Totally awesome, food is fantastic, the servers very polite. Ill drive 815 miles to eat and drink there again.

I came here for an oil change and I was amazed by their customer service. JR Ramirez was the man who helped me, shoutout to him! He was extremely professional and to say he is nice would be an understatement! I had a bunch of questions which he answered thoroughly and patiently. I can tell they take good care of all of their customers. There was also another man who was very nice, but unfortunately I forgot to get his name. Jr took the time to explain the maintenance my care required and the cost breakdown, and even gave me a mini lesson on car maintenance! He is definitely an asset for Midas! We need more personable folks like him in the world, especially in auto shops! :) I chose to come here in the first place because they answered the phone so kindly compared to their competitors who were rude to me probably because they heard a young girl speaking on the phone... But I had a great experience at Midas. I should also mention that they don’t try to make you spend more on other unnecessary services. Great prices and honest workers who actually care and will not rip you off. 10/10 highly recommend them!!!!

Called in on Saturday morning asking if they could install my Magnaflow muffler, Kenneth said yes at 1pm he said would cost around 60 to 80.00. When I get there they wanted 225.00 for 2 HOURS OF LABOR I said could they do it for 200.00 the Manager said they would at 203.00 I said yes. It took the mechanic less then 40 minutes as I timed him. They still charge me for 2 hours of labor and took short cuts but torching of the old muffler. Just feel be proper if it took 2 hours then I would of paid for 2 hours. Never again with Midas.

BMW oil change, 4 stars. Because staff forgot to do the tire rotation. Pretty sure he mentioned the service was included in the package.

Good place.Had a good laugh about the porter taking my car for a test drive and talking to himself. He disliked that the accelerator and brake petals arent overly sensitive. A lot of work to push those pedals a little bit more to the floor, huh? Mustve skipped leg day. Best part is when he notices the wires but not the front and rear dashcam.

Friendly staff and checked my tire pressure for free, appreciate that!

Good customer service

Ive came to this location a few months back regarding a problem with my 2014 Chevy. I put a lot of miles on my car and wasnt surprised when they came back and told me all the problems building. Surprisingly, the cost for parts and labor wasnt as high as expected and everything was completed the next day. I came back recently for a simple brake issue and, like before, I was handled super quick and was even offered a ride to work. The manager is so helpful and so are the rest of the staff. Highly recommend.

Rex was great, along with Danny, Shawn, and the other associates. Rex worked closely with me to provide the service that was required for my car at this point in time. Later, when I thought there might possibly be a problem with the tire rotation, he asked me to return to the shop later that same day before closing, to ensure there were no safety issues, and to make right any problems there might have been. Everything turned out fine after the second check-over. Very pleased with the level of service, and would recommend this shop to anyone, for all your automotive maintenance and repair needs.

They did get my car in and out. But the customer service is not that great, I was coming in with a double stroller( twin 2 year olds) and they didnt help me until I was already halfway in the door. They did this both times I came in. On my way out when he offered the assistance when in my opinion is the easiest to exit. Ill admit I go to this location only for my oil changes because its close and convenient.

Everyone was super friendly, the waiting area was comfortable and clean, and the service was thorough and fast. (All of this was especially helpful since I had my 19 month old with me!) I also saw the professionalism of the staff as they worked with another customer who was getting a service at the same time I was. I will definitely be coming back to this location.

Pretty fair way of doing business.. really liked attitude of sales engineer and manager over there. Visited location multiple times for check engine light, they tried to repair it without any cost. Very helpful attitude. Appreciate the good work. Keep it up

Could not be more pleased with the service and the way I was treated. 😁I had been getting my auto service done by another company near to Midas . . Faithfully for a few years. . I realized that I had a really bad oil leak so I went to that company. Sadly they told me they would not be able to look at it unless I left it over night. I said can’t you just look to see where the oil is coming from. . they did not put it on the rack and inspect it, rather they crawled under the car and looked and said it is not coming from the filter. . and that I would have come back the next day. I stopped at your store and the manager instructed the crew to put my car up on the rack to check it out. I forgot to mention it was 15 minutes before closing time, they discovered that the filter was loose, they removed it, inspected it for damage, reinstalled it and filled it with oil. When I waited in the office expecting to pay, the manager said. . your all set. . I was pulling out my wallet and he said “Don’t worry about it!!! Now that!!! is the type treatment, I would have expected from the company that failed to tighten the filter in the 1st place and didn’t have time to put it up on the rack to check!!! If I could give more Stars to these fellows I certainly would!!! I would also like to add! This is what loyal customers should expect. . and not having to go to a competitor to fix what they failed to do right! Thank You! Kevin and your associates for giving me such Excellent Service! 😀😀😀 What made this so appreciated! . . is knowing my engine could have burned up I would have assumed the cost! ☹️

Our car had water on passenger front side. They looked at car found something started living in the pipes were ac water drain. They fixed us up fast. Oh... this was the cleanest location I have ever been in as well. Nice waiting area and clean bathroom.

Came in for an oil change, set a time to come in for a scheduled appointment and at time of appointment guy told me he wouldn’t be able to take in my vehicle because he was backed up. That I understand but I was asked to leave my information in case of any changes and not a single phone call was made to make me aware. I find this very inconvenient and poor customer service.

I could have had the work done at the Honda Dealer, but they charged twice as much for the service (calipers, brakes and ensured that the car was safe to drive). Kevin was awesome to work with and his team of mechanics were able to get the job done well and worked with me to make sure that the services were done at a much more reasonable price. I was very pleased with the friendly service.

