The owner is both knowledgeable and personable, and they rest of the guys are fantastic . . . and you are told only what you actually need and it is explained to you in laypersons terms. Maximum is the only place I take my vehicle, period.

They were very friendly and very upfront about what needed to be done and what didnt. The cost was also very affordable. I will be visiting again whenever my car needs work again.

Jeremy and Caden were extremely helpful today with my visit in for my alignment on my Ford F350 super duty dually. The truck hasnt driven this straight since the first tank of fuel ran through it. They have lots of suspension knowledge, and were able to give some excellent recommendations for assisting with load leveling when hauling 30,000 lbs behind the truck on my 5th wheel. Highly recommend for any general maintenance or specialty questions you may have. 10+ years of great work from these guys for me.

Terrible they changed 2 tie rod ends and a sleeve and charged me 1000 dollars the parts cost about 350 at the anto parts store the labor is at the most 2 hours then they charged me 359 dollars for a 35 dollar sleeve that means they charhed me 300 dollars this is legal unbelievable

Maximum Automotive has been my go-to place since moving to the area 14 years ago. The technicians employed there are AMAZING and the front-office management goes above and beyond to be sure I understand everything that is happening. They have never once tried to sell me on something that isnt needed. I will keep going back to Maximum for any of my automotive needs.

From all my experience as a customer of car services, this shop has the poorest quality of customer service! a lot of money was spent and the problem was still not solved. in a word unprofessionals. I do not recommend. Especially that kid Casey was very aggressive and rude with me.Alright folks take care of yourselves! Be safe. ;)

They gave me a 6 pack of Coors light and let me rip doughnuts in the parking lot in the shop Jeep!!Nah just kidding, they fixed some shoddy welds I got from a guy who welds like a toddler and made some nice straps for my tank.

If I could give Maximum Automotive 10 starts, I would. The employees at this place are honest, trustworthy, professional, and extremely helpful! My favorite story to tell is several years ago when we were new customers to Maximum, we were presented with two repairs. My husband decided to attempt one of the repairs on his own. Jeremy (the owner) was honest enough to tell my husband that if he was going to do the repair according to a YouTube video (which he was), than this is what you need to know because they dont tell you. And he proceeded to tell my husband what to look for and what special tools to use. Who does that? That was essentially money out of Jeremys pocket. Because of this, Maximum Automotive gained a loyal customer. Lets face it, car repairs can be expensive. Maximum Automotive looks for ways to help us decide which repairs are absolutely necessary, and which ones can be done at a later date. Anytime we are asked for a repair shop reference, its Maximum Automotive 100%!

I have repaired a 2005 Mercedes s430 in January. Spent over 5000$ because it was in an accident- hit a curb on snow.From the beginning they didn’t want to finish the work and do it properly. I needed an alignment 7 months later( even tho they did the alignment 3 times!!), so I went to Midas today on 6/5/2020 and they told me that the subframe was loose( Maximum Automotive did replace with a new subframe in January) so they did not torque properly. I went back to them and they lifted the car and started tightening the bolts on the subframe by hand. I told them that they have torque values- and at that point they told me I’m harassing them and lowered the car down. So stay away from them- they will not finish the work- and because of the work they did I have to pay extra to finish it!

If you care about integrity and morals, do not trust these guys. They knew i had a Freon leak and did not make me aware of it until i took it to another mechanic the next day. He told me the freon wasnt filled. I went back to see what they could do and the owner told me that yes it was a leak and they only can do a diagnosis when there customers come back. I drove from there shop home no ac. I tried calling no answer. I left the vehicle and took a friends can to run some errands. I came back today with the car and the ower was not to pleased after i explained the issue to him. He put the car on the lift and then showed me the leak. I asked him why when it was filled you didnt tell me about the leak. He said thats not what we do. We wait for the customer to come back. Even if they suspect a leak. So not only will they put you in a bind and not diagnosis the issue properly. You will pay for services you dont need. I will make sure the people i care about never visit this shop. I read a couple of bad reviews online about this place but i didnt think it was true. Now i am one of those bad reviews.

I had them install a 6 inch lift and months later it still rides like a stock truck. These guys know what they’re doing. Casey was great and the pricing was even better. Truly a fine example of great service and apt knowledge.

Great service from these guys. I contacted them to install a lift kit on my 2010 2500HD. Very upfront that they’ll only install if the truck is mechanically sound. Appreciated them putting their reputation and safety ahead of making a quick buck. Casey was great and kept me updated on progress and the couple of small issues they ran into. Final bill came in right where expected and most importantly the truck rides and looks fantastic. If you want work done right, give them a shot.

I had just lifted my 2016 JKUR and wanted to check the alignment. Found this place after doing a search online. When I brought the Jeep in, after about 35 minutes or so, Jeremy came out to inform me that the alignment looked good and nothing needed to be done. So no Charge!I expected to be charged something but he said it wouldnt be right to charge me for doing nothing.What a great experience, I highly recommend these guys!

