In the past I had gotten keyed. The car looked perfect when I picked it up! The second time I had headlights restored and thank goodness! I didn’t know if my lights were on at night because they produced so little light at night (it scared me). This was a God-send and the headlights appear to be new! I know that they were wet sanded, but they are gorgeous!

I’m so glad I choose them to help me through this difficult time. Everyone was friendly and made this experience easy by assisting my insurance company with any information they needed and explaining the process in detail to me. The staff was very friendly. Didnt seem pushy at all. Prices were very reasonable, they did a nice job, and got it done in time.

Im a reallly special person when it comes up to my car so, when I got hit in my back bumper I immediately searched to get it repaired. White Eagle was the repair shop that better explained what has to be done and that also quoted slightly lower.I dont regret it at all and I totally recommend them, they returned my car like new, on time, perfectly washed and always kept me up to date with the current status of the repairs.

From the time I first contacted them to picking up the car we received nothing but amazing service. Everyone was incredibly nice, professional and knowledgeable!We got texts and phone calls to let us know where they were in the process of fixing their car. In addition, the body work was amazing. My parent’s car is only 6 months old and they were extremely upset a young driver hit them while they were stopped. The repair eased their mind when they saw that their car looked just like new again.Also, when my parents left the office from picking up their car my mom forgot her cane. One of the ladies cane running out to give it to her!!! My gauge of people’s character is based upon how they treat the elderly; especially my parents who’s second language is English. Customer service is hard but even harder when communication is a barrier. White Eagle did not disappoint! Amazing work, amazing service and extremely professional!!!

There had been improvement since last visit.Although I still have to complaint over the timing of the repairing, I am satisfied with the quality of the repairing. Over all, I will give it a rating between 3-4 star.===Here are my experience with White Eagle Auto Body.There had been several electric issues in my car after they finish the repairing. 1) Click button for NEITHER repaired door works. 2) Tire sensor on the replaced tire does not work. Considering that this is a relatively big repairing, I can understand this Missing and would still give them a 4 star if these are the only issue.But what happened later changed my rating:After the above issues had been taken cared of, (for which I had to take a vacation day), I found that Neither of the vanity mirror light works. So I called and explain the issue. I was told to drive back to get it fixed. So I had to take another half day off again. Now what had happened really make me angry. Once I arrived there, the owner take less than a minute and told me: OK yes, this is not properly done, but please come back tomorrow since we are busy today & the repairing only take 10 min.This had made me angry: if you don;t have the time for it today, why asking me to come today? I respect your schedule, but should you also respect my time? If it only take 10 min for you to fix it, cannot you squeeze the schedule and take care of it?I dont think the owner respect the customer due to this experience and cannot recommend it to any customer!

I need a good Auto Bodyshop and wanted to give them a good review. I even waited after the holiday season so this not so good review may not affect their holiday joys. A 34% extra for the Autobody work can’t be review of good practice.My front and back bumpers and one of the doors needed cosmetic body work. I got 3 estimates and decided to give a chance to White Eagle as they have a slight lower estimate than the other two shops. The estimator said they might be able to repair the one of the bumpers instead of replacing it with the new. At the end they couldn’t repair and asked me to pay extra for a new replacement, EXTRA! When I went to pick up the car, I immediately saw the 5” long dent at the door was not repaired. The estimator said it was not included in the original estimate, EXTRAs! I ended up paying a 34% EXTRA above the estimate. It was Bodywork that were all clearly noticable and not any mechanical work. Sorry to say I can’t recommend the this bodyshop to others.

Picked up my baby two days ago, and just had to write a big KUDOS to White Eagle! The process couldnt have been easier, and the work was exceptional. This is the second time in a year Ive had to get body work done, and the other body shop (the one with a name that rhymes with Cadabra) had to take 4 tries to get the work done right. White Eagle got it right the first time two days quicker than I was told, the final bill came in lower than the estimate, and my 2015 Mustang was given back to me looking better than when I dropped it off. They even vacuumed and wiped down the interior.Im super pleased with the results, and will bring my cars here every time I need any work done!

I have been a loyal customer for the past 30 years and never had a issue until just recently. I took my car there after a rear end collision and they did a estimate well we decided to go to someplace cheaper. To make a long story short they charged us a ridiculous administrative fee. So I guess thats how they treat their loyalCustomers. Im never taking my car back there ever again

Took in my 2015 Q50 for a small dent on the hood. Hood was a little off color. Took it back and they fixed it perfectly. Even free rental. Owner, adjuster, secretary, and body shop manager were all nice to me and turn around was great

Came in on a Friday for a replacement side mirror. Asked for an ETA, and was told the following Monday (3 days). However, after calling daily to get updates, the product wasnt ready until the next Monday (10 days). Not only did it take forever to get the work done, but for a new side mirror and housing, the total bill was $400!Pros - quick quote, offered to touch up paint for free.Cons - expensive, slow, limited hours.

Always quick and very complete and competent service. They have repaired several of our vehicles to new condition.

Poor communication. Emailed comprehensive estimate and had calls and emails ignored. Was never able to schedule a time. Glad I went elsewhere.

Could not ask for better service or quality of work being performed. Truck was done sooner than expected, 500.00 cheaper and hand washed top to bottom...I would highly recommend and will use them in the future....

They promised that they would buff and wax car after repair,when they didnt he told me they dont offer that service but on there web site they do, my gas tank was sunk in and not flushed like it supposed to be. Fender lines where off and paint was swirlled. when i went back to show the work to them they would hide and resptionist said they were on lunch or got off early, they suck !!! BIG TIME
