I recently went in for service because unfortunately for me, the closest one and reliable I had to Chicago (Evanston - Autobarn) had to shut down last summer. Its been a pain to find a really good Fiat service center until days ago when I took my Fiat to replace engine parts. Service Ad. Jordan Coco took care of all of my concerns in a very friendly way, and seems to me this location really listens to the customer and provides good insights into what to do next with your vehicle. The whole staff are super nice as well. Hospitality is well present here
I love this dealership. They are friendly, explain what they are doing, get the proper authorizations, and genuinely care about the customers experience. With each service, they give your car a quick bath too, which is just a nice touch. During my most recent trip, the dealer found my spare key fob which had been lost for months. Thank you!

My only complaint is that I couldnt give 6 stars! Well that and my tinnitus, but thats from the war. If Im being honest ( which I strive to be after that incident last Christmas ) I thought i bought a Honda. It is not a Honda.. I am just very old and get confused. BUT I am happy to say it runs great and even had enough gas to get me home! 5 stars!

Very satisfied with the service and accommodations. However, the service managers were not wearing face coverings. I also saw who I believe was was the the manager of sales was also not wearing a mask. Dangerous, in my opinion im a public place.
Although I wasn’t able to purchase the car due to personal impacts of COVID, this was one of the best car buying experiences I have had. They walked me step by step through the car buying experience and explained all the add-ones different models had. At no point did they try to unfairly upcharge me for these features, but they rather informed me of my options so I could be the most happy I could be!They are definitely the best dealership I have worked with and I fully intend to go back to them once my financial situation turns around.
I have been here multiple times for maintenance on my Fiat 500. This team is very thorough and helpful, and Felipe is great to work with. I live in the city, but it is worth it to drive to Naperville for the wonderful service!

Hands down the best experience I’ve ever had buying a car! This was my 8th car purchase and I can honestly say these guys were awesome. Omar was my sales guy and he was very easy to communicate with! Filled out most of my paper work online before I went to the dealership and he made it super fast and convenient as I don’t like to hang out at dealerships all day. On top of that the finance guy Jason was super funny and easy to talk to. Everyone made me feel really comfortable and I am so happy with my new Fiat 500! Thanks guys. Keep up the good work!

I wish i could give zero stars. I would stay away from this dealership if you are planning to trade-in you car and definitely no if you are driving out of state. They made me drive 5 hours only to go back on their their own words. I was supposed to trade in my 15 Mustang for a 15 BMW 5 series. I had an offer from a local Mercedes dealer on my mustang and this fiat dealership sales person Kory said that he spoke with his manager and they would match me the same offer on the mustang after I had sent him the pictures, features and the VIN#. When I enquired over the phone I was told that there were no issues with the 5 series - no scratches or dent. But upon arrival I test drove the 5 series and found that the driver seat makes a grunting noise(I was told that could be fixed in existing manufacture warranty) when i tried to adjust the power seats and there were big scratches on the bottom front bumper which made me a little uncomfortable already and when the sales person called me for the final numbers I was shocked to know that they priced my mustang 4,500$ below the price they said they would match. Their sales person Kory said the pricing is made based on the market value for the car but in that case they should havent made false promises that they could match my offer for trade in. He also gave reasons like that my mustang didnt have blind spot monitoring and navigation which brought the value down from their agreed value but i had clearly emailed him the features it had and the VIN# before I headed their way. All the reason they gave me for the pricing of my trade could have been done before I drove 5 hours. My mustang had no issue and it was in excellent condition (8200 miles) except for one very small stain on the front bumper protective sheeting which could be easily removed. I asked to speak with their manager and after waiting for sometime I spoke with their general manager Andy. He initially spoke like it was not their problem and when i tried to explain that I drove 5 hours for this, he made funny comments that i should have pressed hard on the gas and made it in 3 hours. He also said if anyone matched the original offer, they must be playing games and Andy would give his car for free. Seriously?!! After I showed him the emails I sent to Kory, he was apologetic and said that the used car manager made some error and they cannot match the offer on trade but said he could make some more phone calls to see if they can get me a better offer on my trade but I was super frustrated already so I and my family left the place. I am so disappointed with how they handled the situation. I wouldnt trust them on any purchase. For the record, I was able to find a different dealer who matched the original offer on my trade.

Because Fiat has limited service centers we drove 1.5 hours to this dealer to find out that the tech that was going to work on our car did not show up to work. Now they are expecting us to come back another day. The shop opens at 8am, why didnt someone call us to tell us to reschedule instead having us drive all the way to the shop. Our appointment was at 11am. They had 4 hours to get in touch and nothing. This is bad business!
I found the sales persons knowledgeable and would seek assistance if they were unsure of the answer. Took the time to explain the model differences and thats why Im coming back for a test ride at looking at all the competition. They are patient and have a large selection of all the models.Fred
This is the best Fiat dealership in IL. skip the other dealerships and drive the extra distance to Naperville. Its worth the drive, great staff and the car techs work wonders.
These guys are rookies. They dont sell enough cars so they try and steal from the trade and play games. Car was advertised on CarGurus for less than offered as well. In order to sell a high volume of cars and keep the sales staff and finance manager happy you cant expect to make a ton of money on every deal. I saw four sets of people walk on a cold Saturday in February. Two stars because the porter was amazing, literally greeted us in the lot one minute after parking and had the keys for a test drive within 5 minutes. Best porter ever, porter should be running the show. Felt impelled to go to a local low volume dealer but dont waste your time here.

Worst experience after the delivery. I am following with them for past 4 months to cancel my extended warranty but no response from them for my calls and emails. While buying, they promised me that I can cancel at anytime but no response once i got my car delivered. I am frustrated with this dealership especially with Jason.
Because the sells person called and ask me to take or Lyft, Uber to the car dealership which was 25 miles away and she expect me to pay for it
Got my car serviced here, very clean and professional.
I didnt buy a car there yet but the sales and service people are knowledgeable and have been patient in answering my questions.