I spoke on the phone with Casey and he invited me to take a trip down to the shop to show me some of their work. Rather than try and upsell me on high commission items, he helped me find the most affordable option that suited my needs. I decided to purchase a lift kit for my 2017 Jeep Wrangler and have it installed by Maximum Automotive. The service from start to end was perfect. My installation was flawless and Ive come across no issues since leaving. Customer service from Maximum Automotive was impeccable. Other local business could learn a thing or two from these guys!

I thought I found a new trustworthy place within Maximum Auto even though the prices were higher than what I was used to paying, but after having to unexpectedly pay for two large repair bills one for a fuel pump and the other for a air mass flow sensor l wont be back. They charge for everything! A customer should not have to pay diagnosis fees again and again especially for the same unresolved issue. Casey was nice in the beginning as a new customer, but then started showing his true colors and always seemed to be in a rush unable to fully listen to my concerns for a actual professional two way conversation. I found a better repair place in Batavia that is worth the drive based on quality customer service and doesnt rip their customers off or rush them.

Have a 99 Wrangler TJ that needed some suspension work. Jim and Casey were very explanatory as to what was going on, and had a couple options on how to repair. We decided to go the expensive way and redo the Lift kit with a Long arm 4 kit. Jim is meticulous with his work and you can tell he really loves what he does. After all was said and done they pretty much did a total suspension rebuild. Showed and explained everything to my son and myself along the way. Glad we found a shop that understands the older Jeeps and the off road suspensions. Top notch guys.

I am 18 years old and I went here because I have a lifted Jeep Wrangler and the whole body was shifting when I let go of the clutch and also when I gave it gas! I figured they would know best considering they specialize in lifted vehicles! They had my jeep over night so that way they could get the best look at it possible! I get a call the next morning to come in and they tell me I need a new lift kit and a lot more stuff making the bill of things I needed $3,800! I told them I cant afford to do that to it right now and they offered to buy my jeep off of me! I have a family friend who is a mechanic who said thats ridiculous and came to look at it! He was under my jeep for no more than 5 minutes and says you need rear control arms! He replaced that and everything was 1000% fine with it after that! Costed me $150 for parts and labor instead of $3800! I dont know if they were trying to buy my jeep because its really clean for a 1999 or if they were trying to screw over an 18 year old but these guys are ass holes and can not be trusted! Taking my vehicle there was the worst decision ever and the only reason they are getting 1 star is because they gave me the diagnostic fee back!

A local tire store damaged my vehicle while replacing my tire and recommended Maximum Automotive. I called in and they were able to check my vehicle the next day. I went in thinking they were going to check it and schedule an appointment to get it repaired. Instead in under 2 hours i was out driving my car. Fast service with zero hassle. I highly recommend them and will be using them from now on.

I got burned on a differential I paid them $3,000+ for and to this day still dont have 4x4.(Just dont let them sell you garbage Jasper parts and youll be ok) Again! DO NOT LET THEM SELL YOU ANY JASPER PARTS!!!! IF THEY OFFER, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE FOR YOUR PART. I paid for a $3k+ job that didnt get done right and Jasper + maximum told me Im just screwed. I should of at least got my credit towards the job I paid $3k+ for it to be done right. To this day I dont have 4x4 in my truck because... Bad business ethics.Update: pulled a diff from a junk yard and had it done for $400. 4x4 is back and no issues. Funny a junkyard diff works better than the more expensive they reccomend huh.

I brought my 04 Chevy Tahoe Z71 to Maximum Automotive after NTB messed up my front suspension and alignment. I wish I would have found Maximum Automotive first ! It would have cost me less money and headache! But none the less Maximum Automotive was able to fix NTBs abortion on my truck and I am truly thankful! If youre looking for real ASE certified mechanics you can definitely find them at Maximum Automotive! Just remember you might think your spending a little more at Maximum Automotive but you get what you pay for also! A+++ Shop

I highly recommend Maximum Automotive for any of your car needs. I brought my car in for an alinement and the mechanic showed me how my subframe was rusted through and was in really bad shape. To the point that it unsafe to be driving. There were a few other items that needed to be repaired as well but I was expecting those. The estimate was fair, but more than I was able to cover. I told them I would need to work some things out first. They stressed how important it was not to drive the car around and just keep it parked until I could fix it. Once home, I received a voicemail from them letting me know about a recall on the subframe and told me to call the dealership service department right away to get fixed. I was so impressed with their level of care and concern for the safety of my family. They also helped me out by listing what items should be done in what order if I needed to split up the repairs in stages. After I had the dealership replace my subframe I drove right back over for them to finish the other work! I wouldnt hesitate to use them again.