Very quick and efficient, had an 8 am appointment and they were done in less than 45 minutes.

We have so many body shops to pick from where I live. This shop is where I plan to go going forward. They were honest about what was wrong and worked directly with my warranty company. Gave me a great price on the stuff I had to pay for. Definitely going back.

I got there about 10 minutes before appointment time, front desk kept updating, offered water, technician was awaiting my arrival and took my car at exactly the time of my scheduled appointment. I was in and out in a timely fashion

Did a good job and quick. The didnt pay attention to having a donut tire and bad exhaustand sepereated a temp repair. When they fixed it, all they did was tie piping up but left pipe separated. I had it wraped with sheet metal and adjustable clamps. Not happy with what they did to fix.wont go back.

I brought in my girlfriends car to be looked at for oil and tire rotation. The staff at counter were knowledgeable and very helpful. I had eye contact and he listened to all i had to ask about maintenance for the vehicle. He got someone to take a look at right away and within an 1 to 1 1/2 I had the car back and on my way. They were efficient and knowledgeable told me what I needed to do now but gave me a list of concerns that I may want to address in the near future. I appreciate this kind of service and have my family and friends going here now.

Nothing spectacular. I think they know they dont make money on oil changes so didnt feel the guy was interested in me.I asked if theyre were any good restaurants around here? He said just go in either direction on main road.Seemed very unhelpful. I wont be back.

I have been going to this Midas for around 10 years now. They always explain in terms I can understand what is wrong or right with my cars. I also bring all my vehicles when they need service. I appreciate their straight forwardness on fair prices for their work. I will continue to recommend and go to Midas in Naperville.

I have been taking my cars to this shop for years. Scheduling is easy and they can almost always get you in the next day for routine maintenance. They are especially great in communicating any issues before doing the work and dont pressure you to do anything you dont want to do. Very satisfied with the quality of work as well.

Years ago, I brought my vehicle to a Midas at the Ogden Ave. location in Naperville, Il. I had good experiences there until I had a brake/rotor job performed on my (then) vehicle. Not only did they charge me over $1000.00, but, while they worked on my car, they broke a part and told me I had to pay for it. I was given a nonsense reason for why I had to pay for something they broke. Since then, Midas has lost my business. I currently take my vehicle elsewhere for much better prices, where quality work is performed and theyre professional.

I feel it was more then I thought it would be. Not sure why when I called they said for back brakes would be from 300-400 for whatever reason it ended up being 532. That is with a 50.00 off coupon.

Work was spelled out and defined clearly. Price was stated beforehand and the car was fixed ahead of schedule.

This place is awesome. Theyre helpful and they tell you straight up whether your car really needs a particular service, or whether youre safe to wait a while. They go out of their way to be helpful.

Mike and his team just saved my day. We were in last month getting much of the exhaust system replaced on our 2010 Chevy equinox, which was an expensive repair that put a lot of stress on my wife and i as I am a currently unpaid federal employee. I just happened to be back in town when we noticed a loud rattling when in reverse. Brought it in, and within 10 minutes they had diagnosed and fixed a simple few rusted fasteners on the heat shield and we were on our way, free of charge. Both times we were there, Mike explained fully what the issues were and their team made the repairs in a timely manner. Would highly recommend their services to anyone.

So I don’t know where to start but I came here based off these reviews and boy it was the biggest mistake. I called and spoke to mike and made an appt to repair my rack and pinion. The cost was $1100 and I was supposed to be there at 8 but ended up at 11am. When I arrived I showed mike a picture of the part that was damaged and told him I wanted it replaced. He said that he would discuss that with the person paying just because I told him another shop was paying for it so I guess anything that came out of my mouth didn’t matter and I was completely dismissed . I told him my car was smoking and I wanted them to take a look at it. So I call when my car is ready and ask them if anything else was wrong. Mike said rudely “he only looked at what was paid for and my vehicle is ready” the man didn’t great me or say hello back just plain rude. So when I get to the shop they give me a paper with other things that are wrong with my car that could have been fixed if he would have told me on the phone but my business I guess wasn’t wanted. I ask him why he was so rude and dismissive and he started to then say what was wrong with my car. Another man Chimmed in and started saying a bunch of stuff he knew nothing about stating that they were doing business with the shop and not me and pretty much that anything I was looking for was irrelevant.I am the one who chose this shop and boy it was a mistake. The reason I wanted my rack and pinnion repaired here because it was a Corporation and the other shop suggested this so if I had issues I could get it fixed. I also wanted a warranty. So now I have no warranty and a head ache from going back and forth with these people and I have a video of it all. The customer care is non existent- well with me is was and I will never ever shop at any midas again

Every time Ive been here the estimated time was a joke. Itll be an hour or 2 which was actually 3 to 3 and half hour for my brakes. On a separate occasion they quoted me $109 for an oil change on a VW Jetta. Dont waste your time or money.

Naperville, on Ogden. Choose here if you want to pay around double for fairly unecessary work to your vehicle. Made the mistake of going here, because other mechanic did not have immediate availability. Wont make that mistake again.Wanted to replace the entire braking master cylinder due to a faulty sensor, stating specifically that sensor could not be replaced and only solution would be to replace entire master, which would then require other brake work, leading to having to invest at least $900+. Took to other mechanic who simply and quickly replaced the sensor, costing around $100-$150...Uber Drivers: dont know who is in error. Uber says Midas is discount partner. Midas says, Huh?
